Everything!! The hotel was beyond my expectations. Beautifully set, all the conveniences. Gorgeous grounds! Exceptional staff, service and food. Helpful in every way. Loved being there. Would definitely go back.
Nothing, was exceptional!

Staff amazing, food great
The suite we moved to not worth it - our normal room better!

Beautiful hotel, excellent service, lovely private beach

A fantastic hotel, beautiful setting, great amenities and incredible staff.
4.7
Location, the view, the staff, the food especially the diner at their restaurant.
Their private beach access was only from 9am to 6.30pm. Think that during summer time and especially for the price, beach should be accessible from sunrise to sunset.

The best hotel experience I've ever had. The staff was amazing, the rooms and property were gorgeous, amd overall was a great experience. We will definitely be back.

As an American, this was a beautiful property that reminded me of Hawaii outside, lush, gorgeous pool grounds, great for a wedding, very panoramic. We loved the breakfast buffet each morning and appreciated the Italian cheeses, like fresh ricotta with local tomatoes and olives. The restaurant had amazing views of the bay and we looked forward to it every morning. The rooms had lovely tile, a nice bathroom, and mirrors everywhere which helped getting ready in the morning, like doing makeup. We had a small terrace with our room overlooking the bay, which was nice for my daughters first time in Italy. The staff held our bags, brought them up nicely, with no problem. Front desk was very helpful with all our questions. We scheduled a tour with the hotel, and it was amazing. picked us up at the front door. it was a very luxurious stay and I would love to go back.
There wasn’t much we didn’t like, but a couple things we wish you had. Americans like facecloths. We managed, but it would have been nice. The terrace/balcony could be larger, but by Italian standards it was fine. It was a about a 20 minute walk to the pier to go to Capri, and about 10-15 to get to the downtown area. There were lots of inclines and declines, and stairs, so if you’re elderly or handicapped if would be somewhat difficult. However, we enjoyed passing citrus trees, smelling walls of jasmine, and discovering a small lemon grove on the way.

We were originally going to stay in Positano and had a hotel lined up, but ended up in Sorrento. It turned out to be a fortuitous thing as this hotel is exactly what we were looking for. It’s a very elegant and gracious hotel, and very comfortable. The staff in particular are wonderful. They’re very helpful, but in an understated way and not over the top. We were there for Christmas Eve dinner and without question accommodated a vegetarian (no meat, no fish) eater for a set course dinner. The location is great to access the Amalfi Coast, but also Pompeii, Vesuvius and Naples for day trips.

Great location, amazing views and good food! A perfect place to stay in Sorrento. The Christmas vibe in the nearby Christmas market was awesome.
Nothing! It was great!

The view from our room was phenomenal, the swimming areas were fantastic and the breakfast was delicious. We also appreciated our interactions before we arrived with Rosario. He was very helpful in arranging transportation to the hotel.
The gentleman who checked us in failed to explain that breakfast was included. As Americans, we do not assume this and as a result we missed breakfast the first day.

Everything during our stay was fantastic! The staff was wonderful! The location was great! The breakfast buffet was amazing! The hotel was so clean and modern!! I did not want to leave! I can't wait to return in the future!
I have no complaints

We loved that there was an elevator down to the dock for swimming, and we loved all of the patio seating for drinks in the evening. Our room was huge and clean and the bed was comfortable. We also thought the breakfast with Prosecco was great.
We didn’t love the dinner at the hotel. It was very expensive and not a very good meal. We also didn’t love that we couldn’t order any snacks or food by the ocean or the pool. It also felt a bit like they were just churning out tourists and not very personal or helpful. We booked a boat tour through the hotel and we didn’t get what we paid for so I would recommend looking for a tour company not through the hotel.
