Extraordinario, un sueño.

El desayuno estupendo, la habitación muy amplia y cómoda. A destacar la cama, proporciona un profundo descanso. Y el personal, impresionante, cuanto empeño en complacer, y además, un detalle, siempre con una sonrisa natural, que juraría que se alegran de verte.

Finde de desconexión.

La piscina estaba perfecta, comimos en el restaurante exterior y la comida estaba muy rica. La habitación era muy cómoda, perfecta para el descanso que necesitábamos.

Las moscas que tuvimos de compañeras en la habitación, que no nos dejaron dormir.

El suelo estaba sucio, con restos de comida, básicamente, no lo habían limpiado.

Nice clean hotel ideal for short break

Nice hotel close to the airport Very clean, nice friendly helpful staff especially pool side. It was probably high end in its day.

A bit dated and tired. Main pool was freezing sunbeds very basic. No water bottles in our room and minibar empty. In my opinion it is not a 5* quality hotel

No había ni lo básico en la habitación. Tardaron 3 horas en entregarnos los albornoz, no pudimos aprovechar la piscina. No fueron nada flexibles en en el momento del check in.

Last minute very good comfortable stay

Lovely hotel with a comfortable luxury bed, lovely decor and bathroom. This was a last minute booking and we chose this hotel as having stayed before we knew the rooms were of a high standard. Nice balcony with pool view. Tasty buffet continental breakfast.

Goede bedden, maar hotel is geen 5 sterren waardig.

De kamers waren proper en ruim. Bedden lagen super goed. Personeel aan de receptie, kamermeisjes waren zeer vriendelijk.

Het avondeten was geen 5 sterren waardig, aubergine was aangebrand, risotto was niet met echte truffel.... De salade aan de poolbar was ook niet wat ik verwacht van een 5 sterrenhotel, smaak was ondermaats... Ontbijt was oké, maar niet wat ik verwacht in een 5 sterrenhotel. Omgevingslucht waar het hotel zich bevind is verzadigd van de nitraten.

Enjoyable but could be improved

Reception Bar and Restaurant lovely - great location Torres de Golf well kept resort and some lovely evening walks to be had. Local spar nearby. Restaurant around lake good value for money and good food.

5 star prices/ 4 star facilities, (pool bar ran out of mixers/spirits and closed at 4pm) also a bit tired looking in rooms, tears in curtains, plugs didn’t work properly in basins view from our room -the lake half empty full of algae and a run down pool full of mud on the decking/walkway - lots of flies and terrible smell from either the lake or the tip down the road - very off putting.

Location

Shocking service from the young girl at reception, she was more interested in her mobile phone than 2 adults and a 3 month old baby, no coffee/tea etc in the room, no cutlery no cups, no milk sugar etc, went to reception and was given a box with coffee etc, still no cutlery, cups, milk, went to reception again and was told to go the restaurant to get everything, 30mins later housemaid knocks with cups and coffee, still no cutlery or milk?? being put in a room where everyone walks past with a 3 month old baby who's tryingo sleep didnt really work, ended up checking out the next day(1 day early) and got a "sorry" from reception!!! Won't be staying there again

Prima verblijf maar geen echte aanrader

Groot hotel, ligging is mooi en rustig. Kamer netjes en ruim genoeg. Ontbijt is qua assortiment goed.

Zeer chaotisch bij het ontbijt de eerste dag. Hotel mist wat sfeer en heeft een update nodig. Geen koffie en thee op de kamer en bij binnenkomst maar 1 handdoek. Hotel is vrij leeg en dan toch een kamer naast andere gasten geven wat toch iets overlast geeft.

Great stay yet again at this excellent hotel!

All aspects of this hotel are great! stayed here several times & each time has been excellent! The restaurant is fantastic for an evening meal!

Nothing - but people do need to be made aware that no loud music should be played by the pool - especially as there is already music played in the poolside bar - so further loud music by staying guests is unacceptable - they should use headphones!

Great stay yet again at this lovely hotel! Staff there are great!

Room, breakfast, pool, poolside bar, restaurant.......all were absolutely excellent -as usual, as we have stayed here before!

Staff need to be trained & have the authority to tell other guests staying that no loud music can be played at poolside - as there was a large group of people staying & they decided to play their own music, which is very annoying & unacceptable for other gusts wanting to relax in peace & quiet! That's what headphones are for!!!!!

Colchones nuevos y firmes ya!

Pide por esa boca

La amplitud y diseño de la habitación y las vistas a la piscina. Se respira tranquilidad. Al menos en las fechas en que estuvimos.

El desayuno es mejorable . Tuvimos que solicitar que nos limpiarán la habitación porque no pasaban a limpiarla.

Stay was very good and rooms very good

The swimming pools were tired with tiles missing and looked like the outdoor pool needed a good clean . This has been like it for a while now !!

Really enjoyed it, a must for golfers

The room was lovely, the breakfast was great, fantastic choice.

Couldn't smoke outside on the patio so had to stand outside the front door which isn't a good look

Nice hotel but disappointed with how my sheets was filthy dirty

Was very happy with everything but my bed sheets were dirty haven’t been changed full of make up and hairs , made me feel sick to think I stayed in a bed after someone else and not happy

The style of the hotel is excellent, designed in a timeless manor , that is very relaxing, staff are so kind and welcoming

Excellent stay and would highly recommend it.

It was exactly as it was described. The room was very nice and spotlessly clean as was the whole hotel. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty to choose from.

Unfortunately the surrounding area of the hotel is run down and empty.

Gym was like a sauna and poorly equipped, room wasn’t super clean and cold, staff weren’t particularly helpful, coffee/ tea wasn’t replenished, water was charged for - 1 complementary mini bottle on arrival, outside bar/ restaurant closed if any chance of rain

Большая территория. Есть возможность по грать в гольф. Приятные в общение сотрудники. Просторный, интересный номер.

Очень неудобная локация. Общественный транспорт ходит только из соседних населенных пунктов, соответственно, добраться до города или из города можно только на авто или такси. Цена такси при этом космическая.
