Property is superbly located. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
Everything was good.

Building is fantastic - a slice of history, location is incredible down a side street from the cathedral. Parking on the street (meter) 0.40 euros for overnight. City felt safe - no worries about security of car.
Member of staff (owner?) on reception was very helpful and spoke good english.
Room wasn't great - felt tired and dated, but did a job for one night.

This is a small hotel in a quiet place, in two steps from Notre-Dame de Rodez. The room was clean and conditioned before our arriving. The hotel manager is polite and English speaking.
I suppose that Family room should be equipped with a refrigerator.

I am extremely grateful to both gentlemen at reception... they both really helped me by lending an adaptor and printing train tickets for me...two requests that really made life so much easier for me... much appreciated!
The breakfast was more than adequate too.
The colour schemes in the room is a bit plain & drab but that's not really a deal breaker for me.

Lovely double bed, great location and modern shower and bathroom. Very friendly check in and check out! Great location!!
A little dusty on the skirting boards. A fridge would be handy but in general good!

Excellent location, very attentive staff who gave us advice, and tips, and extra items for the room, when asked. Quiet. There's a lift. Pets welcome.
It was very hot. The air con wasn't very powerful.

Staff very friendly, central location,
The air con didn't really work properly.

Room overlooking a calm and silent street, with the bells of the cathedral in the background 👍
Clean and comfortable room, spacious bathroom and shower 🚿

the location is just super, the center of the old city, but quiet and peaceful

Location was perfect and we were happy with A/C and elevator.
The lamp next to the bed never worked correctly, the one on the wall was too blinding. There should have been an extra person at breakfast instead of making one very overworked front desk attendant do everything.
5.0
Comfortable bed, good bathroom, interesting old building, close to main square, cheerful staff.
Mould on ceiling from leaking upper space, some ants on carpet, old air conditioner, and window looks out onto dirty inner space. Limited pricey breakfast with no milk for our infant children.
