Breakfast was very rich and delicious. I stayed with my family and my children liked bunk.
internet connection is not available in the room. the connection was only on the lobby.

Being not from Germany, the friendly and warm staff made me feel at home!
Comfortable bed and a quiet room.
No tea making facilities in the room but there was a friendly bar that made one for me with a couple of free biscuits!

Breakfast was amazing there! Unfortunately we shared room with a couple of rude girls so the stay was a little bit akward.

Nothing.
We had a conflict with the receptionist about the extra money that was not mentioned in the pricing in booking.com. After a little bit of arguing with the receptionist I eventually did pay the money he asked for and then ... he just kicked me out. He said that he won't check me in just because I was making too much stress for him ...

Clean, good location, free parking
No wifi in rooms; this is not acceptable. Even in common areas, connection was poor.
There were no towels or any soap in rooms. Had to pay for them.
Had to pay to become hostel intl member, though I do not plan to stay in their hostels in the future.

only good thing about this hotel is location.
nothing like pictures that appear in booking.com

very good place, clean and very useful

The whole hostel is really nice and comfortable. The stuff was helpful and cheerful.
The room was really clean and big, and bathrooms also. Nice brakfast in a nice place.
Overall, really calm atmosphere in the whole hostele. Really nice location, near bus and train station. Also, walking across the bridge to the center is possible if you like it 😀
I should have paid extra for some card since I am not German citizen.

Staff were very friendly and helpful regardless of the fact that I was English speaking.
The food was very simple and there wasn't enough by the time I arrived.

-It seemed far from the center but it's really just a bridge away. Took me 15 min to get there on foot. Or 2 metro stops
- The area is nice and quiet
- Bed sheets, towel, some shower gel provided as well
- Breakfast is very basic (musli, bread and spreads) but included which is always nice
- People at the reception very nice and sweet
- Price!
- Internet. I was working from my laptop and needed good connection. They claimed that internet doesn't work in the rooms but is ok in the common area. 20 min and it was gone, no way of reconnecting for a while. I went to a French cafe nearby, and they didn't have internet either. Had to create a hotspot on my phone to be able to work. I mean, comon!
- You have to put your own bedsheets and then bring them in at check-out

Breakfast was good
Clean
No soap or shampoo amd no wifi in the room

Overall, it meets my expectation at this price. The breakfast is good enough including every basic food that you need. There is a bus stop in front of the building while the nearest train stop is about 15 minutes away. The room is very clean. There is a personal locker that you can use with the provided key.
There is no provided soap or shampoo in the room. There are no air conditioners to cool down the room temperature which is a little bit high during summer. Therefore, it is very hard to sleep. Moreover, the location is closed to the main road which is a little bit noisy in the morning from traffic.

Room was fine, liked that the bathroom was en-suite. breakfast was included and where a lot of options.
Not a good hostel for solo travellers. Hard to meet other people, there were a lot of families. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Everything was very clear, the space in the room is very nice, and the lockers have plenty of space. The location is also very nice.
There are no plugs to charge the phone near the bed :(

no internet in the bedroom but wasn’t a problem

We stayed at a family room that has all the basic facilities of a regular hotel but at a very affordable price. The hotel also offers good parking facilities in their garage. Nice breakfast was included as well.
The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre but it is a 15-20 min walk

Breakfast was somewhat okay. However, the room didn't meet any of my expectations.
No towels, no shampoo, bunk beds, paid parking.

Every dormitory room has a separate shower and toilet which is very clean and convenient to use. Big and nice breakfast. Staff was very friendly.
No wifi in the room, no socket next to the bed, no towels provided. In general everything was fine, just it is quite overpriced and it is possible to get a hotel room for this money.

Location, breakfast,clean, price, perconal.
there was no soap in the toilet and in the bathroom. and just one electrical outlet per room.

Convenient location for a Blood Bowl tournament. Just have to remember it's a youth hostel, not a hotel. Bed was fine. Room quite quiet. Staff nice.
I learned "Latte" on its own has a double meaning on German.
No soap in rooms. Breakfast was... interesting.

Breakfast was good. Great location and we did not have to pay for parking really nice staff
There was a lot of noise during the night due to some young people who kept knocking at my door. But it was not a fault of the hotel.
