This house is perfect for families or groups that want to enjoy beautiful Old Saybrook in a spacious, newly remodeled, three-story home in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. This house is perfect for families or groups that want to enjoy beautiful Old Saybrook in a spacious, newly remodeled, three-story home in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. From the moment the front door opens, the eye is drawn to the marble surround fireplace, transom windows, gleaming hardwood floors and stunning kitchen with soft-close cabinetry, farmhouse sink, high end appliances and quartz topped counters. The kitchen is immaculately appointed with new, top-of-the line appliances and everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. A laundry with a high capacity washer and dryer are available.
On the second floor, you'll find 3 bedrooms (Queen,Queen, Full+Twin trundle) with hardwood floors and ceiling fans. Ascend to the third floor for the Master Suite with abundant closet space, vaulted ceiling, balcony with views of LI Sound and a spa master bath with double sinks, walk-in shower, and an over sized soaking tub.
In addition to all this, there is high speed internet WiFi access and a large finished recreation room in the basement with a full bath. Watch all your favorite shows on Chromecast TV on a large HDTV.
After a day outside, you can clean-up in your private outdoor shower when you return from to the highly desirable private Cornfield Point Beaches, just a stroll away. Then sit on the mahogany deck in afternoon shade and fire-up dinner on the Weber gas grill.

This home is everything the listing says it is. It was spacious and completely updated. Everything in the home was high-end and well maintained and so many thoughtful touches. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the house was large and beautifully decorated and there was plenty of parking. We wanted for nothing all week which I find to be a rarity when renting a vacation home. The week we were in Old Saybrook was rainy and a little chilly for August but the house had lots of games to occupy us and cozy blankets to keep us warm. Down by the rock beach is a little grassy area and benches that are perfect for drinking morning coffee by the water and meeting all the neighbors dogs. We will definitely be back!!

Our family and friends agree, best gathering ever for Thanksgiving 2022! This immaculate and beautifully appointed home is one of a kind. Spacious, four bedroom, 3 1/2 baths on 4 floors is perfect for family vacation, holiday celebration, etc. Well appointed with gas fireplace, chef kitchen/appliances and more. Owner available and very responsive by personal cell anytime to answer questions. Was perfect for our family and friends Thanksgiving. Stunning long island sound view from 4th floor master bedroom balcony! See for yourself!

Lovely vacation home by the shore
Excellent experience. The home is solid, beautifully decorated, extremely well supplied with lovely toiletries and a fantastic kitchen with all the equipment we needed to prepare meals. Property manager was prompt in his responsiveness in setting up the heating system.
This vacation home is in a wonderful location close to the beach and the town. Looking forward to returning.

Lovely Home
My family had a great experience at this cozy home. It was stocked with everything you could think of towels, linens, laundry detergent, hand soap, dish soap, sponges, ziploc bags, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, cooking spices and seasonings, coffee, sugar, paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, etc. It looks just like the photos! The beach association and neighbors are all so friendly! Beautiful location and views of the ocean. Only bummer was getting hit with Tropical storm Isaias during our stay and losing power for 2 days. (Not the owner’s fault, whatsoever). Unfortunately a back up generator was the only thing this cottage didn’t have. Despite the power outrage we still had a great vacation and I would highly recommend the house to anyone considering staying!

A clean and lovely house, perfect for our family--four adults and a two-year old. A very short and beautiful walk to a great swimming beach (good for the little one as well). Lovely deck and back yard to sit outside. Lovely neighborhood. Just serene.

Absolutely Amazing Beach House
My family and I loved our week stay in this picture perfect beach house. I have rented many different homes over the past several years in this beach community, and this property has been by far the best and has set the bar very high when it comes to rentals. The location is ideal with gorgeous water views of “Rock Beach” (which is steps away from the house) from the master bedroom and it is just a quick walk/bike to Cornfield Point beach. The house is meticulous, decorated perfectly, and is so spacious. The owner Jeff was so lovely and easy to deal with and made sure that we were happy right from the start of our stay. We can not wait to return!

Truly Exceptional Stay
Jeff’s house provided one of the most lovely, and comfortable stays we have had. We enjoyed every aspect of our time there and felt very much at home. The house is immaculate, well equipped, spacious and thoughtfully designed to meet every creature comfort and convenience. Every detail felt new, bright and comfortable. The master bedroom has a beautiful view of the ocean and a luxurious master en suite bathroom. The fenced in back yard and finished basement were great spaces for our daughters to play. The kitchen has new, high end appliances and was pleasant and efficient for cooking. All the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable with high quality new linens throughout. The location is ideally situated in a quiet, friendly neighborhood just steps from the beach and within close proximity to other beaches and nearby restaurants and stores. Jeff was prompt, helpful, and friendly to communicate with and made our stay easy and comfortable. We are already eager to plan our next return to this dreamy, ideal home.

