Pěkný apartmán na nedokonalém místě

Blízko centra, čisté, dobře vybavené a voňavé mýdlo. Moc milá a ochotná kontaktní osoba.

Nemá klimatizací a otevřeným oknem je slyšet v noci docela velký hluk z tramvají. Parkoviště je dost obsazené, že jsem se musel postavit na místo rezervované pro ALZA zákazníky.

Отличная квартира в центре

Очень хорошая квартира за свои деньги. Современный ремонт, в которой было очень чисто и аккуратно. Рядом с квартирой находятся основные достопримечательности. С паркингом проблем не возникнет, если внимательно изучить инструкцию, которую отправил арендодатель

Из недостатков можно отметить отсутствие микроволновки и стиральной машины, но это совсем не критично для нас.

Ár-érték aránya szerintem jó.

Városon belül nagyon jó elhelyezkedés a belváros megközelítése szempontjából. 1 villamosmegálló a pályaudvar,10 perc séta a lakástól a főtér.

Alatta az áruterítő cég raktára, hétfő kukanap és 6-kor indul a munkanap. A saroknál a villamos épp kicsit kanyarodik, és egész éjjel jár...Szóval aki rosszul alszik, annak nem ajánlom.Ár-érték

Досить демократична ціна.Наявність паркінгу.Добре обладнане помешкання усім необхідним.

Доволі повільно відповідала рецепція на наші запити. Нестандартна та заплутана система реєстрації, наявність обов'язкової подвійної реєстрації про яку завчасно ніхто не попереджуе.Ми втратили цілу годину тільки на те,що коли вже стояли під помешканням і нам ніхто не висилав інструкцію для заселення,тобто де і як взяти ключи від помешкання.А вся справа як виявилося що не заповнена анкета додаткової форми.Вас просто ставлять перед фактом що без заповнення додаткової форми ви не зможете скористатися житлом за яке вже заплатили, але те що гроші не повертаються уточнити власники не забули. Власники будьте людяними,опрацюйте зауваження .Дякую.

For quick Brno visit it was adeqaute.

Room & bathroom very clean and cozy. Insruction clear; easy to collect keys. Very good comunication.

Kitchenware a bit poor. Nothing to use for the owen. I expected at least a bit of more basic ingredience like salt, sugar, coffee maybe.

Ubytování pro nenáročné uživatele.

Ubytování bylo bez snídaně. Mělo kuchyňku, varnou konvici,vařič, lednicí,mikrovlnku. Poblíž zvoniciho kostela. V dostupnosti od centra.Tekla hned teplá voda a bylo teplo.

Chybělo zatmění pokoje, byla to holá okna. Lampička na stolku.

Close to the train station and city center, clean new bathroom.

Finding the room was more challenging than I expected, also the room smelled of cigarettes .

Skvělý poměr ceny a kvality.

Pěkný pokoj, dobré umístění blízko centra města, skvělé vybavení pokoje, výborná cena.

Příliš mnoho komunikace ohledně check-in (přišlo asi 7 zpráv a notifikací - otravné), zaprášený nábytek, nedostatečné závěsy (nezastíní celé okno, do pokoje jde hodně světla). V nabídce je uveden Netflix, ale je to pouze nepřihlášená aplikace v televizi.

Veľmi príjemný apartmán na pobyt neďaleko centra Brna. Pomer cena/kvalita je štandardný, cítili sme sa dobre, všetko

- nový, čistý, útulný a príjemný apartmán - chladnička, kuchynka, čistá kúpeľna, pohodlná posteľ, gauč so stolíkom - super osvetlenie apartmánu, spríjemní to napr. večerné pozeranie filmu - na skok od centra Brna a stanice - kostol hneď vedľa (hodiny na veži odbíjajú každú štvrťhodinu - niekomu to možno vadí, mne sa to páči) - jednoduchý check-in a check-out

- lokalita nevyzerá najprívetivejšie, ale nie je to nič hrozné - zišla by sa doska na krájanie pečiva a zeleniny v kuchyni

Cheapest parking in the city centre over night with night stay in modern flat

Exceptionaly clean, modern and comfort flat. PARKING INCLUDED! Amazing location in the city centre (10mins walking)

Bed is little bit harder then i would preffer, but it is just my preferation (still exceptionally good) Also there is little bit too much light from the streat, maybe in future it would be great to invest in blinds/courtins…

Prompt answer of staff and clear instructions via SMS, location exactly according pictures, very clean and good equipped, all technology fully functional

they should not allow smokers in the appartments or classify...smell was not good...SMS instruction was clear and good but primary document showed different address and it was misleading...location of appartment should be stated on all documents at once...concrete: Skorepka 15 says the booking, NaDvore says the PDF and the SMS says VLKHA 36...confusing

Not recommended. Wrong code for the key box, not reachable host, arrogant, not helpful. Stay elsewhe

Spent 30 mins trying to get the key as they gave us incorrect code for the key box. And don’t count they will pick up the phone when you try to call them for the correct one in a pouring rain in 2 degrees outside - nope, they will just decline the calls and then tell you they don’t pick it up in the evening. You would think they would at least apologise - nope, don’t expect even that. WiFi did not work, after we informed the host about it she gave us a passcode to the router from another room, so it was barely reaching us, disappearing all the time, in the morning the host texted that in all the other rooms there it was working so why would it not in ours. And u guessed correctly - no apologies for this either. Informed the host about the cleaning problem in the bathroom - she denied it. Even though she could come and look at it, she chose to deny the reality and do nothing about it. And again a correct guess - no apologies again.

Nem először voltunk ott - nem is utoljára. Az előző apartmant 10 pontra értékeltem, ez sem érdemel kevesebbet.

Egy kicsit rontott az összképen, hogy az ablakok egy lapostetőre néztek.

Nice apartment for a short stay not far from the center, incl. parking. Very good value for money

Excellent location not far from city center. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Instructions for the keys and the parking were very clear and easy to do. On point communication from the host.

La camera era pulita, cuscini e piumoni molto morbo i e letto comodo, cucina bella attrezzata.

In general, we enjoyed the staying, the bed was comfortable , everything was clean(except that one towel)

There was everything: towels, hangers, kettle, tea, fridge, tv, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, dishes

One of the towel was super old so it had some stains that wasn’t washed out. I bet they washed it, but it was no a pleasure to see it, so of course we did not use it. The way to the place from the train station did not look nice…

The apartment is quite near the city centre. It would be useful to indicate how to get from the train station and to the city by public transport - for people who have children or mobility issues. The Vlhka tram stop is very close and the trams are convenient. E g. the number 8 tram, among others. Google maps does not always provide this information.

Perfect place for stayover and enjoying the city

There are only 2 things which are really important when staying at the hotel or any acommodation: bed must be comfy and the room (especially bathroom) must be clean. This room was just superb. It was super clean, it smelled nice. The bed was very comfortable. The room was simple, but spaceous with fully equipped kitchen. Getting the keys from the locker via code received by SMS was super easy. Location is very close to the main train station.

Nothing. However, someone might find the room too plain, which I was fine with as it was clean and all was working and relatively new. Also you can hear the noise from trams. Not a big deal though, but someone not from the city or with light sleep might find it disturbing
