We loved our little “home away from home”. The apartment was well appointed, beautifully decorated and was the perfect layout for the 3 of us. We loved the sunny outdoor space, even though it was winter, we could still sit out around lunchtime. The laundry facilities were great- just a short walk down the hall. It’s so nice the owners provided coins for the washer and dryers! There’s also a small washing machine in the kitchen If you wanted to do a load and then dry in the public laundry. Another great amenity is the rooftop heated pool, hot tub and fitness center. Elevator access to this area is very close to the apartment- and the views are stunning! There’s a German restaurant on the property that we enjoyed one evening. The location was wonderful for walking downtown, to the ferry and the wharf restaurants. We highly recommend this charming apartment! Oh.. I can’t forget to mention the owner communication was outstanding and check in was a breeze. Five stars for sure!

The apartment is beautiful and roomy. We loved the location because it was a very short walk to the Sky Tower and the quay. The balcony was lovely and we enjoyed staying one or two nights and watched Netflix on the big screen TV. The owners provided a great resource book with plenty on instructions on house operations and suggestions on things to do and places to eat. They were also highly available for questions. If we ever get back to Auckland, would love to stay there again.

The apartment on Hobson Street was perfect for our time spent in Auckland. We appreciated the very convenient location for walking to the Sky Tower and the harbor area. Uber pick-up for other activities was easy with the pull-in lane in front of the building.
Apartment furnishings were very complete and comfortable, and the space was quite adequate for three adults. Our host was available for communication when needed. The only hiccup was finding the right lockbox to access keys upon arrival.
We definitely would book this property again!

This condo was perfect for two couple’s visiting Auckland for the first time. Close to the harbor and excellent restaurants all well within walking distance. Condo was clean and Jane was so accommodating. The patio was where we hung out most of the time we were “home”. Also enjoyed the rooftop pool and hot tub. I highly recommend this condo!!

Snag this or if you can! We were there for 5 nights and found it very enjoyable. It was lovely to sit out on the deck in the evening. The neighborhood was lively, the apartment roomy, safe and peaceful. A perfect combination. We really appreciated the guest book with restaurant recommendations. The owners have great taste! We enjoyed Auckland and hope to make it back someday.

Our stay at the Heritage Hotel was absolutely lovely. Jane has to be one of the most helpful, kind and responsive hosts I have ever experienced in a vacation rental. The condo was comfortable, beautifully appointed, so well, equipped, and very comfortable in all aspects. The location was wonderful, so close to so much of Auckland. We were able to see so many places on foot. I would absolutely recommend Jane‘s place to anyone staying in Auckland.

This apartment is marvellous - very comfortable and well appointed. The balcony and outdoor space are great, and the huge windows make the apartment very light and airy. The location is terrific, within easy walking distance to ferries, buses, restaurants. Jane and Roger are wonderful hosts - they provide meticulous instructions for check in and to access the car park, and their overall communication is first class. Highly recommended!

We had just flown in from London needed a few days to regroup before heading down to family in Hawkes bay. This was an ideal apartment lots of space , great to have independence and hotel facilities pool etc. would defo recommend and stay again

My family had the pleasure of staying at this incredible apartment recently, and I am delighted to provide a reference for what was truly a fantastic experience.
From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The apartment itself was not only immaculately clean but also tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
The amenities provided were exceptional, exceeding my expectations. Comfortable bedding, spacious balcony and modern furnishings added a touch of luxury to my stay. The attention to the little things, such as high-quality toiletries, a thoughtfully stocked pantry and laundry with the little things one seldom thinks of, demonstrated a commitment to guest comfort.
The facilities available in the complex were varied and comprehensive, from the rooftop pool to the spa, gym and sauna, to the tennis court and the onsite restaurant and bar.
The location of the apartment was ideal, offering easy access to local attractions, public transportation, etc. I appreciated the convenience of nearby shops and restaurants, making it a seamless experience to explore the surrounding area.
Furthermore, the communication with the owner was prompt and professional. Any questions or requests were addressed with efficiency and a genuine desire to ensure a pleasant stay.

My husband and I stayed her for our wedding anniversary and we loved it! The layout, decor and furnishings really reflect a New York Style apartment. High ceilings and the casement style windows are great, the bed was very comfortable, and the two bathrooms meant that we got one each! The location is a 5-10 minute walk to great shopping, cool bars and a huge range of restaurants. The hosts, Jane and Roger were fantastic and made our stay really special. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The Condo was very nice and we love how it opened to the balcony. The location is perfect. It's close to lots of restaurants, the wharf and all the ferries.

