I stayed here with my teenage daughter while we looked at California colleges in the Bay Area. It was nice to have a cool, calm place to return to after a day in the city. Pacifica is like a little coastal town frozen in time with lots of charm, so if you want a unique cozy experience this is for you. The host Carlos was amazing to work with—I forgot one of my beach bags in the unit and he mailed it to me! Very responsive and helpful!

We were nervous that this place was too good to be true but it’s not. If you want a cozy place right on the ocean and easy access to the highways, this is it. Yes Pacifica has more fog than the rest of the Bay Area but big deal. Lovely walkways above the beach and a fun pier with people fishing. We definitely plan to come back!

Enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving weekend. Lots of great hiking nearby yet close to SF. Cooked turkey dinner in the kitchen. Plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans etc.

From the time we drove into our designated parking spot we were impressed. The property description is very accurate and everything is larger than what the picture depicts. The front yard is huge and had enough room for everyone to enjoy dinner and lounging on the deck chairs at the same time.
The interior smelled fresh and the decor is exactly as it is on the pictures. Very cute and roomy. Carlos- the property manager- had a bottle of wine, flowers, chips, salsa, and chocolate waiting for us. A perfect welcoming gift.
The neighborhood was quiet and everyone was kind and helpful. We were very impressed with the town.
We will definitely book this property again. We had a great experience.

Absolutely lovely location, just an adorable seaside spot for relaxing. Walking distance to lots of great hiking trails, coffee and food spots, and of course the beach. Carlos was on top of everything and very responsive. Adorably decorated, fresh flowers were a great touch, and everything you could need in the kitchen. We will be back!

Travelled to see our kids sports team play at Cal and Stanford. This location was about 30-35 min to both. The property was exactly as described and provided incredible ocean front access. We hiked gorgeous trails right outside front door. Lots of food/drinks nearby. Would def stay again

The location was awesome but if you're a light sleeper, forget it! The walls are thin (you can hear everything from above unit) and the wood floors are very loud. When anyone walks it sounds like elephants. There is a unit upstairs with same flooring and they were up and bickering and moving furniture till after 1 a.m.
Evidently it was also opening day for crabbing so there were people talking and walking up and down the street all night to line up on the dock from about 10 p.m. till morning.
When I reached out and asked Carlos to call me, "nothing".
I got no response from the messages I sent either except the part about the running toilet. His only reply was "do you want me to send someone over now?"
The small twin beds in the second room were uncomfortable and truly only good for children. There is room for 2 queen beds or full's that would be suitable for adults.
On the bright side, It was very clean and was stocked above and beyond. Very nice small unit near pier, coffee, liquor store and breakfast necessities.

Convenient location less than 30 min from SFO and right on the water. No beach but a nice promenade along the sea. Very clean with comfortable beds and many amenities. Kitchen stocked with spices, teas and coffee! Napkins, paper products and cleaning supplies. We have never stayed at a VRBO that gave you so much to make your stay easy. Much appreciated!!!

Wonderful location and amazing hosts!
Great little place right on the oceanfront! Clean, well stocked with all our needs, and super comfy. Carlos was amazing, checking in on us during our stay. We were lucky to meet the owner who also was super nice and knowledgeable about the area. Other guests in the building were great too! We had the most relaxing time and loved every minute of our stay in Pacifica! Thanks again for the amazing hospitality!

Had a great time
Very charming place. It had everything we needed for the week and if needed to, beyond. The kitchen was more than adequate for our needs, including spices and other dried ingredients. Not sure if they were provided by the property team or prior residence, but they definitely came in handy when we cooked a couple meals during our stay. We also appreciated having access to the games available in the unit. As a family, we particularly enjoyed putting together the puzzle. It was a nice family moment.
We picked this location primarily for its access to the beach and proximity to city of San Francisco. Even though it was mostly foggy while we were her, we did enjoy some nice strolls along the beach, the pier, and access to the hike just south of the unit.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

Great family getaway
We loved this apartment so much. Being able to see and hear the ocean from the kitchen and living room was amazing. The apartment had everything we needed including beach towels and chairs. The only thing that disappointed us was that the beach that was closest to us was too dangerous for us to swim and play at. We drove south and found lots of great beaches though. This location was also so close to San Francisco so it was easy for us to go into the city.

