Welcome to Marco Island and its miles of warm sands, turquoise waters and sunsets that leave you breathless.

This cozy, freshly renovated house is nestled in a very quiet and relaxing Marco Island neighborhood. One block from Mackle Park that offers a biking/walking path around a lake as well as a basketball court, volleyball court and bocci ball pit plus children's playground and water splash pad. Only 5 minutes away from Marco Island’s pristine beaches. Split bedroom home layout includes master suite with queen bed and dressing room, second bedroom with queen bed and and third with twin beds. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. New flat smart TV's in all rooms with high-speed internet. Southeastern exposed, electric heated, salt water 35' long private pool with seat in deep end (7'0' deep) other end is shallow end great for kids. The pool is surrounded by palm trees and hedge, creating a private oasis.

Noise Ordinance 20-05 Summary
On October 5, 2020 the City Council approved an updated noise ordinance for the City of Marco
Island. The entire ordinance is available at:
https://www.cityofmarcoisland.com/sites/default/files/fileattachments/ordinance/66651/20-
05.pdf. This document is a summary of the key points of the new ordinance.
General noise prohibitions:
1. Between 8:00pm – 7:00am, the sound may not be plainly audible from fifty (50) feet
from the property line or within a fully enclosed structure of a residence; or
2. The sound when measured at the receiving property may not exceed 66 dBA between
7:00am – 8:00pm or 60 dBA between 8:00pm - 7:00am in residential zones; or
3. The sound may not exceed 72 dBA between 7:00am – 9:00pm or 65 dBA between
9:00pm – 7:00am in commercial zones; or
4. In multifamily dwellings or duplexes, the sound may not exceed 50 dBA between
7:00am – 9:00pm or 45 dBA between 9:00pm – 7:00am, measured from the neighbor’s
dwelling unit.
5. Construction noise is prohibited between 7:00pm - 7:00am and on Sundays and
holidays.
6. Landscaping maintenance noise is prohibited between the hours of 9:00pm – 7:00am.
Enforcement and Penalties:
1. Any person responsible for a violation of the noise ordinance will be given a warning and
must comply within five (5) minutes. No warnings will be given after 11:00pm.
2. If a police officer or community service officer has to return and there is a violation at
the home/dwelling unit within 48 hours, a citation or Notice of Violation will be issued.
3. The person responsible for a violation, as well as the property owner, may be issued a
Notice of Violation for each individual violation.
4. Any person violating the ordinance, including the property owner and/or the tenant
may be subject to a civil penalty of $250.00 for the first violation, $500.00 for the
second violation, and $1,000.00 for the third violation. The fourth violation will escalate
to $2,000.00, the fifth violation is $4,000.00 and the sixth violation is $5,000.00.

We arrived early and was allowed to check in early. The house was spotless and the pool was great. My grandkids loved every minute of our stay and so did I. I highly recommend staying there. Thanks for a great time!

Overall the property is as pictured and as described. Magda is an excellent host which is why I rated it 5 stars. She is very easy to talk to to and was quick to respond. It was a satisfactory stay there were just a few things that did not meet what we were looking for. The noise ordinance is more serious that we expected. We have 3 younger kids 2,4 & 7 and it was hard for them to play in the pool, the neighbor did tell us to quiet down. The sand toys were very helpful for us to use at the beach. The neighborhood was very quiet which made it feel safe and we did not have any issues there. The kitchen floor could use a really good scrubbing, but other than that everything was nice and clean.

We came into town for a wedding and the stay was wonderful. The house and pool was very clean and the host was amazing. I recommend this place and will return for another stay.

We definitely enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. The pool was great and there was plenty of room not to feel crowded throughout the home. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely home - just right for our family stay. It's clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed especially for the kitchen. It's just 5 minutes away from the beach and many restaurants. And it's walking distance to the park for the kiddos. The host, Magda, is very communicative and helpful. The only issue we had was a lot of bugs in the pool which the pool service guys cleaned on our first day. But due to the time of year, they kept coming back and it was too many for us to use the pool. Other than that - a great stay.

