Fazal and his team were outstanding. Our second visit in 6 months and he made our stay exceptional.

My goodness, this place knocked my socks off. It was sublime. The hospitality is next level, and the staff are amazing. They go out of the way for everything--when I couldn't make up my mind over an entree, the server brought me a bit of the one I didn't order as well, because she saw how undecided I was. The car we hired from the hotel for sightseeing...the driver made it his personal mission that I shouldn't have a single drop of rain on me, as I entered and exited. The general manager was next level--my husband lost his ear pods (they fell out of his pocket), but the lengths to which the staff went to retrieve them...this experience is unique. It is old school Indian hospitality at its best, combined with impeccable property management.
The only thing we didn't love is that they've fallen prey to the trend that we're noticing at high end properties across the world--pumping fragrance through the vents. Noticed this especially on our first day, but then it grew less noticeable. Wish that all hotels would stop this misguided trend. Can't be good for health, all these fake fragrance chemicals.

Service and hospitality is the best we've ever seen across our travels.
Food is par excellence - breakfast spreads, the restaurants, all fantastic.
The palace is majestic, quite pristine, visually stunning.
Peacocks all around is the cherry on top of a decadent cake.
Nothing to not like

Splendorous, you get the maharaj’s style
Food was average, room had many many curtains and sheets that made us cough. Rooms have are purifiers due to the pervasive presence of curtains, carpets, etc. For such a luxury accommodation, and for such price, everything needs to be perfect

Historical and architecturally impressive
Only two restaurants as Steam only opens Friday to Sunday.
Wine list is very limited and expensive.

Beautiful rooms, lawns and dining areas. Great staff.
The buggy / car rides could be a bit longer.

Very lavish & everything you need is just few min.enjoyed taste of food & hospitality.
Very courteous staff & keep personal attention on the need & requirement, especially karan, who looked after well whether it was organising trip to jhalanaleopard safari or trip to foresta kitchen & bar during weekend.
An insightful experience of royalty & Indian culture & Indian food.
All went well

The gym too small, the pool dirty, the AC too strong, coffee machine not working.

Beautifully situated in a huge well-kept park. It felt like colonial times.
Pleasant, intimate pool and spa in pretty houses among the trees. We did not expect that, despite the location in the city center, it would be so peaceful. There were peacocks everywhere, which added charm to this place. One of the few hotels in the world that I would like to return to if I am there again.
A very elegant Indian restaurant, where the staff put the food on the table on the plate, which made us feel uncomfortable. The food was good but there was no spirit of India. Food more for tourists than local flavors. We definitely recommend the restaurants by the old train.

The Taj Rambagh Palace hospitality is visible from the gate to the reception, front office, house keeping, dining. You are staying in a piece of history and Taj team ensures that your stay is memorable. Peacocks give you company everywhere. The historical tour, the horse buggy ride, the train restaurant. You will end up loving the Taj team who go all out to enhance the experience of your stay.
There is nothing you cannot like at Rambagh Palace.

This historic palace is surrounded by a beautiful park. It is an exceptional place to enjoy Jaipur.
The rooms are palatial and elaborately decorated.
Service in the hotel is exceptional. There are two restaurants, one of them with Indian cuisine. Restaurant staff are attentive to your every wish. They are very friendly and competent.
An exceptional place to live unforgettable moments.

We have stayed at the Rambagh Palace twice before (although you would know so in terms of any guest recognition). Fabulous suite last time… this time simply ‘ok’. it felt like the unloved ‘suite’. Tye bookshop is great, and one particular manager in the breakfast restaurant was very guest focused as was one receptionist. Others seemed untrained and disinterested. so many small mistakes take fed what should have been a fabulous visit.
The service ethic has mostly disappeared since the pandemic. For example - no door staff, reception staff (except 1 person) didn’t even bother to acknowledge us. The hotel IT databases are so out of date BUT even when you correct your ‘address’, ‘email’ & phone number they simply don’t bother to update them. it’s also a very poor experience to print out your final bill on the reverse of someone else’s bill. That’s cheap and doesn’t suggest there is any customer ID or info security.

The hotel is stunning! You feel like living in a Palace, not only for the architecture, but also for the hospitality. The staff is extremely well prepared and always ready to help, they pay attention in every detail and it makes the difference. I want to specially thanks Mr. Yogndra, in my second day I was with a little sore throat and he helped me preparing a ginger tea with herbs that made me feel way better! These level of care is what made the difference for us.
I also want to highlight how welcomed we felt with all the service provided by Rakesh, AmarSingh and Sarjeet they helped us understanding the local dishes and to try local meals. We really appreciated our two days there.
It is quite expensive!

Exceptional is the word which sums up everything about this place. The old world charm of the palace merging seamlessly in the modern day five star amenities and comforts - a rare combination!
Nothing that comes to the mind easily. Everything just falls in place in this timeless paradise. Difficult to complain about anything, really!
