The bes experience for the budget in colombo

The location is very strategic, the rooms are super clean and neat, the staff is helpful and nice, i extended my stay to two weeks cause i liked the place.. highly recommended.

internet connection is not at it's best, the cleaning wasn't done daily sometimes..

Clean rooms , location and all necessary items available around , and most importantly the staff was very friendly and forthcoming with assistance

Le lit était confortable et l'hôtel était plutôt bien situé.

Extrêmement bruyant, dans les couloirs, bavardages incessants et conversation téléphonique de plusieurs personnes Le restaurant est à fuire, après avoir trouvé un deuxième insecte mort flottant dans ma soupe, j'ai décidé de partir...

Staff need training and little bit more personality. I would not come back anytime soon.

Room clean and comfortable when we arrived

Staff not very friendly or educated in customer service. Wifi doesn’t work night time. We stayed 3 nights and 4 days. No one cleaned the room or offered fresh towels. BINS NOT GOT EMPTIED.

Good value for money

Good location considering the size of the city, the room had all the main facilities and toilet was big and clean. Wifi was working properly in our room. There is an Indian restaurant in the hotel and they deliver to the room, would recommend it too. Staff were also quite cordial.

Twin bed was provided instead of a double one. Linen had a few stains but everything else was clean. We tried to book an airport transfer through reception and different staff would give us different prices, so it was not reliable.

Room was ok, but the service wasnt great. Not a place we would recommend.

Big and clean room.. good beds. Good location too.

We were made to wait for more than half an hour even though we reached after the official check in time. Staff were not cordial.Wifi was not working. Extra bed was requested and paid for and they brought only the cot and put a blanket over it.Had to call them again to bring mattress. Bathroom lock was broken.

Interesting and unique

Punctual and very polite staff, they helped me with everything I needed.

There is an ant problem, however the staff will quickly address it when needed.

Superb

So the room is really good. Furniture is good, beds are comfy, washroom and everything is good. The water heater in the washroom also works well. Although the first room I went to had a bad AC, they changed me to a room with a good one. One of the best things is that the restaurant food is great. The staff brings food to your room when you make an order. Check in and check out is also very easy and fast. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend this place.

The only issue I had was ants. Yes, the room had ants. Lots of them. They are even on the bed. I tried removing them but they keep coming back. And I'm not talking about those innocent ones. I'm saying those small ones that come and bite you. I dnt know if it's the case with all the rooms but room 206 sure had lots of them. But for me it wasn't a big issue, maybe it might be different for you so do check the room you get. And I hope the hotel will deal with this issue.

The location is nice and good walking neighborhood - 10 mins walking from attractions. The room was fine with a small balcony. Faced an issue with the hot water, and the staff were helpful.

basically they’re bear minimum of service, owners are not Sri Lankan, it was evident the way they was talking, they claim to have room service, but then they say they don’t, I had two tea bags and two coffee pouches, and they ( hotel management) allocate rooms Sri Lankan deferent and tourist deferent, it is total farce, in the morning I told them about charging me for two dishes, guy at front desk just smile hotel is like a real Indian look to it
