Debbie is the best host, felt like I’d known her for years, instantly felt comfortable, and she goes all out, the price should be more I’ve paid a lot more to stay in places no where near as good, and the breakfast was amazing. Just a lovely lady with a lovely place, if your staying in ashford this is the place to book, we will definitely be going back
The weather which couldn’t have been helped by anyone

We unfortunately didn't get to sleep at the place as my partner got rushed into hospital after collapsing outside due to his blood sugars. Debbie was lovely and collected our belongings up for me to collect after I could get out of the hospital. I couldn't thank her enough

What a fabulous stay I had. Debbie was a superb host. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I had a double room with lovely bedding and it was ensuite. Debbie was wonderful to chat with and you could tell she loved her bnb. There were lots of little extras including sweets, crisps, soups etc and I had a fridge and kettle in my room. That in itself was worth what I paid for my room but then I was offered the most amazing breakfast as well. I was well and truly spoilt. An absolutely amazing bnb.
Everything was fabulous

I heard from other guests staying that Debbie's breakfast is fabulous and filled them up until 4pm! My daughter and I didn't fancy too much, so Debbie accommodated us with fruit and yogurt. She also did a tray of cakes! The accommodation is in an older Bungalow on a main-ish road, that has rooms set out like an HMO. Its been modestly painted and ideal for a base if travelling onto France or travelling around the area. The room allocated to us was at the back of the property and was immaculate, clean with wonderful comfortable bed, and a lovely bathroom. The room is large and can easily accommodate 4 people. Having Netflix was great as after a long drive, we could put our feet up and watch a film before lights out and our journey onwards. Debbie had left things in room to make your stay better, such as toothbrushes ( should you have forgotten them etc). We left some money for Debbie to replemish what we had eaten/drank from what she had kindly provided in the room, as we felt she should have an honesty box.
The room opened onto the garden. I think if the grounds were attended and the front opened up for a bit more parking- this would be lovely. We were not sure we were turning up to the right place as all we saw was ( possibly a guest) on the doorstep smoking, and after approaching him and asking, said to head in and knock on her door, ( hence I said its like an HMO). The bathroom to the large room is wonderful, but a shelf would be great to put your bag on, or hooks for your vanity holders.

Very friendly host. The room was very private with appropriate curtains etc. The breakfast was fantastic with great variety and plenty of food. Internet very good and large screen TV is good for the large room.
Location a little removed from centre but not really a problem.

Quite conveniently located about 30 mins from the ferry. Debbie was an excellent host, being very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast which was enough to last us the rest of the day. And we loved the complimentary snacks provided!
Ashford itself wouldn't be a place we would spent our holidays. As a stopover it was perfect.

EVERYTHING!
Debbie is the best host EVER, full-stop!
Communication 20/10 - it was super fluent and she didn't mind us arriving at 10pm.
Debbie's place 20/10 - where to start, spacious, comfortable, tranquil, clean, through to wide selection of complimentary refreshments and snacks if you missed your dinner through to the breakfast.
Breakfast 20/10 - Debbie prepared for us a royal style of breakfast based on our dietary restrictions, everything was fresh, plentiful and the choice, everyone will find something.
Definitely our place when in the area.

Very friendly, bed toilet and sink very clean. and an amazing breakfast.
The place was very tired looking and decor and paintwork wasnt good. The shower was too hot to use properly, couldn't lower temperature.

I loved how welcoming Debbie was, I arrived and there was a big smile and I was shown to my room which looked amazing, the whole experience was about comfort and I instantly relaxed. I had the best nights sleep I've had in years and felt well looked after, the fridge was stocked with unexpected goodies and drinks which was a welcomed surprise. I could spend my evening watching TV and relaxing in bed.
The breakfast was next level!! The assortment of drinks, pastries, baklava, toast, fruit, yoghurt and on top of all that, a cracking fry up, I was spoilt for choice!! I felt like I was the most important person in that moment and I never felt awkward which was lovely as a solo traveler.
Debbie is a real gem and this place is amazing.
There wasn't much I could say that I didn't like, a small issue with the shower being too hot but that was sorted straight away.
