Perfect.
The service is second to none and I have stayed in many good hotels. All the staff were incredibly helpful and would seemingly do anything to help your stay be perfect.
It was all wonderful.

Despite some unhappy incidents, it’s a place worthwhile to visit whether you are a couple or a family with kids.
The surroundings is relaxing, peaceful and with Morocco style. The hotel room with the private pool is spacious and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool a lot. The dinner buffet offers varieties of food in good quality. Most of the staff are friendly. The duty manager in the restaurant and Noufel who drives us within the hotel is particularly welcoming and attentive to our needs.
The spa appointment is a bit messy and disorganised. For example, I called one morning to make an appointment and they said only one hour was available at 9 or 10 am. However, after I asked again in the same phone call, they could offer 1.5 hours at 11 am. Another incident was that a lady called Sikham is particularly rude and impolite who surprisingly argued with me that I have made only one appointment but not two. She even challenged me by saying that she was the one who made the appointment with me. The thing she didn’t know was that I have actually called another day to make an additional appointment for my daughter. She then ignored both myself and my daughter at the reception and even took my welcome drink from her colleague after I declined taking the welcome drink as I just finished my buffet dinner. Her attitude and manner to the hotel guest and the way she handled a situation was far from satisfactory and so not professional. On the good side, the therapists skills are all good and the treatments are quite relaxing.

Incredible and atmospheric
Very few properties will come close to this atmospheric, beautiful resort (oasis) it’s a veritable paradise nestled near Marrakesh. Service knows no bounds, almost too helpful but never to a fault, I got the sense whatever I needed would be catered for even if it was crazy or near impossible. Credit that the food is amazing, delivered speedily and with care and passion. Best breakfast I’ve ever had. If you’re not looking to spend some very good money, it’s not cheap.
Nothing, it could be unaffordable for some but I think this isn’t the market they cater for.

Exceptional on a global not local basis!
Once you have stayed in the best hotels around the world try the Oberoi Marrakech - it simply raises the bar on all levels! The management / staff are exceptional (but not obsequious!), attentive (but not overpowering!) and will cater for any requirement you have. The architecture is jaw-dropping with immaculate attention to detail. The villas with private pool are beautiful and give you ability to be as private as you may desire. The spa is is an oasis and unlike most hotels they are happy to accommodate out of sequence agendas (our young adult children like to use gym facilities late at night! (Gym is also very well appointed even by their exacting standards!). It’s not cheap but in comparison to the competition (which we visited / tried for dinner) it is simply a different standard. I can think of very few ways better ways to spend time / relax / rejuvenate!
Hard to say - it’s not in the city centre so you will need a car (which they will arrange immediately!) if you want to visit square / restaurants. Other than that, it is close to the perfect resort!

Incredible and special experience
Most incredible stay ever. We were celebrating a special occasion and everything was amazing - the hotel grounds/facilities, the villa, the food and most importantly, the staff. Thank you for helping to build memories we will cherish forever, and we cannot wait to return in the future. Special thank you to Rohan, Nishal, Mamdouh, Marouane and Azhar for making it the most special experience.
Nothing!
