We stayed for a birthday party- nice neighborhood walking to convenience stores and coffee. Quick Uber to downtown. Nice bedrooms and each had own private bath.

The property looked like we thought it would. It's in a great location in East Nashville, which we enjoyed very much. The rental company, iTrip Vacations was very responsive to us before and during. We would definitely lean towards renting another property that was handled by this company.

WE came with 2 other couples from different states to visit Nashville for the first time. The home location was great for us. Driving to the areas we needed to get to was easy. The home was within walking distance to groceries and restaurants. Parking was easy and we appreciated the fact we got to use the garage. The location was very quiet as well. We did not cook , but the kitchen was definitely set up to cook. Th eon; y reason I gave it a 4 star was the outdoor sitting areas were not as pictured. The chairs were old with moldy cushions. WE wouldn't have sat out anyways because the Cicadas were in full force! We would stay here again if we came back to Nashville.

3 couples in town to celebrate a wedding. Nice location. All the amenities. Easy walk to coffee & grocery. Just a little further to great bars & restaurants of East Nashville. A short uber drive to Broadway, Germantown & other fun spots to explore. Property manager easy to communicate with & quick to respond. Plenty of room to hang out together in the common spaces. As other people have mentioned, front bedrooms don't cool off much. And the street light shines through those blinds. Room darkening shades would be helpful, or bring an eye shade for yourself. The a/c unit resides in a closet on the main floor. Quite loud when it kicks on. But if you go out to the bars, you're used to shouting over the music...

Upon walking in, first impression not good…huge cockroach greeting us on the inside, spider webs throughout, with live spiders around. Downstairs bdrm., no air coming out of vent, very warm in room all 4 days. Bathroom in downstairs needs new liner, smelled very sour & shampoo & body soap, empty. Upstairs area nice & open, but AC unit was laughably loud. Master had no body soap. Second bdrm upstairs also warm. Bottom line…this owner needs better cleaners, fix AC & get place exterminated. Then it would be wonderful

Guitar was in tune, perfect selection of books to skim through while everyone wad getting ready for dinner. Did a great job making us feel at home. Cant say enough about the spot. Could walk to coffee, groceries, breakfast, dinner, and fun.

Stayed with two other couples. Hit a concert at Bridgestone, dinner and drinks around town for three straight days. Super easy to get around. Uber/Lyft access was no more than 3-5 minutes away.

Our weekend was amazing. The property was clean and well put together. Uber rides were very easy to get to Broadway. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance of where we stayed. I will definitely book this property again in the future.

My friends and I had a wonderful experience at Cleo Maxwell. We love East Nashville location. The three bedrooms and four bathrooms accommodated the three couples perfectly. We each had our own shower and toilet. The condo is clean, the decor is so cute. There are also two nice upper decks to sit and have coffee. We loved every bit of it! We would absolutely stay here again.

This property was lovely...open and airy, in a safe neighborhood, and an easy uber trip to most anywhere. Lots of room for six people!!! Each couple had their own bathroom which was perfect for getting ready for the wedding we were attending. Managers were very quick to respond when my sister had an issue with the codes. All in all, could not have been nicer. One warning: many stairs, so if you have knee problems....

Our group consisted of 6 adults and this was a great place to stay while visiting Nashville. The condo has plenty of space. There are a lot of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood is clean and safe. Quick 10-minute Uber to Broadway. We would stay in the location again!

Nice place, the pics are pretty accurate. Quite a lot of night time activity due to the heavy population consolidation in the area but, grocies, gas, restaurants a plenty in walking distance. This condo has 3 full updated and cleann bathrooms but really low water pressure. I would recommend this condo and would use it again.. really great location too.

The property itself was in a safe neighborhood and within walking distance to so many eateries and stores. We stayed in the back bedroom in the 3rd floor and from 1-3:00am our light kept turning on (we’d turn it off) fan would turn off (we’d turn it on) etc and the process kept repeating itself, found out the next morning the couple on the bottom floor were using their fam/light remote for their room and every time they used it, it also controlled our fan/light. Super annoying, but we thankfully got a good laugh out of it. None of the shampoos/conditioners/body washes were full and there was so much dust under the bed in our room I couldn’t stop sneezing. Outside of these things it was a beautiful home, great neighborhood, and reasonably priced. We would go back!

A group of us traveled to Nashville for a quick getaway. The accommodations where perfect for the 6 of us. And the location was within walking distance to some restaurants and grocery stores. And a quick Uber drive to the heart of the activities!

We couldn't have enjoyed it more. Attention to details and conveniences, often missed by other property owners, were ever present. The location was perfect including easy access to downtown attractions as well as venues on the east side. The musical decor was cool including the vinyl records from the walls we took the liberty of playing! We look forwrd to staying here again in the future.
