Lovely stay at a Lovely hotel

Very Clean Hotel - well layout of facilities. Sun beds & pool area was spot on.

Would have been nice to have one of the pool bars open at night ?

Hotel in fab location for Portals Marina and beach. Comfortable and extremely clean!

Location was great to explore the west side of the island, aswell as having the fabulous Portals Marina so close! Some cute cafes on the street of the hotel also.

Would struggle to get sunbed in a bigger group, but just two of us, it was ok. Be timely on a morning, they do go quick, mind we visited height of the season, and it certainly didn’t spoil anything.

It was an average stay but good value for money

It was very clean and the location was good. Good value for money.

The rooms were very noisy and you can hear everything. We had a noisy young family next door that decided to use the hallway as a playground early every morning. I did complain but it didn’t stop. There are too many fixed umbrellas around the pool. Very hard to find a bed without shade! The pool food was average. It was very confusing that the lobby was on floor 3 with no sign in the lifts. The outside of the building was very dated and the pool view of the apartments next door was an eyesore.

Overpriced

Renovated hotel. Convenient location. Polite and helpful staff at the desk.

Tiny double room. No space for a suitcase, especially two. Very thin walls. Car park has to be paid for. Every morning we had maid opening our door with her card to check if we were there - not a nice experience.

Absolutely fantastic time, cannot wait to return.

This will be our 5th visit to Hotel. It is fab location, excellently managed. Everything is of very high standards, rooms, food. housekeeping, property maintenance. Many of the staff are long service and each and everyone is so good - professional, friendly and courteous. Highly recommend for family, groups and couples.

There is nothing to dislike.

Superb

Super clean, basic rooms but comfortable and not far to walk to beach or restaurants. Some of the staff at breakfast didn't seem too happy but the breakfast choices were good .

The staff at breakfast weren't so welcoming but the reception were very helpful

Exceptional

We returned to the Salles Portals for the 8 th time. It never disappoints. The staff are wonderful and the hotel is spotless.

We love using the spa which is great but I don’t think that the steam room is working as it should.

Good for a short break could do with a facelift

Good location with restaurants and a few bars right outside. It is a walk to the port area but go out of the back gate behind the pool and you save a good ten mins vs going down the road at the front. You might want a cab home in the evening! Good size pool area with lots of sunbeds, room was comfortable and clean. Only had lunch but decent snack food at an OK price

I did feel slightly cat fished by the photos! It is quite old fashioned in its decor and overall feel. There are rooms on the very bottom floor which are dark and overlooked so I would request a room on floor -2 or above, yes it is a minus as the hotel is on a hill! Also means not the best choice if you aren't great on your feet

Superb

Excellent breakfast, loads of choice and all the food was delicious. Pool area is well kept and lots of beds in the sun. There is a paid for car park but we parked for free on the street and there were always spaces.

Prices in the bar were expensive but this was to be expected. There is a supermarket just outside the hotel so recommend getting soft drinks and snacks from there.

Looking very tired the whole complex needs updating..the gym is absolutely shambolic!

Milk refreshed everyday Water machines around the hotel to refill water bottles

the rooms were clean

facilities says beach front on your website but it isn’t. breakfast awful and drink and ice cream pool side overpriced
