The house is in a pretty area. It could use a better cleaning as the carpets were quite dirty as was the sofa. The amenities are nice. If you have to use the loft area for sleeping—there is no a/c up there.

Clean. Beautiful home. Would stay again!

The house is great but it needs a little upkeep. New throw rugs and upholstery cleaned. The beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable but the cleaning crew should be fired. The rest of the house wasn't very clean. There was even a pair of men's underwear on the deck from a previous guest. The location was perfect though.

Although the home was clean and nice, the check in process was a disaster.

Very clean and convenient place for our family. Loft for kids gave them their own space and adults had space to catch up on the main floor. Easy ride to Camden Snow Bowl for great family ski time!

We loved the location, rooms, and general ambiance of the house. There were two major problems - 1) The water was not potable. We had to use bottled water for rinsing / brushing our teeth. 2) The internet connection was very slow. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and liked the house.

Beautiful place with lots of space. We had 6 people and had lots of room for everyone. . We traveled to Bar Harbor and Acadia for 3 days. It was about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Loved being able to park our van in the garage each night to load and unload. The only issue we had was the water had a lot of iron in it which smelled really bad. We bought our own water to drink. The three bathrooms were nice as well as living room and kitchen were great.

Locked thermostat set at 68. Norport/Bayside can be quite chilly in Sept-Oct.. Had to get electric heaters from kin as gas heater didn't work.
Tried several times to get hold of property manager. He didn't work either.. Never contacted us back.

A clean and very comfortable home! Has everything you need to feel at home while on vacation. There is a bag of fun things to play outdoors, which is great because there is a lot of space to play outside. The patios are amazing! When the one outside the living are is too bright, there is a very spacious covered patio on the other side of the house to enjoy. So many great things nearby; The Hoot, Bayside Market, Bayside…..all within walking distance, and Belfast, Lincolnville, and Camden less than 15 minutes driving.

My sister and I really enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. It was quiet and in a peaceful setting, but close to Belfast and other points both north and south. I highly recommend this home!

We were looking for a home to rent that would be centrally located to beaches and restaurants and the small towns on the coast of Maine. The house is located in Northport, which is between Belfast and Lincolnville. Camden is only another 10 minutes south of Lincolnville. There is a small grocery store/sandwich/ice cream shop in walking/biking distance, but other than that you have to drive everywhere.
The porch outside the bedrooms is lovely. The porch outside the living room is HOT in the summer. There is no umbrella for shade making it unbearable to sit outside during the long beautiful days and the view is of the property’s dumpster.
There is only seating in the living room for four adults comfortably and 6 at the dining room table. There are only 4 coffee cups and not a lot of dishes, so you should pack your own if you are more people.
We saw on the listing that the house does not provide anything for outdoor activities so we were prepared. You need to bring games or anything you might want to do inside, too.
There are no dressers in any of the rooms so you can’t unpack. There were also no nightstands in the loft bedroom.
During our stay the ice maker stopped working. We called and texted the property manager and got no response. This was a major hassle to buy ice everyday.
The biggest issue we had is the iron in the water. They have “iron out” to put in your white laundry but the iron in the water turned everything orange. The inside of the shower, my mom’s blonde hair, our clothes, etc. The home needs a water filtration system. There is filtered water in the refrigerator, thankfully.
Pros - nice house with great room/open living centrally located to driving to places. Reasonably priced.
Cons - all of the above.

A Nice, Quiet Home
The house was very clean and up-to-date. It was also in a quiet area which was very relaxing for our family. Maine was a very fun trip for us and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Maine.

The house was amazing and was located close to Bar Harbor and other fun places to visit. This was our first time going to Maine and we're very happy we chose this place.

In love with Maine
The home was clean & beautiful in, convenient to Camden & Belfast. Disappointments were the amount of stairs to the main floor & the treacherous stairs to the second floor, which we could not use as they were narrow & steep. WiFi was difficult as constantly turns off. The beds were small & there was only a tiny coffee maker:( Otherwise if you like a country setting & can easily do stairs, you will love it.

Lovely property
When I first saw this house I really wanted to give it 5 stars! Everything was clean and well maintained. The living room furniture was comfortable. The mattresses were comfortable and there was a lot of pillows to choose from. The major appliances were nice. The kitchen knives were sharp and sturdy. But... there was only one nightstand in each bedroom. The dishes were of the cheapest quality and were bubbled and cracked. The dishes were not supposed to be used in the microwave. The flatware wobbled in their handles. I had really wished there was a tea kettle and a griddle. In the bathrooms, the curtains on the windows were completely sheer and only covered the bottom half of the window.

Great house, quiet location, quick drive to many surrounding towns
The house worked out well for our family's stay, plenty of room to hang out and the decks were great! The house was spotless and any minor things we had concerns about were quickly tended to by the owner which was appreciated. Just a quick drive to a market, smaller beaches, and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again! Thank you!

Amazing place
we could not ask for a better place to stay. Great location very clean and had everything you need to have a great stay. One thing to know is the router is in the little closet on the steps going up to the main floor. You have to push the door to open to get to it. We had to reboot it several times but figured out it was to warm in the closet and placed it on the steps and was it did not go out. Also the propane is a direct line to the house no tank is needed

Almost new home in great rural neighborhood. Walking distance to coffee (half a mile). Close to many great activities. Two large bedrooms and loft with more beds. On well water so use filtered water from the refrigerator.

Beautiful and clean
This was a great place to stay inside and socialize for a girls weekend. The open concept was lovely and had everything we needed. The only thing we would’ve liked better was an earlier check in and later check out time, especially since it wasn’t during peak season. Would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It appears to be new and is very clean and fresh. Nice location between Acadia and Camden. Belfast is a nice little town close by. Highly recommend.

Nicely appointed in Mid-Coast Maine
Newer construction cabin with nice features for guests, including 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2nd-level deck, one-car garage parking for guests, washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas 'wood stove' inside and firepit outside (bring your own wood), etc. Cabin was very clean and ready for our arrival, no problems with late-hour check-in and entry, and the Vacasa rep was highly responsive when we needed him (one hassle, probably outside the control of the owner...while the house has WiFi, the internet dropped routinely requiring we reset the router a couple times each day).
Convenient to Belfast and Camden, as well as points beyond. Do bring your own bottled water for consumption - while it's Ok for showering, etc., you will not want to drink the well water - it has a relatively strong metal/sulfur odor.

Cozy and comfy
Four of us stayed over Thanksgiving weekend and found the house very well equipped, with a nice layout. It is new construction, thoughtfully designed.
The larger bedroom has an en suite bath, the other uses a full bathroom across the living room. There is a third full bathroom on the ground floor, next to the garage.
The kitchen has most of the tools one would need (except a peeler), lots of pots and pans, bowls and glasses. Plates, bowls and most glasses are plastic (the wine drinkers would have preferred glass). The fridge, gas stove and oven and dishwasher are new and work well.
The house is well heated, and the beds are comfortable.
Outside there is plenty of room for parking.

Gorgeous, comfortable home away from home!
Absolutely beautiful home away from home. Super clean and comfortable. All the amenities you need including fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances. Outside grill was new and easy to use. Beautiful porches with seating to enjoy the beautiful field or woods surrounding. Very spacious bedrooms and super comfortable queen beds in both bedrooms and huge loft. Bathrooms were very clean and well stocked with fresh towels. Living room had large flat screen with ability to login netflix, Amazon, etc. Home does have well water with sulfur in it which caused water to have a strong odor, however, this is common in Maine wells and you get used to it after a bit. Overall, a beautiful, warm and comfortable home and we would definitely stay again!
