The house is recently remodeled with modern decor, plenty of bedrooms (six) to host larger party with indoor and outdoor living. Large driveway easily to accommodate 8 parking, relax at the patio with unique outdoor furniture and fire pit (available in the winter season). The property is located less than 15 minutes from the airport, and easy access to freeway and surrounding restaurant s and shopping areas.

The property was located in a nice place but I have handicap people and we couldn’t use the The garage it made it hard for us to park down by the garage. We had to walk back up that steep and the driveway. The toilets made noise when you flushed them but overall, it was a nice place.

The renting and payment process was simple and easy, checkin was even easier….I’ve stayed at several VRBO Properties and some do A lot more for their guests, this property however isn’t one of those properties…however was adequate for what we needed….lots of twin beds 10 to be exact….but could be pushed together to make a larger bed……the queen beds were extremely short (low to the floor) I’m 53 yo and 6’1” tall so it was like sleeping on the floor however they were perfect for my 5’1” tall wife! There are adequate utensils in the kitchen with the exception of a whisk and corkscrew (which I purchased and left! Also be prepared to hit up a store immediately because there will be no paper towels or dish rags in the kitchen! And intend to bring pods for your first day coffee! And some spray cleaners! The beds linens and pillows were very comfy! The front door lock was a little tricky but with a little googling was able to get in, also the network was listed wrong it’s the Netgear 33 network…..there are lots of big beautiful trees however if you intend to use the beautiful deck? Plan to clean it off first! There is plenty of parking however follow the parking instruction because there is a “Karen” neighbor that’ll complain if you don’t! The house next door was having a gathering and had the street clogged and we got the blame for it….to which I received a complaint from the homeowner but once I explained that we only had 3 cars and they were parked I. The specified spots they thanked me for the pictures I sent! Until the next day when the party started next door again and they took all our spots so I blocked several of their cars in which caused a confrontation! But my Attorney Daughter ended that confrontation! Lol. Be aware the loft upstairs the stairs are extremely steep and will be difficult to go up and down for anyone other than a kid! Next to the stairs going down……they are very steep and slick, my daughter fell down the lower flight and required a trip to urgent med! Great thing is Bethany Urgent Care is right around the corner!!!! All in all we had a great time and this was adequate for our needs but my expectations were pretty high, and my reality was the property fell short! Oh one other if you use washcloths better bring your own the entire house 14 beds 1 wash cloth! Lol now the upstairs master shower?!?!? WOW amazing hot water !!!!! So in summary decent property, good Value/Price but if you have elderly guests be careful!

We stayed at the property for a family getaway. It is great for large groups with kids. The reason our review couldn’t be a perfect 5 is that the listing showed 4 beds in one of the downstairs bedrooms and 3 in the other. It was actually only 3 beds in both bedrooms, which negatively impacted our sleeping arrangements. When you are traveling with a group, every bed matters. Another suggestion would be to have more TVs in the house. There was only 1 TV in the entire house, which caused other inconveniences with entertainment for adults vs. kids. There were a few small spiders found in the loft bedroom, but none in the other parts of the house. The house overall was clean with nice modern decor in a nice neighborhood that was close to several restaurants and grocery stores.

Rented the house to have a girls weekend and get ready for my daughter's wedding. House was big and had plenty of space for us. There are 3 bedrooms and two baths on the main floor, a loft above the living room and two bedrooms and two baths downstairs. My only complaint is if you park in the driveway, you have to walk back up the driveway to the street to access the bridge that goes to the front door.

A group of 12 older (50s - 70s) golf buddies stayed five nights. Plenty of beds, kitchen and cooking were easy. Parking requires patience but no real issues to speak of. We are thinking of returning next year.

Overall the property was OK. A lot of beds, bathrooms and open space as described. The way the house is set up is almost like a barracks. Each room has multiple beds to get as much occupancy as possible with large common areas. Master suite even has two beds. Cleanliness was what was to be expected but very few amenities as far as kitchen or towels were concerned. There were mouse traps and poison and just about every room of the house. Hopefully preventative. There were ants in the kitchen so if your intention is to be there to cook you might be sharing your meals. As a house where a group of people are going to be going for a specific reason like market set up it is an ideal place and I would highly recommend it but if you were going for a family vacationIt It may or may not be your spot

The dishwasher lower rack was broken (wheels kept falling off) which made it very hard to slide in and out. The pull out where the trash can was kept was almost impossible to pull out. We ended up leaving the trash can out. Not wild about all the mousetraps and I did find mouse poop on one of the cookie sheets - ick!!! The kitchen faucet is broken and will not move over to the right hand side of the sink so in order to run water while using the garbage disposal you had to hold it. Also the kitchen (think it was the disposal) had a bad odor like rotten garbage. With some repairs this could be a much nicer place.

It was a large house with lots of rooms and beds for us. I would recommend providing basic soap for bathrooms. We were comfortable and the space worked well for our meetings.

What a place!

What a place!

This place is HUGE. So much room for lots of people. There is a master bedroom with 2 queen beds and full bathroom, 3 other full bathrooms as well. 3 bedrooms have 2 twin beds, one has 3 twin beds and another has 4. There is space..it's not cramped. There are 2 decks and they are great. If you bring a propane gas grill tank you can use the firepit. Great place. We stayed her NYE week for a show in Greensboro. Great price too.
