Our townhouse is in the heart of East Nashville, just minutes away from some of the city's best restaurants, bars, and shops. You'll be just a short drive from downtown Nashville, where you can experience the city's legendary music scene and explore its many attractions.
With the high end interior finish, the comfortable layout and the 3rd story deck with a view of downtown this property will allow you to experience Nashville to the fullest.
It has 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor with 2 full baths. The master has a King bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen beds. The 1st has a Queen memory foam sleeper sofa and a 1/2 bath. It also has room for a Queen self blow up mattress and a full size memory foam Tri-Fold mattress (Located in the closet on the 1st floor.) The 3rd floor has a wet bar and a large roof deck with a lovely view of Downtown Nashville!

-Spacious open living area with 55" HDTV and comfortable memory foam Queen pull out sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 (a Queen self-blow up mattress and full tri-fold memory foam mattress also available).

-1/2 bathroom.
-Washer & Dryer.

Cameras are located on outside doors including outside deck area, to help prevent parties and/or damage to the property.
