Great place to stay for family. Will repeat if travel to Besut again

Very spacious house with a lot of parking spaces.. Suitable for big group.. The house is clean and beautiful..

Just need a little improvement with the bed and blanket. The bed is not that comfy and the blanket is too thin.. The rest is good

The Exceptional Host!

The warmth of the host is beyond expectation. Booked the accommodation late as we just arrived Terengganu from a long motorcycle ride. The host gave a loaf of bread and some drinks to welcome us. We would visit them to our next trip to Terengganu.

A night's at Syams Homestay

Lot of spacious rooms for big family Spacious car parks En suite toilets Airconditioners rooms Close to Bukit Kluang beach

Dull looking entrance gate - Need fresh/ colorful make over for the front gate as a warm welcoming gesture to guest. Certain ceiling's fan noisy (room no 2). Water shower is slow. Mosquitos partying around. Upstair toilet's bulb is not functioning.

Feel like home

The homestay are so comfortable and clean and we felt like home. We arrived late from KL around 1am and yet the host still patient waiting for us. The host is very friendly and helpful. Beside the location are very close to Jeti Kuala Besut just around 10-15mins and easy for us to fetch boat to Perhentian. Recommended and will come here again if we go to Besut next time👍

1. Warm, friendly hosts. 2. Big sitting area. 3. Ample parking area. 4. Generally clean. 5. Good location - Just 15mins to jetty to Perhentian Island, eating places 5-10mins drive. 6. Value for money. 7. Good for big groups - they have many rooms, many beds, many bathrooms.

1. Floor needs to be cleaner. 2. Kitchen has no stove or any appliance for warming up food.

Excellent!

The place represents a touch of Malaysian heritage with wooden built in some of its interiors. This house can easily fit 16 people with everyone can have their own place to sleep. The toilets are clean. It is a very comfortable place to stay for a vacation with your family.
