OK stay for 1 night

Newly refurbished area, felt a bit like Bali. But it is a huge complex with beautiful refurbishment all along. Breakfast options were plenty. Very family friendly with big pool, and kiddy pool with warm water as well. Hotel transfer from high speed train station was swift, efficient and friendly. Lots of nice restaurants across the street from the hotel.

Some parts of the hotel felt rundown and "cheap" - does not translate to the hefty price we pay for the rooms. Food quality is very low considering the price we paid (again). All in all, I felt this hotel is a bit too expensive for the price they are quoting..

It was a pleasant two night stay for business meeting, aside from the slip on the slick floor.

The wife said the breakfast was ok, but she thinks, compared to Padma Bandung, you need to up your game for the price we paid for the stay. I don't eat breakfast. Pool was quite nice and clean. Kids activities were decent, with things to do for our daughter (archery, rabbit petting. horses arts and crafts..etc).. The Chinese restaurant was quite nice and service was excellent. Appreciated the transport from the Whoosh! station to the hotel.

MAJOR problem I have with the room and facilities. The bathroom floors are VERY slick when wet. The same goes with the lockerroom in the jacuzzi space. I actually slipped and fell on the floor in the locker room because the floor is so slick when wet. It needs a textured surface with anti-slip. It was a painful fall with some muscle damage to my shoulder, but should heal up. But the next person may not be so fortunate. Also, we had a balcony with no outdoor chairs or table. So unless we brought the indoor chairs out, we couldn't enjoy the view or have coffee.. That's substandard. Had we known this we would have opted for non-balcony room. Also, the room should have a larger, business friendly table, rather than a couple of wobbly round end tables. I couldn't set up my laptop to conduct business on what was provided.

had a pleasant stay in here.

very near to kcic and waterworld. they offer free shuttle for now. new hotel. breakfast was fab. room quite spacious.

not that i can think of.

Check in location, ada 2 lokasi check in yg kami sbg pengunjung pasti gak tau yg mana, jadi kalau bisa tempat check in 1 aja atau manapun bisa terima check in,, jangan kami sudah sampe dalam kondisi cape terus disuruh pindah lokasi check in

Overall this place is worth to stay for a leisure. The scenery and hotels are amazing.

Everything in the hotel, it was so enjoyable, all facilities and children friendly

Maybe just a bit, the detail of the room, late check in waiting some time. But its not too serious

Definitely will come back here for sure!

The room and bed were so comfortable and clean. Amenities all good. Breakfast was so good; the pool and kids pool were fantastic. That fresh juice you provided during breakfast was an excellent extra touch that other hotels mostly don't have.

You can still hear people outside of your room, in the hall while they are walking and talking.

It was a short but lovely stay

The room was clean, and the facilities were excellent.. they have warm water for the kid's pool. Breakfast was lovely, with lots of variations.. the location is also great, especially when you want to go to Wahoo Waterpark, just 5 mins away.

However, the aircon wasn’t cold enough, and wifi wasn’t working either; we were on the 5th floor.

Great hotel for staycation

Like the vibes in overall. Clean and spacious room, nice swimming pools both for adult and kids. Nice breakfast serves in variety of food and choices.

Need to pay more attention on the cleaness of public areas especially when the hotel is fully booked during high season

Facilities and location was okay

Hospitality of the resto n pool staffs were a bit lacking. Not all, just few people. But still it ruined our mood there. And on our last night the other room ( not sure if it is upper floor or sides to our room) was noisy, we could hear kids running around up until 10pm. That time we realized how poor the soundproofing was. Its a pity since masonpine has always been our 1st choice hotel to stay in but our latest experience here might change our mind to try on another hotel for our next trip to bdg.