Great spot on the waterfront.
We stayed here while visiting family in south SF. We had a great stay. The place has a very nice, low-key surfer vibe. We walked the beach & walked around town, (Raymond’s restaurant is good!) and watched the folks crabbing off the pier. Enjoyed the front yard and chiminea as well. Comfortable furnishings and clean!

The property was as described. Clean, with everything needed for a short stay. The location was excelent with an unimpeded ocean view. A few small untoward events that really did not detract of the overall care and presentation of the property were related to nature: The high tides with king waves were washing the street, which was closed by the city for repairs, leading to the impossibility to use the driveway for parking. Street park was however much easier and closer than we expected. Also the cloth washer went south but it was quickly replaced by the management. We have no reservation about returning to the same property if available in the future.

They thought of everything!
This place was over-the-top clean! Carlos (and Brian) provided everything from abundant snack options to full-size high-end shampoo and conditioner. The bedding and other linens are top quality! We absolutely could not have asked for more (except maybe more sunshine and less smoke). Carlos is very available and responsive. You will not be disappointed with this property. We had a great time just relaxing and listening to the surf.

Perfect Seaside Getaway
When my wife showed me the listing for this place it looked too good to be true--spacious, comfortable, with a seawall enclosed garden overlooking the ocean and Pacifica's fishing pier, about 25 degrees cooler in midsummer in the daytime than our home in the central valley, and less than an hour and a half away. It turned out even better than it looked in the listing. The owner has carefully decorated and stocked the place with everything I might have wanted, from the kitchen, which has all the appliances we use at home, and good quality utensils that are obviously not just whatever the last guest abandoned, to the front garden, which is fully furnished with comfortable chairs, tables, and fire urns, including wood. Snacks, yoghurt, ice cream, wine, coffee, fresh flowers, and condiments? Check. Games? Check. Extra pillows and blankets? Check. Beach chairs? Wide brimmed sun hats? Telescope in case a whale passes by? Check. Seriously, the owner, who lived here for for several years, and his manager take a personal interest in making sure everything is as good as it can be. During our visit they could occasionally be seen unobtrusively sprucing up the garden and presumably making other improvements, though it was hard for me to see what could possibly be improved. And of course, there's the vast and powerful Pacific ocean. With the insulated windows closed, it's quiet inside, but I loved opening them and enjoying the fresh cool breeze and the sounds of the surf crashing on the rocks or the sand. There's easy access to both about 20 yards from the front door, and a shopping area a couple of blocks away with several places open even in this plague year that offer solid takeout food. Very restorative. A place that is remembered fondly and to which one hopes to return.

My daughter, her husband, 3 month old son and I stayed for 3 nights in January. Wow this property is located directly across the street from the ocean! The property was very clean and the property manager, Carlos was very responsive and friendly! Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent Location and Home
My business partner and I came to SF for a few day conference and hotel costs were astronomical. We decided to find a 2 bedroom home rental that would be close enough to downtown. This apartment is excellent. Not only is it 25-30 min away from all the SF attractions (lyft/ uber is very inexpensive) but you can literally hear the waves crashing right outside your windows. The walk right in front of the apartment is breathtaking. I wouldn't want to stay in downtown SF if they paid me in comparison to this place. Great coffee show 10 min walk from apartment. Apartment was well equipped and comes with a good amount of towels, which is always an issue in rentals. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing time by the Ocean-
We have a saying in Hawaii ( at least amongst my friends) when we "hate' to leave a place- "going to tie myself to a coconut tree" Loved this place- right across from the ocean - if there were -a coconut tree- yup i would still be there (-: Gave a 5 star- beds soo comfortable!
