great place to stay in great area

I loved everything about the property! the apartment itself is clean and very nice beds are comfortable large balcony with a beautiful view of the water. Apartment is in a lovely area. if you don’t want to go too far there’s a lot to do very close or if you want to venture out around the island it’s conveniently located. there’s a small park/beach area with restaurants and bars within walking distant (literally 100 yards outside the parking lot) its a good time, very lively on the weekends. look forward to staying here again!!!

Great studio apartment with a great ocean view!

The studio apartment was well located with a great view of the ocean. The apartment had everything to be comfortable and feel like home!

My stay was wonderful!

The condo has a lot of light, the beds were very confortable and the bathroom is very easy to use for older persons

The sliding door to the balcony makes noise when it is windy outside You have to drive if you want to go to any of the beaches.

It's a peaceful spot and nice summer breeze... Also the apartment nice and clean. There's good restaurants in the area. (A drive of 10 min excelente foods).

Great stay

I love pretty much everything about this location and property.

I didn’t like that there were construction noises so loud early in the morning. That was my only complaint.

Nice view of the marina and the island across

You could hear construction going on with constant beeping of trucks backing up early in the morning. Although...we tried not to spend too much time in the room while we were there as our main purpose was to enjoy the outdoors. Wish they had a toaster oven.

I loved the apartment not the area

I loved the apartment very nice very clean and comfortable

I didn't like the area because I feel like there is anything to do there. It's a port so it stinks and that is a not a swimming area as well. The town is very quiet I felt I was in a ghost town. I didn't like fajardo at all.

I would live here!

Great views and deck, free toiletries, plenty of space and seating, walking distance to so much!

Bed was a little uncomfortable but not too bad. There was construction noise on the marina.

Everything the view the security quiet close to a strip with food and beautiful park the ocean was right there it wasn't too far from anything. Host was a beautiful and honest person . Can't complain I overpayed and she informed me and sent my money back. Everything about this place was exceptional. This is a go to place and for the price it's just right. Very accommodating laundry on site. We just felt in love with it.