Enjoyed the pool and home. Close to park with soccer field, basketball court, small lake, fitness activities, walking track and dog park. Although there are multiple public access paths to Marco Island beach, not much parking and lot we found was $20. No public restrooms on the beach. 1 or two more recliners by the pool would be nice, and only two beach chairs provided. But there’s a nice ledge in the pool for sitting in the sun.

Everything was excellent. Great house and great neighborhood. The small bath tub had some clogging issues, but otherwise everything was perfect. Pool was warm and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We will definitely go back if we are ever in the area.

Everything was as we expected. Even the weather. House equipped with every possible activity. Beach, golfing, biking, tennis, etc. Hope we could stay there longer.

Overall, great home and location. Just a couple minor issues. The biggest downer was the neighbor yelling at us to keep quiet. We had just arrived and were relaxing in the pool area, a couple of my teen daughters had jumped in the pool and my brother and I were talking in normal voices. No one was yelling or screaming or being loud and yet the neighbor thought it necessary to tell us we were being too loud. Put a bit of a damper on the stay because we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor space without worrying about disturbing the crabby neighbor. Now I realize that this is not the fault of the host, which is why I am giving a good review.

Overall we enjoyed our Florida getaway but the house itself needs some maintenance. When we arrived the house seemed to be clean until we took our shoes off and realized the floors were dirty. There was dust everywhere and the windows were extremely dirty. The bathtub (which we had to use with small children) had a black substance coming out of the faucet and every time we flushed the toilet we had to reach into the tank to pull cord. Also every tv in the house was not working which wasn’t a huge issue considering we didn’t need to watch much on vacation however catching the morning or evening news would have been nice. Also the ice maker was broken and even after someone coming over to fix- it still never worked. Location was nice to the park and the pool was a life saver however I’m sure you could find cleaner accommodations in the same area.

We had a great experience renting the property. Had all the amenities. Could use a new grill and one of the kids bikes had a flat tire that couldn’t be fixed. We spent hours in the pool and it is about a mile away from the beaches.

This is a cute little 3 bedroom 2 bath home with a pool. I believe it is 1 mile to the beach. The first day, we parked in turtle parking lot and paid 21.00 and walked to the public beach access. We soon learned that behind the pinchers there is a row of free public parking. The only thing that i would add to the house is a wagon or cart for taking beach items to the public beach. Carrying a cooler was very heavy! Perfect setup otherwise. Thank you for allowing three moms escape from wintry Ohio and relax!

Super clean! We had a great time in the pool, the kitchen is well equipped and beds are very comfortable, plenty of towels and beach gear. Our only issue was not related to the house it was the lack of parking at the beach since it was a long weekend

The house was perfect for our family vacation. It was clean and we really liked that the kids had their own separate area from the adults for bed time. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, not far from the beach, restaurants and stores.

The house is lovely and is of a great size. Quick response to issue of small bugs in swimming pool. Plenty of towels. Loved the lounge chairs and setup on the patio and the pool toys. Issues - small bathroom toilet is wobbly, hook on back of bathroom door broken, outside trash cans were completely full, there was no hand soap or dishwasher soap or laundry soap. No garbage bags.

The home was very clean and met all of our needs. There were several times we needed to reach out to the property owners and they were exceptionally quick to respond. The location made it easy to get to areas of interest. The pool was well maintained and where we spent a lot of time due to Red Tide warnings.

We had a great stay. The house is located on a quiet street and is close to everything. The property was clean and spacious. My daughter enjoyed the shelf in the pool and the sand toys available for use. The only issue we had was with the TVs not connecting well with the satellite, especially at night time. We didn't spend much time trying to watch TV, so this was only a minor inconvenience for us. I would stay again and definitely recommend this stay.

The property was just as described. The house and pool were immaculate. Beds were comfortable. The "extras" were great - beach towels for the pool and beach, bicycles for the kiddo's (teens) and fishing poles for the fish people (our teenagers love to fish). We didn't cook while there but we could have as the kitchen was well appointed with dishes, pots and pans, etc. Highly recommend this property! Nice quiet neighborhood. Cpmmunication with the owner was great!
