Le bâtiment est splendide . Le personnel très très attentionné !!
Manque de finitions dans la décoration. Peu de végétation à l’intérieur. Buffet du petit déjeuner très très moyen. Pas de salés , pas de fruit. Présentation catastrophique . Linges de lits propres mais très Moyens

The staff were wonderful, ever so helpful and friendly. They always tried their best to answer questions, although some we found it difficult to communicate with as they didn't speak much English and we didn't speak much French. The food was very yummy, the orange juice was freshly squeezed and the hotel itself was beautiful. There was a big pool and spa facilities. You can sit outside with a view of the mountains when you're having your meals which is great. The air con in the room was lovely. I used the spa facilities and the massages and facial I received were great. The pool was beautiful to swim in. On the roof were some comfy chairs to sit in and enjoy the view which was wonderful.
The timings of things were a little awkward: Breakfast didn't start until 8am which would be fine, but most excursions start before that time which meant we missed out on breakfast quite a few days, the hotel offers a free shuttlebus service which goes to Marrakech Medina at 10am and 1pm and returns at 3pm and 7pm which is too early for having dinner out - almost forcing you to eat at the hotel, the evening meal at the hotel doesn't start until 8pm which is quite late etc. Everything you want to do - shuttlebus, spa facilities etc has to be booked the day before. It's a 30-35 minutes car ride to the medina and costs 200MAD each way. Their exchange rate for Euros or pounds into MAD was worse than exchanging in town. In our room our cold tap was incredibly weak, the shower floor was a bit questionable (uneven tiles which looked a bit dirty), the sink did not drain quickly at all and therefore filled very quickly, only 2 lightbulbs worked in the main bedroom of our room and the room itself was very dark. We paid extra for a mountain or garden view room...we were given a room with a tiny window that opened into the communal area of the hotel (effectively making it so we couldn't have it open because people would then be able to see into our room). Our "king size bed" was actually two single beds pushed together, two single mattresses pushed together and a large sheet put on top to attach the mattresses together. The headboards of the single beds did not align, which meant we had one headboard in front of the other with metal hook brackets sticking out making it very easy to bang our heads. The sun loungers were a little dirty. There was what looked like a bar in the pool, but this was not functioning when we were there. On the roof there also looked like a bar was once up there, but this was not functioning when we were there. There was an empty, dirty hot tub on the roof which would have been nice if it was working and clean.

Its a good 30 minute drive from the center or Marrakech

The staff could not have done more for you, the style of the property was super authentic and stunning as a result, it was quiet as it doesn’t have too many rooms like a typical hotel so the resort / pool area felt calm and all guests were friendly as a result.
The food was incredible, I arrived late on day 1 so I ate dinner at the hotel which I rarely do but it was so good that I ate there again on night 2 and again for lunch on day 3 which is a real compliment to the chef as I like to try different places and rarely eat at the same place twice.
I put my food / drinks on a tab to pay at the end of my short stay here - I expected and would have happily paid €100-150 for 3 days of water / coffee / beer and huge meals and the total was under €70 so the value for money is exceptional.
10/10
If you’ve done your research you’ll be aware the property isn’t central. If being central is important to you, this hotel isn’t the one. I got into the centre and back various times quickly, safely and inexpensively via the shuttle or taxi arranged by hotel, very simple.
Again, as the property is in the countryside that adds a lovely charm to the hotel like seeing horses / donkeys roam around, but one down side of that is that the countryside has more flies / bugs than the city, but you breathe in cleaner air. I didn’t get bitten once but there were some flies around at night, more so than in the city so maybe bring some bug spray if you are delicate.
WiFi doesn’t work in the back rooms just at the reception/ pool/ bar / restaurant which I actually enjoyed but if you need WiFi 24/7 bring a booster.

This place is a marvellous oasis of peace and good energy. I spent one week here and I loved every second of it. This hotel is managed by very kind and helpful people. The rooms are cosy and in Morocco style, very elegant and well kept. I've felt safe with the taxi drivers from the hotel all the time. Always willing to go extra mile to help me. I loved that there were no noises and even the other customers were quite and respectful of the peace this place had. The terrace on top of the room is breath taking. You can see the atlas mountains. Around the hotel is just desert-like plains with palms, blue sky and mountains on the horizon. No noises, lots of nature and peace and if you want to go in the Marrakech city centre they offer a free shuttle service twice a day. Everything is spotless clean. Cab from or to the airport is 200DHM/ 20€. Breakfast is abundant and delicious. I would suggest just some fruit and water other than coffe, tea, milk and orange juice. Fresh and beautiful swimming pool. Delicious food at the hotel restaurant for very good prices.
The energy of this place is very good and safe. I loved it so much that I will be back next month.
I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED, this hotel.
And as a heavy traveler I can say that this wast probably my best holiday ever.
Thank you everyone at the hotel for being so kind and helpful.
Arianna from Italy.
I would just suggest a choice of fruit at breakfast and still/sparkling water on the buffet.

style and building arrangement
It had to be our the best hotel in Morocco and it was the most expensive and the worst one.
Be sure that you can leave hotel alone because of local citizens…

The interior was nice and had alot of potential but there's no pictures of the outside of the building/location. There's a reason for that
Rooms have no WiFi or even phone signal. No TV in the Room. Roads leading to the hotel are dangerous and the location of the hotel itself is not what you would expect.
Surrounded by people asking for money in the hotel car park while the staff sit there and do nothing to prevent this.
Avoid this hotel as its not a true reflection of how marrakech is and theres a reason why only the inside of the hotel is pictured.
Marrakech is an amazing city so don't ruin your experience by staying here

A superb location.
All the staff very good and very nice, he helps you every time with whatever you need, all the staff are very kind and very open, always in a good mood.
Congratulations to the host for the beautiful and hospitable welcome you show, if I come to Marrakesh again, I will definitely come to you again
Be careful, if you come from Marrakesh with your own car, the gps puts you on a 10 minute potholed and unpaved road, when I left the hotel, the gps put me on an ok road.

The staff is very kind and helps with everything you need.
It was nice to have a mosque in the village.
The wild dogs can be loud at night. But after the first night you get used to it :)

Very nice hotel with spa service. Quiet, everything we were looking for for the end of our trip.
The hotel alone is nice and beautiful, but the around isn’t. It’s in the middle of nowhere, near to a swamp and there were a lot of flies (when we were eating or having a sunbathing).

Some staff was superkind others totally not. They even forget your order.
Not our type of hotel. Everyrhing was open and at breakfeast we needed to wear our winter jackect. Furthermore you needed to ask the reception to turn on the hot water for the shower. Totally not 4 stars wordy.

The kasbah is quite amazing, it is very authentic and historical, it feels like you’ve been transported to another time.
No wifi in the rooms, and the wifi in the restaurant was unreliable.

the rooms where amazing
the athosphere really good and the staff super nice
we had dinner there on the terrace and it was delicious
the pool area was very good and so was the spa
the space is great there are so many different rooms and feels authentic
far from Marrakesh but they run twice daily a shuttle for only 2 euros per person ( and the driver is really friendly )
because the hotel is in the countryside there were far too many flies and it can get dusty

I loved the feel of the building and all the decoration. I like the peacefulness and the pool a lot.
the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly all the time. they would always try to accommodate request. nice to have the on-site spa too.
the food was also good quality and reasonably priced even if the menu felt a bit limited after a week.
no other shops or anything nearby in walking distance. lots of flies when eating in terrace.
