The staff was friendly. The hotel has a nice garden. There was a mini fridge in the room. The hotel is old and you can easily imagine how things must have been 40/50 years ago.
The flashback to the 1970s or 1960s has a certain charm, yet the hotel is mostly outdated and run-down. The hotel allows dogs, so we heard barking and howling both early in the morning and late at night. Bizarre. We were most dissatisfied with the breakfast. Perhaps the most poor breakfast we ate at hotel with particularly little fruit, cheap bake-off bread, few toppings, little variety, not so good coffee and that for 25 euros per person. Absolutely not worth its money. You can eat a much tastier and cheaper breakfast in Echternach itself.

The erea was nice, the towns around are beautiful and full of good positive energy. I had a small dog with me, and they prepared a bowl, a cookie and a blanket, which was very nice. The room is clean, and the whole place was cozy.
Reception could use a smile and be welcoming.
At night, even when the balcony is closed, u could still hear cars and busses passing like they are next to u.

Cute hotel. Really beautiful
Expensive restaurant. Overwhelmingly full of old people. I felt like it was a nursing hope. The check in is only until 9 pm. Breakfast was expensive too. Swimming pool didn’t work.

The restaurant and the terrace were really good and saved our stay.
It was sooo close to the main road! And the view was not spectacular. The room was big but sooo weird and the walking distance from reception/restaurant area was like 10 minutes. All in all not a place I would recommend.

The room was very clean. Nice welcome drink when arriving at the hotel. Good breakfast. Good restaurant in hotel.
The separate beds were too narrow. No water kettle available. The coke in the little fridge in the room was very expensive (4euros) and not sparkling anymore as it was out of date. The door of the room didn’t close properly so you could hear people talking in the hallway.

Fabulous staff. Great people doing a difficult job given the standard of the hotel
I would not have booked the hotel had I known the pool was not working or the ‘Sports’ facilities in a ‘Sports’ listed hotel were so poor.
Toilet blocked every day. Noise from rooms above was incredibly audible. Dangerous runner and rower machines in the ‘gym’. Both reported to reception day one yet no action taken by day 4

Leaving was a hi lite.
Very dated very tired bordering on shabby. I shall hopefully be adding a photo of the bathroom electrics, that quiet frankly scared me. The kind of third world wiring that a first day apprentice would be ashamed of. Totally unacceptable.

I liked the restaurant. The location is quiet and nice.
Bathroom location between two room was a bit awkward.

I like the location on the hill, surrounded by green areas.
A shame the pool wasn't open for use.

The Reception Staff at the check-In was very friendly and professional.
The bathroom facilities for a Spa Wellness hotel are not acceptable. Water pressure everywhere was very weak, You need a long time to get even a shower. For family-owned hotel very important renovations must be planned urgently.

I really liked the location. The welcome was really friendly. We had a big room, we found it very clean. Everything one can expect was present.
We ate at the restaurant in the evening and had a fine 5 dish menu. The food was tasty, the service was friendly and effective. I was positively impressed by the presentation of the food.
Breakfast was very rich and tasty. The choice was excellent.
I was a bit disappointed about the state of the building. It must have been a really chick hotel and could do with a good refresh. But the surrounding luxurious nature compensated for this.

Comfortable and spotless room with comfortable bed. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. I appreciated the small treat waiting for my dog in the room. The breakfast was good, it was a pity that the terrasse of the restaurant was not open yet, despite the nice weather.
In the wellness center, I booked online a four-hands massage. Upon my arrival, I was informed that it is only for men and was offered a two-hands massage. While it was a decent one I discovered a bit later I was charged the price of a four-hand massage. Of course, this was disappointing,

I liked absolutely everything.
Location is perfect: Mullerthal region / little Switzerland. It's easy to get to the hotel - direct bus goes right from Luxembourg.
Nice and friendly staff.
Top-quality cousine.
Nice spa.
Very good noise insulation.
