For a stop-over it's ok!!

a very good quality of the Bed but this does not make the Hotel to a 4 - Star Hotel!!

The Managment and most of the Staff are trained for max. 2 - 3 Star Hotels but not for the expectation somebody has for a 4 - Star Hotel,particular the Top-Managment or the Owners!!

Lovely stay, would recommend!

The hotel was very nice and was on the street the sunday market takes place which was very convenient! However, there is a bar across the street which did keep us up till quite late as we could here the music from our room. Housekeeping cleaned our room every day and i had bought a drink which came in a bamboo glass which was accidentally taken by housekeeping (i guess they have so much bamboo the consider it as rubbish as the drink was finished). Because I wanted to keep it i spoke to the reception which were very apologetic and sent me 2 new ones to the next hotel i was staying at in Bangkok! They arrived within two days, i was amazed! The staff were lovely and did everything to make it right! Very accommodating! Thank you! Would definitely recommend!

Nice location, 5 minutes walk to 711

1. Great location and comfy beds :) 2. Staffs at restaurant are very nice.

1. Shower space is without shower curtains, so I need to be careful not to make the floor wet and slippery. 2. Glass between shower space and bedroom is nearly transparent. It’s awkward.

Family suite not worth the money

Good location, decent restaurant, good internet, clean.

Very small room for a "family suite", although the price was rather expensive. Only one small window, and it had frosted glass so no view at all. The other windows were fake, so the entire room was very dark. The weight didn't work, the USB charging connectors didn't work, the water in the shower almost made a small lake, because the floor slopes away from the drain! The cabinet in the bathroom is starting to fall apart.

Het hotel komt niet na wat ze aanbieden, voelt als fraude.

De standaard kamer werd aangeboden voor €50. Op de foto zag het er oké uit. Toen ik er aan kwam bleek het heel klein te zijn. Daarnaast was er geen raam in de kamer. Daar stond niets over in de "aanbieding"!

Die Lage war sehr zentral aber gut zu erreichen. Das Personal war super Hilfsbereit.

Es war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig im ersten Moment das unser Zimmerfenster gar kein richtiges Fenster war - aber wirklich bloß die ersten Stunden. Weil man kommt doch nicht nach Thailand um aus dem Hotelfenster zu blicken oder? ;)

Nice hotel

Location was good, room was cleaned every day, staff was very friendly and helpful, they helped us to book trip.

I think we were unlucky and we got room without window so was always dark and it was hard to wake up morning. Also there was no open bar for breakfast just you had to order from menu, I know that the reason is that less food is being wasted but I think open breakfast is some kind of advantage. And our room was kind of small.

Bad horrible

The location was okay

The staff was untrained and inhospitable. We arrived 2 hours late and our room was still not ready and we had to wait long time. Meanwhile hotel staff had no answers no food was available. They had no idea how to serve yhe customer at all. Breakfast had no options for veg even though this was communicated 5 months in advance. Bad food for non veg as well. Room had sewer smell. Do not stay.

this won't be my first choice to stay in Chiang Mai.

its located on the main road of the old town, so you can basically walk everywhere you want. the staff is also friendly.

the breakfast was not very satisfying, limited choice and the taste were so-so, I won't pay for that. and everything is smaller than it looks like in the picture.

Nice and comfortable

The location was great and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They even helped print something for me which was a great plus. The room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Very quiet to outside noise.

Breakfast choices are limited but sufficient. When the room was cleaned not all the items were replaced (shower gel) so had to spread it out. Due to the heat I showered more than once a day so that would have been ideal to have more gel than provided.

I booked at promotion price, hence value for money. Overall I love it. Feel safe , place clean, staff helpful.

Best location, easy access many key touristy places by foot. Use grab , I typically pay 90-110 baht to far away places due to the central location. Sunday night market is just along the hotel main road. Several food and cafe options nearby.

Water pressures from shower is weaker . Hot water temperatures is not stable, either too hot or not hot.

Insist on a room with a view - not sure if this hotel has any though.

Great location. Good sized room

The view from our room on the third floor was almost entirely a brick wall 3-4 feet outside. This meant the room had no natural light. Shower was weak. The toilets in the hotel lobby / corridors are not marked.

Disappointing

The location was excellent for the old city and right on the Sunday Market. No problems with excursion companies picking us up. The staff were friendly and helpful, if a bit diffident about their jobs.

Real British sit-com vibe with how it was staffed and managed. Chef in a chef's hat but nobody at all ate in the restaurant and the staff waved me off. The room smelled like cabbage, which probably was sewer gas from the bathroom. Water pressure and temperature was intermittent in the shower. I got back spasms from the bed.

The Walking Street is a little loud with music until around 12/1am.. so if you arrive tired and plan on sleeping the 1st night you might need some.ear plugs
