Nice location

I had a fairly acceptable breakfast at this hotel. However, it was quite crowded, which slightly affected the experience. Also, I would have preferred to see more vegetarian options. There were also not many options for children at breakfast. Overall, the breakfast was acceptable. The hotel's location is excellent, with a very beautiful beach perfect for snorkeling and various beach games. The pool is well-organized and offers a pleasant experience. The sushi restaurant and the à la carte restaurant were very good, with very tasty food.

What I didn't like: Hygiene products were not replaced daily in the room. While the room was cleaned, these items were not replenished. Additionally, the entrance to the parking was constantly blocked by some pillars. No further information from the staff about the location.

If it’s a honeymoon make sure it’s not in school holidays! There is an adults only pool but doesn’t have a romantic vibe

Nice pools, nice beach, great snorkelling, great cocktails, lovely relaxed atmosphere. Clean and spacious rooms

Pool area a little crowded and people playing their own music (country) took away from the relaxing Caribbean holiday vibe

Tudo novo, com ótima estrutura e em uma praia linda! Opções gastronômicas muito boas também!

Velho problema de poucas cadeiras na praia e na piscina para a quantidade de hóspedes! Funcionários em geral pouco simpáticos!

Estadia cara em quarto que não foi o reservado. propaganda enganosa

O hotel fica um pouco mais afastado do centro, mas na orla, o que é bastante agradável pra quem quer desfrutar do ambiente. Tem também restaurantes no local, com excelentes opções de prato.

Eu reservei o quarto com vista para a praia e não foi o quarto que me acomodaram, que tinha apenas vista lateral. Ainda argumentei com a pessoa que me atendeu mas ela insistiu que estava correto, dentro da classificação das acomodações deles. Achei no mínimo propaganda enganosa do booking, pois as fotos mostravam outra vista, apesar do quarto ser igual. Não quis perder tempo com essa questão, pois não ia ficar dentro do quarto. Mas confesso q fiquei indignada ! O restaurante da piscina deixou muito a desejar! Pedimos um peixe, cujo acompanhamento era arroz e um tipo de Doritos colorido…. E não foi barato. Eu havia ficado 4 noites no renassaince e achei que não valeu a pena a troca de hotel, pois o Marriot e bem mais caro e ainda apresentou essas questões.

La comida del restaurant del sushi y el que funciona en el horario anterior no es buena. La atención en el kiosko de la playa un poco desordenado.

Beautiful resort with great service!

Beautiful property. Nice rooms. 2. Nice pools. Restaurants had delicious food. Plenty of free parking. Slightly lengthy check in but check out was quick. Definitely need a car here if you want to eat somewhere else. All employees were very friendly and helpful. Did not care for Curacao in general but this hotel made our vacation worthwhile

Good hotel, great beachfront, lacks nightime activities.

The beachfront and the hotel room are definitely pluses; feels you don´t need to explore the rest of the island to get an amazing day at the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

You are away from anything else, tied to hotel prices and its limited food selection. Lacks nighttime amenities and things to do, perhaps a bar or a small club with music.

Fantastisch

Zwembad en bediening tijdens zwemmen

Bij aankomst op hato geen vervoer geregeld naar Marriott. Gasten moeten dat zelf maar verzorgen. Op het moment dat je om 10:30u aan het ontbijt schuift, ongegeneerd op de horloge kijken Tussen 11:30-17:00u geen mogelijkheid om in de airco te wachten tot de bus/taxi ons ophaalt om naar Hato (retour Schipho) te gaan. Dus stappen bezweet in vliegtuig. Was uitgecheckt en medaille (klm marathon 42.2 km) hing nog op te televisie. Huiskeeping had hem bijna weggegooid ipv melding te maken van gevonden voorwerpen. Strand dagenlang werkzaamheden vanaf 8:30-vroeg in de avond. Strandbad ging daardoor al om 20:00u sluiten.