Super clean and stylish place. The Heritage complex is aging and the Berlinchen restaurant serves awful food. Unfortunately, the pool deck was closed for renovation, but the weather was too cold for us to use it or the “sunny terrace” anyway. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped with coffee pods and supplies. The owners have left a booklet full of thoughtful tips about the Apartment and the area. Definitely recommend!

This was perfect for our 3 month stay. Walking distance to everything including the ferry and train station. The hosts were extremely helpful with many suggestions of where to go around town. If you are looking for a great stay this is it.

Location, location, location. Short walk to everywhere. Even Ponsenby is a doable stroll for an evening out. Beds were very comfortable. Apartment is off Hobson on quieter side street. Great vibe to the place. Highly recommend. Parking is highly-piggly to get to, but works. Communication with host was great.

Beautiful, centrally located flat with a fully equipped kitchen. Close to food shops, restaurants, the gallery, and museum.
Excellent communication from the hosts and they very kindly agreed to a later checkout for me even though they had another guest coming on the same day.
I particularly enjoyed Jayne's insider's guide for restaurant recommendations.

This apartment is lovely, spacious and well-equipped, and the location in the middle of Auckland’s CBD is perfect! So close to the water and the ferries, and a block from Sky City,…so convenient! Jane is a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating. We had a wonderful week staying in her beautiful apartment and we loved Auckland and the surrounding areas…we would stay there again!

My husband, daughter and I just enjoyed a four night stay at this lovely apartment in early October. The decor is so fun and it provided the perfect amount of space for us. We enjoyed wine on the patio in the evenings. The location is ideal for walking to the marina, great restaurants and shopping. Jane was kind enough to work with us so that we could get right into the apartment after arriving in Auckland at 5:45 am after an international flight. We would highly recommend this apartment.

We absolutely adored the apartment! We really enjoyed the beautiful linen and quality glassware. The furniture was so comfortable, a little oasis at the end of the day that we couldn't wait to return to. The decor was amazing. The deck is perfect for afternoon drinks and the rooftop pool would be amazing in Summer. After 12 hours travelling, the bath and products provided were absolute luxury. The owners really create a home away from home. The location is perfect, walking distance to all precincts from K Road, Britomart, The Viaduct, Silo Park and Queen St is just down the hill. There are plenty of grocery options nearby to grab supplies and the kitchen is well equipped to eat in. Otherwise there are a tonne of dining options close by. There is also a handy guide from the owners with their recommendations on the local area. Absolutely loved the place!

The property was well maintained and very beautifully designed. Beds were super comfy and the linen very crisp and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and very neatly organised.
Jane is a wonderful host and very receptive to all requests.
My only complaint is with the key collection amd drop off arrangements. Perhaps easier if the process could be handled at the hotel/ apartment reception/ concierge.
Overall, an excellent spot in the city ! Many thanks Jane for the pre check in assistance.

Perfect in every way
We absolutely loved our stay n this chic apartment. The location was superb and within walking distance of most of the places we wanted to visit. It was great to be able to pop back to the apartment during the day if we needed. Having a sunny balcony to sit and enjoy the winter sun was an added bonus. When our plans were cancelled at the last minute one evening we enjoyed being able to stay in and make the most of the apartment.
Jane, the host, was very responsive and absolutely lovely. When we next visit Auckland this will be our first choice for accommation.

Inner City Perfection
This really was outstanding from booking meeting Jane @ the hotel to give me apartment information & car parking (which is extra ) but very easy.
Great slumber on the super bed, clean everything perfect. And a litre of milk not a small carton , plenty of coffee pods and a bottle of cold rose to boot! We walked everywhere & had a fantastic time.

Fantastic Holiday
Apartment is beautifully decorated, fully stocked; stocked better than most VRBO’s with condiments, food wraps and even a coin to take to the laundry room to use to dry freshly washed clothes. We enjoyed the spacious balcony. The owner was easily reached. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Apartment
This is a beautiful apartment. It is very well decorated, bright, and comfortable. The roof top pool area with the exercise room were a treat. It was all so nice that it made it difficult to get out and explore the area. Jane was great to work with and had a lot of good suggestions in her book.
