Decent place to try.

Location is so good and center between grand bend beach and goodrich. It is also offer many beaches near within 10-20 min drive. It is recommended to try it for your next visit to this area. It also offer in door swimming pool.

Bed is not really comfort and room need more attention to cleaning. Cleaning should include all floor and corners areas and not limited to walking area only. Also price is high for the hotel given it is not including any breakfast or so.

Excellent place to stay in Bayfield

The staff are friendly, welcoming and efficient. The unique room layout is excellent for a family (main bed downstairs and loft area above for kids), especially teens who want some privacy. Beds are so comfortable even our kid who is an early riser slept in and said it was because of this. The whole place is kept very clean. The restaurant food is delicious! The pool and sauna are wonderful. He wooded area behind the hotel has lovely walking trails and a delightful wedding venue. Last time we loved having s'mores at the fire pit, but this time the weather got in the way. This was our second visit and we will be back, for sure.

Pool was supposed to be open from 8am but at 8.45am was still closed. I suspect this was because everyone was checking out after a long weekend and they assumed no-one would use it, but I was looking forward to a morning swim before departure. Not a huge deal though.

Pleasant and comfortable

Swimming pool was excellent. Clean rooms and friendly service from the staff. but all was clean. The room was large and bright with comfortable beds and sofa etc. Good TV and wi-fi and the nespresso coffee make was a bonus.

Improvement would be a closet for clothes rather than hooks on the wall. It's a big room and could easily accommodate this.Bathroom was a little dated (shower/bath in particular)

Spend one night but was delighted to find z restaurant serving tandoori chicken and and okra!

Very good

I thought the fee was a touch high given there was no breakfast and we were there on a Tuesday night. The pool was nice and my son loved it! Nice and close to Bayfield and beaches.

It was okay...nothing to write home about except the location is good.

Location wise its good. Facility is good ..comfy beds and wifi good. The House keeping staff was cheerful and helpful. So was a kitchen staff who opened the door when nobody came to open it. No Concierge service.

Breakfast not included with price. This is a minus point. There's no concierge service. Nobody comes to open the front door when you ring the bell. The customer service is absolutely zero. It appears that you have to come and go at 'their' convenience...Its very old school way of doing business. And there's a distinct smell in the lobby which is very over powering. I don't think I will visit again.

Overall, it was very pleasant and the staff was friendly.

We liked the pool and the loft design of the room when you need to accommodate a large family.

Close to most amenities and points of interest.

Choice of food in their restaurant. No continental breakfast or traditional breakfast menu. Operating tv and clock difficult.

Our room was first door to the main desk.

Nothing was appealing to me. It was clean but during the night I went into the bathroom to find a strong smell. This place definately has a sewer back up problem. I paid $229 for a place that should be inspected by an inspector.

The back up sewer problem. The front desk room was not appealing. The room was somewhat ok but the musty smell again is not worth the price.

Unpleasant Stay. Rude Staff.

Close to Grand Bend

Rude Staff. Unprofessional behaviour. Uncomfortable Bed. Indoor pool was not clean and had Excessive chlorine which lead to eyes irritation and redness for the conplete night. No proper amenities were provided. For the stay of 4 people, only 1 towel was given initially. Also, coffee supplies were limited in the room and was told not to ask again and again for the things needed.
