It was not clean, the noise of the other rooms was horrible and also it doesn’t have A/C but just fan in the roof.

When we entered the room smelled so bad it looked like it wasn’t open for a long time, we found carrots under the bed, the mattresses were so uncomfortable to sleep on. Every night we couldn’t sleep because of noise.. people turning the music on…

Good value for money.

We stayed in double room. Room was clean. There was working, old type air-con. There was small fridge.

We stayed over week (9 nights). There supposed to be kitchenette. There was no microwave or kitchen utensils, kettlery as advertised. It was loud during night especially on weekend. Nobody cleaned room. We had to go to reception to get toilet paper, bin liners and one change of towels. (you have to pay extra if you want to change your towels more often). I had to take my rubbish out on my own. No swimming pool. It was hard to find parking space.

Wouldn't get back there.

Size of the apartment was brilliant

No air conditioning ir fun in the room. With 35degrees temperature we couldn't sleep. Rooms not very clean. Forniture bit dated.

Very poor

The location, 10 min walk to a nice beach

Rudeness of some front desk employees and noise at night. The receptionist was very rude from the very first moment we entered. She was asking our IDs as if we were arrested. The offer published contained misleading information; title saying parking and photos showing a swimming pool and a Spa. None was there. I argued about the parking with the receptionist and she called a security guard instead of trying to understand my situation. On the other hand, our neighbors a young group of tourists were shouting at 4 am. One was sitting at the edge of the balcony we thought he will jump from the fourth floor at some point, but in this case no one came even though it could have ended up being a tragedy. The next day I went to the reception to tell them about the unpleasant night we had. They took note, but the noise continued until the end of our stay…

Terrible appartments

Very old furniture, no kitchenware, very noisy. A lot of young parties till 3:00 o’clock. I do not recommend this apparts.

Good for sleep over one night if you don't expect much

The location is superb, on the hill, overlooking sea, it's also small quiet street, no bars/clubs downstairs. To reach seafront need to go down the stairs, and then one block, so it takes 5 mins even with a toddler walking. There is a good playground on the way. We also had a balcony where we could relax at the evening and watch sunset, have afternoon talk, breakfast at the morning

The building and interior are a bit old, need redecoration, we didn't care much for one night, but if you expect to be there for a week, it's a bit dull. The matrass was flat and bed was not the most comfy. The kitchenette was old, but we didn't use it, only fridge (which had a an unpleasant smell). There is no aircon, which is fine in May, but won't stay there in July-August. The fan provided is old, small and dusty (we didn't use)

Disappointing

Only swimming pool

For five nights nobody didn't come to clean our apartment and all of the bins was filled with rubbish and nobody throw it away. The furniture was delight. If I should choose between this hotel and another, for sure I will choose the other hotel.

The cost of our stay was not worth it.

The food is fine and sufficient for the hotel guests.

The room was not clean and smelly. The bed covers/ pillows were so old.

Pleasant

The activities and pools available were phenomenal along with the staff. The prices for food/drinks were very affordable . All the issues we had came from the hotel side.

Our family of 4 experienced a bit of nickel and dime during our 6 day stay along with no ramp being available to/from the closest pool onsite. The advertised available WiFi only worked if you are browsing but as soon as we tried to watch something it was like dial-up. Brought it up with front desk and they were well aware of issue but for a fee you can get a 1 or 3 day access to the “premium” WiFi...but it only works on 1 device, you have to pay the fee for each additional device. To change towels they charge 2.5 euro per and to have room cleaned 30 euro. The prices are not outrageous but they can add up and there’s the principle of it. Being upfront about the WiFi, towels, cleaning fees would’ve been nice. We also could not use our stroller to/from the pool as there were about 5 different sets of steps over 70-80 yard walk and no elevators until after we got to the closest pool. Front desk looked into moving us closer (kudos) but no luck. This became a bit of a hassle as there was a lot of to/from pools during our 6 day stay.