A infraestrutura de Resort, excepcional.

Os funcionários nao se esforçam em entender as pessoas que não falam em inglês, algumas vezes olham com cara feia, etc. Outra coisa me senti indignada, me cobraram o valor de 400,00 dólar por dia de limpeza, se eu soubesse desse valor nem iria pedir para limpar o quarto, fiquei 3 dias e o total foi de 12000,00 reais, sendo que só tomei café um dia, pois nos outros compramos no Carrefour que é bem perto.

El desayuno es fantástico, la comida es super buena, el personal amable, y el lugar muy bien arreglado

El house keeping fue un poco desastroso aunque el personal siempre fue amable. Al hacer el servicio olvidaban colocar las toallas o no las colocaban completas, no reponían los vasos para el café ni cambiaron los vasos para el agua un solo día

Uma semana relaxante ,com muito sol, praia e comforto.

Excelente Hotel. Equipe bem humorada, prestativa. Quarto e banheiro excelentes, muito epaçosos, bem equipados , limpos diariamente. Praia linda, as piscinas super agrádaveis e limpas, com garçons atenciosos. Gostei tanto do Hotel que não saímos para conhecer outros locais da ilha

Procurando um defeito, penso que os drinks poderiam melhorar. Todos com o mesmo gosto.

Atentos cuando se reserva Ocean View

El hotel muy bonito, la habitación súper cómoda La comida y las bebidas muy buenas y el personal muy amable en su mayoría.

Tuve un problema al llegar. Yo había reservado una habitación Ocean View y me dieron una de vista parcial. Al bajar al lobby y solicitar el cambio me trataron de insistir que era Ocean View y hasta me pidieron una foto de la habitación que había reservado. Increíble !! Al final me cambiaron de habitación pero recién a día siguiente (ya que no tenían ninguna disponible a pesar que yo había hecho la reserva con meses de anticipación) en la noche y no me reembolsaron la diferencia o tuvieron alguna deferencia por el error. Una lástima porque el hotel es muy lindo y el personal en su mayoría súper amable.

A fantastic destination for a dream vacation

The staff was so friendly! The facility is gorgeous and having a private beach and the option of an adult only pool were important differentiators. Great food, too.

Great property but staff needs more training

Property is beautiful and spacious. We had room with sea view, which was great. Firmness of the bed and pillows were comfortable, wifi was reliable too. Hotel is conveniently located near capital city, just a short drive to restaurants, bars or grocery store. I enjoyed snorkeling and witnessing brain coral gardens in the hotel bay. I would recommend the hotel to establish “reef friendly” sunscreens policy to protect the precious marine life.

When we arrived to our room, the bed sheets were dirty and covered in pe* stain :( I took video and went down to reception as my call wasn’t answered. I was told that housekeeping will change it “right away”, but after 2 hours, nobody showed up, and as we truly needed to rest after strenuous international flight, we gave up and placed don’t disturb” sign instead . Also, the fire alarm/evacuate siren went off twice during one night and all of us, accommodated in the east wing gathered at the reception, all confused. ( 1:00 am and 3:30 am). I understand these things can happen but what did upset me was staff lacking communication and training in providing us proper instructions. I felt like the night shift receptionist and security guard weren’t ready for this type of situations and didn’t handle communication with us professionally. I was carefully researching top resorts in Curacao for our vacation, so I really wanted to love my experience here, but sadly, I feel staff needs bit more advanced training on how to react in various stressed situations.

Carefree sunny tropical escape

The quality of the food and drinks, pretty decor,staff is absolutely great -everywhere you go!, pool service, loved the lap pool, being able to drink in the pool, amazing shower, great service all round, wonderful live music, nice sea view, sleeping with the sound of the waves.

Bed could be a big more comfy, but is not bad. One time beach towels did not come in till 1 pm. Only if someone complaints does the staff enforce the 18+ at the adult pool (happened once). It’s still fairly quiet though.
