Amazing location but needs good improvements.

Amazing property, with the view was amazing, staff were incredibly helpful.

The property key swipe access system was a pain in the arse because we kept locking our selves out and there was no way of preventing it unless we had a swipe access card with us at all times, even when using the private pull or day bed. Or we had to leave a door open which let bugs in and A/C out. Towels were really cheap and not of amazing quality. Bedding felt cheap as well.

We had taken the pool villa and it was quite great. Direct access to the beach.

Great stay at Koh Samoi

It's amazing hotel, not new but in Thai style and we love it a lot! The room is amazing, at night you have the sounds of frogs outside. At the reception you can rent a bike for a few minutes, very comfortable. On the bike 4 minutes drive to the center, 5 minutes drive to the airport. The breakfast is amazing, great quiet private beach. Nice pool. We love it a lot!

Our room was with connecting door to another room and we could gear everything from the another room. At the morning it was not quite because we hear someone talking on the phone all morning.

Overall our stay was pleasant.

breakfast was good, lots of options. good coffee.

Short ride in taxi from airport is twice as expensive as the same trip to Samui center. Pillows in hotel are absolutely impossible to sleep on-too hard.

The Hotel is paradise situated In beautiful surroundings of lush hardens greenery and flowers. the beach is breathtaking I strongly advise catching sunrise. Last but by no means least, the staff are exceptional everyone is very warm and welcoming they really make your stay special. lovely team.

The breakfast was superb, we had a choice of juices each day e.g. Guava, pineapple, orange with 2 coffee machines for cappucino and Latte lovers! There is an omelette station where the chef can quickly prepare you an omelette of your choice, breakfast buffet includes cereal selection choices, toast, selection of fruit and a range of different other delicious treats which change daily eg vegetable green curry (yes for breakfast) Indian Pancakes, Pineapple rice, various meat dishes - the staff are all so friendly and relaxed and make you feel at home straight away,

Big Villa, Own Pool, Good Price level on dining and beverages, location, Service

Room service could be better, Massage was in the sister Hotel only, Hotel seem running on 20% only but service shall be as 100% which was not the case, Breakfast could be bigger. Often missing items.

Good location and great staff but could do with some little improvements.

Location was very good as just north of the busy Chaweng Beach. It was very clean and the beach area was beautiful. All of the staff were super friendly and did anything to help.

It’s a little dated and things like the sun loungers need replacing. Also, after 2 years of Covid, with the pool villa not being used, the room was quite musty smelling. The breakfast is really poor and very basic. You’ll be able to find something to eat but don’t expect any variance. Would also recommend a shuttle bus into Chaweng

beautiful pool located on the beach and very close to the airport

villa option is actually only adjoining rooms. no problem with this however villa option on website is misleading. also only a small matter however the bottles of water were not placed in the fridge each morning by housekeeping

Very disappointing. After 25 years in Thailand. The worst hotel.

There was no buffet breakfast. Only very limited menu which was the same everyday. Very cheap, poor quality food, eg only cheap white bread, small omelet, terrible food and service.

The staff were very despondent, no interest at all, limited numbers, lack of security etc etc Pool was dirty with no staff in attendance at all. Towels smelled and just left in an old shack Terrible service and attitude. Obviously major issues after reopened