Lovely, spacious, clean home that surpassed their own reviews. Plenty of space for gathering in open floor plan of kitchen, dining and living room. Deck and backyard spacious for more fun. Downstairs tv room offers another room for play/ tv time. Bedrooms on 2nd floor good size and beach cozy. Third floor bedroom we called the penthouse with balcony overlooking the sound. Walk to town beaches!

Everything was wonderful. The location to the beach, the home, the sunrise from the master bedroom, being able to take daily walks along the shore, the kitchen; everything. The property owner is reachable should a problem arise and pleasant to deal with. I hope to come back.

Spectacular house!
This was one of the best houses we've stayed in. It was completely updated, tons of room, very comfortable and clean. The beds/pillows/linens/towels were plush and cozy, the kitchen was amazing and very well stocked for any cooking needs. Plenty of parking for several cars. The master bedroom and bathroom, oh my-- so awesome!!! We didn't want to leave. The house is steps to a rocky beach access, where we enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning. Downtown had lots of great food options and plenty to do around the area. The owners were very nice to work with and responded quickly to any questions I had. I'd highly recommend this house. We hope to come back during the summer months.

Loved our stay
This was by far our favorite rental in the area. We were there for Parent's Weekend at the Coast Guard Academy and although it was a bit of a drive, the cadets we were visiting like getting away from the immediate area. We absolutely loved the house. It is very modern and nicely decorated. It is four levels and if it was for sale we would consider buying it. The neighbors were also extremely friendly. One of the neighbors actually asked us to a community event involving tequila, but we had to decline. Although our open day was very rainy, we still managed to visit the nearby beach twice in the day. We really hope we are able to visit this house again. It was truly comfortable and very unique.

PERFECT! This home was everything we had hoped it would be!
Our family of 5 adults, toddler and preschooler stayed here during mid/late September. Everything about this house is perfect. It is exactly as the photos represent it. It was spotless, very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and there was loads of room for all of us. Everything we could want was provided, right down to the beach toys, chairs and umbrella! The location is superb, the neighborhood is lovely and quiet, and so close to great beaches, and everything you could want is close by in town. Jeff was always easy to contact and promptly responded to any questions or concerns. It was a wonderful place to spend our holiday, and we would definitely stay here again!

A perfect getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed renting this property. It was exceptionally well furnished and the kitchen was spacious and very fun to cook in! The neighborhood was quaint and we appreciated the walks to the beach each day as well. The restaurants offer a variety of things to choose from and there are great outlets (to shop) along with fairly close movie theaters. We have rented various places on the shore over the years, this certainly ranks at the top of the list. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Place
We stayed at Jeff and Pam's place while in town for a friend's graduation from the Coast Guard Academy and it was absolutely amazing. Kitchen was upgraded and fully stocked. Everyone was happy with each of the bedrooms in terms of size and the comfortableness of the beds. The master bedroom was exceptional that included a balcony with a beautiful view of the water and great master bath. There was also plenty of parking for everyone with five spaces available.
Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Old Saybrook area!

Overall a lovely property with easy-to-deal-with owners
Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful and spacious property. Everything went smoothly in all phases of the rental process, from securing the property to getting our security deposit back. There was no real need to interact with the owners, but they made themselves available and were very easy to communicate with.
The top floor master bed and bath with small patio was luxurious. Beds throughout the house are comfy and the rooms are spacious.Though surrounded by houses, the window treatments are elegant and provide ample privacy. There's a grassy area with a couple of benches at the top of the street (where there are also stairs down to the rocky beach) was perfect for flying kites. The walk through the neighborhood to get to the small sandy beach was under ten minutes. The trip into town was quick so most things you might need are within an quick ride. Perhaps because this rental is in a somewhat exclusive association, people seemed to drive very slowly through the circuit of streets, making it safer than usual for a 4 year old on a bike, a big plus for our group. Adults in our group also rented a couple of bikes locally and enjoyed the relative safety riding around this area and into town. If I had to come up with a complaint I'd say I do have one: some of the pot handles and lids get much too hot to handle without a pot holder; early in the week, several of us found out the hard way. This was surprising given the quality of the rest of the kitchen appliances and surfaces. Overall a lovely property and easy to deal with owners.

Absolutely Amazing!
This property is perfect for a family vacation. So close to the beach, biking and walking is a joy in this beautiful neighborhood. When we arrived the kitchen was fully stocked, bedrooms and bathrooms were ready and required little set up ! Not to mention it is absolutely beautifully decorated and child proof ! We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it highly ! Jeff and Pam are awesome to work with !
