Me gustó el trato del personal! Muy simpáticos y dispuestos a ayudar y a solucionar los problemas!

Todo :(, Camas incomodas, la comida estaba malísima, volvimos a nuestras casa con gastroenteritis. Se veia que no tenia calidad ninguna.. Muy mal, encima te cobraban hasta el agua del grifo. Para colmo “tenia parquing” pagando obviamente y fuera del hotel. Lo mejor es que aparcabas el coche y tenias que subir 4 plantas caminando con las maletas. Maravilloso vamos. No recomiendo este hotel, PARA NADA!

Todo perfecto menos la comida

La piscina climatizada,pero muy mal organizado,la gente se pelea por meterse en el jacuzzi ya que solo hay uno y la sauna muy pequeña y de pago,y solo dejan bañarte 45 minutos en la piscina climatizada pero la gente no respeta los turnos y no se van y se va acumulando gente,tendría que haber un empleado vigilando,si no es un caos

La comida,reutilizan todo Nos dimos cuenta que de una ternera en salsa que sobró,hicieron macarrones,lasaña,calabacín relleno y al día siguiente todavía les quedaba y se la pusieron a las lentejas,muy coqueto en cazuelitas pero muy poca variedad,y nada de marisco ni pescado,ni ensaladas de pasta,muy básico para ser un 4 estrellas y le ponen bolas te pimienta a muchas cosas y no indica si es picante o no y hasta que no lo notas no lo sabes,la última noche,pusieron un arroz y mi hija de 5 años quiso,y un cliente me dijo que no coma la niña que lleva guindillas,tenia guinda a tiras en el arroz,era puro fuego🤣

Hôtel que je ne recommanderai pas, pas de parking et accueil à revoir,

La chambre est correcte mis à part la taille du lit qui est petite!

L’accueil pas très sympa, surtout lorsqu’on demande s’il y a une place dans le parking, parking qui n’existe pas pour les voyageurs. Les buffets corrects mais sans plus et le manque de sourire des personnels. peu de réponses à nos bonjours par exemple !

Very pleasant stay.

Hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful. It was early season and so we did not use the pool facilities, but the indoor one looked very nice. Check-in and Check-out went very smoothly and we did not have any problems.

When leaving there was quite a bit of congestion in the lifts.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel Loud I paid the price for 2 people when only went alone tried to tell the staff but didn’t understand me I tried to book shuttle bus to airport got told they can’t have to walk to bus station then tried again the next day and got told have to give them notice so could off the day before Food wasn’t great didn’t know what anything was

Nice place to be.

Nice hotel, big hall, big room. Price more than correct and kind staff who thinks of deleting the tax (written for 2 adults + 1 kid whereas it was 1 adult + 2 kids)

The noise made by the guests in front of the elevator. Everyone speak loudly and the noise arrive easily in the bedroom. Certainly the people are not aware of it… Maybe a billboard asking to the people to stay quiet in front of the elevator would be nice… The acces to the Spa (only after 11am).

Families to avoid at all cost lloret de mar

The seaside and the water sports proposed in the town

Hotel, under aged groups shouting, smoking weed, music loud, hotel mediocre who rents fridges situated in a dangerous town, pictures are all out of date on the booking site, I will never return to that place again. Definitely not for families and beach packed with people.

Fantastic value for money break

I used to be a regular visitor but haven't been for a few years Very impressed from start to finish. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Everything was great. No complaints whatsoever.

Honestly a nice little break which was extremely good value for money

Excellent value for money, nice staff, reasonable entertainment, nice pools and great staff. Short walk into the main area of shops and restaurants. Breakfast had a large choice of foods which were nicely presented and fresh.

Beds mattresses as old as the hotel - never been turned, you can feel the springs - roll in to the dent everyone else slept in. No smoking room but was clearly smoked in which set off my allergies .

Old hotel Too crowded with food more than passable despite a friendly staff. Parking already full and room/ hotel really old. We could hear all our neighbors loud and clear
