Nada
DECEPCIONANTE.

The room is nice and tidy. The breakfast is traditional. The staff is very kind and helpful.
The front desk is open only until 4pm.
9.0
Friendly and helpful staff, clean and big room for the value, central location but not very touristic
There was dust on the floor and seemed like the cleaner didn't clean for a long time or from the last customer. The hair dryer didn't work. The latest time to store luggage was 4pm.

Location is superb. Clean room, big space, bed super comfortable. Coffee place is just a step away from the elevator. Sidra places just round the corner! Staff super friendly. They accommodated all my requests. Would stay again!
Not enough pillows in the room

Location - checkin after hours - lucky for me :)

Friendly staff who are always there to help, good location within 15-20 minutes walk from the beach
Little bit rickety in some areas such as the bed and maybe the elevator, but understandable given the covid situation

Staff was friendly and assist us with the issues..and cleaned our room every day.
On our arrival we had issues with the wifi, we went to the 7th floor where our room was and there was no phone 8n the room to contact the reception. There was ko hair dryer in the room. So we had to go back down 7 floors to ask for a hair dryer and report the issue with the wifi.
It was a double room but there was 1 suitcase stand and 1 chair I the room, with every small TV and super old matresses, so uncomfortable....
No value for the money we paid...

The receptionist was pleasant and helpful, and the room and lobby were fair for the price we paid. No frills. Location was okay.
We were unfortunately locked out of the hotel after midnight, and the access code we were given didn’t work. An oversight, but the 24 hour telephone just rang and rang. It it hadn’t been for another guest arriving, we would have been on the street for hours. Mistakes happen but if they give an emergency number, they should make sure it is answered.

Definitely a good location, not to central but not to far away from the centre if you need to be close to the beach. The room was comfortable, as was the bed, and having a bath was certainly a bonus
The newly installed wifi network wasn't working at all at my arrival. Next day it was fixed but unfortunately the signal is too low in the room opposite the network extender. I could get -60dBm which wasn't enough to use the internet, therefore I had to spend mornings in the cafeteria and then afternoons in coffee shops around the city.
Since I was travelling for work, the wifi was the most important aspect of my stay. Normally I wouldn't be worried too much but in this case it was crucial.

The location was good; 10 minutes walk from old town.
The electricity set-up was dangerous and complicated and we had to keep the lights on to load our mobile batteries. On day one, the shower curtain fell down and on day two, our soap containers had been emptied by the staff. There had been no renovations done for a long time, all was quite in a bad shape and for this price, we definitely expected a lot more. The lady in the reception was nice but unfortunately, that did not compensate the rest of the flaws.
4.0
Uncomfortable beds, poorly equiped room, lots of noise from the elevator and the slowest check-in I've been to
