About this apartment rental

Beautifully positioned iconic two bedroom apartment on the edge of the Viaduct Marina, stunning Westerly sea views - sunsets and sails create a spectacular nautical backdrop.

There is only two like it in this complex and only one available to book!! The large deck space means you don't even have to pop to the beach to get a tan.

You'll love the vibrant atmosphere that entertains below, you're right in the heart of the action with an array of bars and restaurants at your doorstep.

Two bedroom / two bathroom apartment with open plan layout - the lounge opens up to outdoor balcony offering views across the Viaduct precinct and marina. One of the bedrooms is situated at the back of the property and sheltered from the viaduct buzz at night time. This bedroom has a large window that can be easily opened to let in some natural light and air as well.

The master has a stunning open view of the viaduct right from your bed, opening onto the balcony as well and features an ensuite with twin sinks. Laundry is separate from both bathrooms. All finished off with a large kitchen overlooking the precinct matched with new high class furnishings and top quality linen.

Check in is conveniently via our office which is right next door to the Quays complex. Our friendly and efficient team will personally greet you on arrival and show you to your private apartment.

The Quays complex is right in the heart of the Viaduct, Auckland's most desired central real estate with an array of bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk. The buzzing Wynyard Quarter development is within a 10 minute walk and the new Commercial Bay establishment offers high end retail and a wide range of classy food options. Enjoy harbour side walks around the marina and directly opposite your complex, work off last night’s meal in the gym or pop in for some laps in the public pool.

The ferry terminal is a five minute walk, we recommend visiting Waiheke Island, perhaps even a winery tour while you’re there! The Britomart transport hub for buses and trains is very close by and taxis are all available at the entrance to Princes Wharf. The Auckland Explorer Bus is the city's original hop on hop off sightseeing tour and pick up is across the road from Princes Wharf. Explore Auckland's top attractions in your own time and enjoy interesting commentary and friendly service along the way.
Please read our House Rules Terms & Conditions carefully before your stay with us to ensure your
trip is seamless! On arrival, when you collect your keys from the lockbox please scan the COVID QR CODE with your mobile scanner.

**The guest booking name must reply to this message and respond back that they and their companions
agree to our house rules and terms and conditions and send through a valid form of ID before given access to the property and provide a valid credit card for a bond where necessary. **

1. Zero smoking tolerance, if not abided by and there is a smell left there will be a fine of $300

2. Number of guests allocated when booking is the maximum number of people allowed in the apartment
and effective from 9 pm onwards, security monitors the number strictly to avoid noise disturbances to the other guests and tenants and any inappropriate behaviour.

3. If you lose your key/swipe and require assistance to access the apartment you will be charged a call-out fee of $120 (no call out service from 7 pm - 9 am during traffic light 'orange/red') and a $120 fee to replace the lost keys - keep an eye on them! If a lock change is deemed necessary, Stay Ltd reserves the right to charge the Head Guest accordingly.

4. The head guest agrees that they will inform Stay Ltd immediately if any stains, odours or damage
occurs to the property, and you agree that you will be held financially responsible if an incident occurs.

5. If there was a gathering or the apartment is left in a poor and extremely messy state - the extra time taken to clean will be charged so please be mindful. We treat our guests with great care and respect, please keep that in mind during your stay.

6. The head guest who made the booking, is responsible for the safety of everyone who is within the
apartment and will leave the apartment in a reasonable clean and tidy condition.

7. Theft of any items are strictly banned, and a chattels list is taken before and directly after your stay for reference.

8. The head guest agrees that the apartment will not be used for any unlawful purpose.

9. Un-arranged late checkouts will be charged $100 if this leads to the prevention of the cleaners
to access the property. If you would like late checkout, get in touch with us so we can confirm first.

10. Bonds are already taken via Airbnb but will be taken onsite if you have booked through VRBO, B.com or a direct booking. Bonds are taken via a credit card which must match the name of the booking and Stay Ltd holds the right to charge your credit card if any of Stay Ltd house rules terms and conditions are breached. If an incident occurs that exceeds the bond taken, Stay Ltd holds the right to charge the credit card to remedy the damage. We urge you to be kind and respectful of our property during your stay, we love hosting and meeting all of you but for us to continue providing this service we have to ensure the property is loved also.

11. If damage is not financially recovered from the head guest who made the booking, the Stay Ltd debt recovery team will be in contact with you which will lead to additional unnecessary charges.

PLEASE NOTE: all apartments have hot water cylinders which have a certain capacity, please be mindful when showering as there is a set limit and will take up to 1-3 hours to heat back up again. A bath will deplete the cylinder significantly.

CHECK OUT: Please leave your keys on the kitchen bench upon leaving, unless you are parking with us then remove your car first then return the keys back to your allocated lockbox and send a photo to us once completed. If we are unable to locate your keys in the lockbox you will be charged.

If you lose your keys, you will not gain access to the property until the morning and no refund will be permitted, so please keep them with you at all times.

Very loud. You can not sleep before 3:00h. On weekends live music just next door. The apartment has not 140 am - maybe included the terrace. Also a very old apartment. For the rental price you can expect much more equipment (proper coffee machine). No free parking included.

This is a nice apartment right in the middle of the restaurants and bars on the Auckland waterfront. It's outside area is massive for an apartment and would be great to use if there are a few of you staying there. The apartment block has a secure car park underneath, just an FYI as it's not listed in the unit description. On weekends it could get slightly noisy from the British bar and others nearby/ underneath, (A footy match was on mid-week when I was there) but it's not too bad, you can stay in the back quieter bedroom if it is an issue. The people managing the apartment were great with concise information on getting access and keys/ parking. Their office is right at the front door of the apartment, so if there are issues (I had none) you can find them easily.

Enjoyed our stay, definitely recommend staying here with your friends if you're coming to Auckland for a stay. The apartment is in Viaduct Harbour close to Bars and Restaurants.

Great location
Great location
Lovely location in the city, was expecting abit more for the price paid though I think the location is expected to be the highlight. Could have been cleaner, noticed mould in the shower indicating it hadn't been cleaned properly in awhile. Check in process was also a hassle as our parking spot was taken by somebody else so alot of mucking around ringing the owner to organize parking otherwise great location and views over the viaduct.
