The pool was lovely and warm, lifeguards on duty. The hotels and area around were well kept. The Chapel was beautiful and the sound of the church bells was lovely.
The beds were hard, the pillows too.
The food for dinner in the restaurant wasn't great.
Breakfast was a lot better.

The pools were great, along with all the rest of the facilities. It was good for both adults and children. The access to the pools was reasonable as it was still possible after checkout. There were plenty of additional things as well that could be paid for, and pretty much everything that you needed was available on-site.
The standard seemed a little more like a 3* than a 4*, and a lot of the staff that we had contact with were not particularly happy.
It wasn’t a problem for us, but some people may not have liked the distance to the pools (about a 5-10 minute walk), and the fact that breakfast was in a different building.

A great place to relax and visit the thermal springs. Breakfast is not varied, but everything is fresh and tasty. You can always indulge in a traditional Spanish breakfast.Breakfast is not varied, but everything is fresh and tasty. You can always indulge in a traditional Spanish breakfast. After the pools and sauna it's nice to relax in your room rather than driving back home. Access to the pool is open until the end of the day of departure.
The room was too humid

is a nice concept place. Nice old street with a beautiful facade of the TERMAS HOTEL. The small square is great. Perfect for have a nice coffee. The staff there was very friendly.
Around the swimming pool you can see is not well finish. The area of the ruins ( romain period baths......) is a total disaster.
Old the swimming area is not themed. Is not delivering any experience. Not exiting.
The swimming pool beds area is a big disorganisation.

The hotel levante was clean and a very comfortable bed. 👌 the bathroom had everything in it you require. The pools were immaculate. Lovely gardens and well maintained
I didn't like having to pay 8 euro per day for parking the car when you are paying to stay at the hotel
Also no free cold water fountains

The pool was great, we had a nice meal at the restaurant by the pool (Aqua?), drinks in the Casino and had breakfast in the hotel across the road.
We only stayed one night, but enjoyed the spa facilities for two days.

Spa pools excellent, breakfast good, lunch good......
The weather was awful (not hotel's fault) !!

Great location and facilities. Particularly enjoyed the Circuit with the lemons and other special pools.
People smoking in the area immediately below our room and talking loudly (especially at around midnight). The smoking area should be moved farther away from the building along with the tables and chairs which encourage people to linger, smoke and talk loudly.

We had a fantastic stay, the spa was great fun you just couldn't not smile and laugh whilst floating along the moving river just loved this. We ate in the thermas restaurant none of us left a crumb on our plates. The breakfast was lovely and great choices we really stuffed ourselves.
The staff were polite and helpful even after I knocked a glass of red wine over the lovely table cloth and my husband !!! We went to the casino bar and joined in the dancing with the locals. After reading previous reviews I was unsure what to expect I am so delighted we had this experience. We can't understand why people complained the food was spanish and delicious just what you expect in Spain. We stayed in the spa until 3pm the next day after checking out. Bring your own towels flip flops bathing caps and a small padlock for the locker. Just emerse yourself relax and enjoy!!!!
If I had to complain about something the only thing I could say is that the massage room could have been a bit warmer. We were in room 220 we had a nice view of the Chapel my friends were in 221 with a view of a wall but we didn't spend much time there so it wasn't important to us

The circuit spa was ok (2 hours for 35 euros).
The location / setting is very nice and picturesque.
Little disappointed to be honest.... Breakfast was poor, beds uncomfortable, parking was a long way from the hotel.
No tea & coffee in the 4 star hotel (unless you want to pay an extra €4 per day)
Had a massage in the main spa area at €65 each for me and my partner - The room was cold, the light was bright, the oil was very cold and the lady threw it on me like a sauce bottle and way too much.... She walked around the bed in nosiy shoes and banging the bin lid down, etc so that on top of a very ' what felt like ' a very rushed and sloppy massage, was not a nice experience and when we told the spa reception all they said was ok we will let them know.....
Pools were over crowded and lots of kids splashing around and noisy.

Coffee machine area was a bottle neck of queues. Breakfast buffet area could have been spread out more so not so close to people pushing across to reach what they wanted. Bit of a grap and go senerio with some people not prepared to wait a moment.
Reception staff welcome.

Excellent venue if you just want to relax. Whole experience well worth it. Stayed 2 nights 3 days. Have booked to come back again.
Not much that we didn’t like. Only thing was the lunch menu, very basic, in our opinion portions very small and not great quality. Was the same menu for evening meal, so we went to another hotel, this was buffet style, so much better.

Nicke place and swimming pool .God idea is to buy the room with the access to the swimming pool. Quitet neighbourhood.
A little bit like a sanatorium feeling. Maybe needs a bit of refreshing of the room. It didn’t feel like a 4 stars hotel. The room had a only blankets, smaller windows that they advertised on the website.Bit isolated (that can be also a plus point of course)

Bedroom was spacious
Bed was a bit hard, but big and quite comfortable
Breakfast was very good
Sourroundings fantastic
Room to hot.
Tried to cool down, but it heated up.
Turn of heating and open wind solved problem.
Baathroom a bit to small, due to door goes inwards

Good fresh squeezed orange juice for breakfast.
The location was nice.
For the people that expect real thermal waters - go somewhere else! This hotel or the ones in the balneario de archena are not real thermal waters by definition. There are just regular swiming pools with warm water and a lot, like a lot of chlorine. You can’t even stay in the water, the smell of chlorine is too much - which are harmful for your body. You should test your water every hour to see the level of chlorine, it would exceed any permissible value.
You have to walk like 500 m to go to those swimming pools, very unclear on how and where to go, you have a map but this is just stupid to walk so much when it is freezing cold outside and you are wet.
This hotel shouldn’t deserve 4 stars, it didn’t meet most of the criteria. The robes for the spa looked like they are 20 years old! If they are ripped please dont sew them up and give to your guests, this is not normal ! Additionally, you had to have a swimming cap to enter the pools, it would have made sense that a 4 start hotel will provide them for you, but no, not here. No slippers, no caps, only old robes have been provided to us. You have to buy slippers - 7 euro and the cap - 3.5 euros from their shop.
I would never come back here and I would not recommend to anyone. Totally disappointed by our stay, and for what they call thermal waters.

Seemed like it needed some attention. Paid extra for sauna which wasn’t clear as we thought all pools were included just the treatments were extra. Disappointing and expensive massage
