Bellissime villette con piscina nel quartiere della citta vicino al Kraton

La struttura, soprattutto nella parte interna (piscina/laghetti dei pesci/giardino), è eccezionale, immersa nel verde.

Ideal place to find silent in the centre of city and relax.

Enjoyed my stay. Location was fantastic.

The location is great. It is where tourists can find good local and foreign food, all within walking distance. The location is generally tranquil except at certain times of the day. There is a nearby laundry service that provides a value-for-money service. If you do not like the hotel's shampoo, you can buy it from the small shop nearby for around 10 cents per sachet. And the place is so safe and clean. I especially like the Asian selection for the breakfast. Every morning they have hot noodles, rice, 1 meat and 1 vegetable. They provide at least 2 kinds of fruits and eggs are cooked on the spot to your preference. Can't ask for more. The beds are sufficiently hard and comfortable.

If you are looking for 5-star hotel kind of furnishing, this hotel is not for you. While generally clean, the fixtures (especially bathroom fixtures) are quite run down. It is OK for me, but not for everyone. You also get occasional insects entering the room. The other thing I did not enjoy was the loud wake-up call for morning prayers starting from 4:45 am (from different mosques). However, having been to many parts of Indonesia, it is something you cannot escape from.

Reasonable accommodation on a budget

The size of the room and the cleanliness of the room was excellent. The setting was very pretty and it was a good distance away from what seemed to be the main strip. A short walk but set back enough so you couldn’t hear the noise.

There’s very little sound proofing in the room we stayed. We could lay in bed and hear conversations of those from adjoining rooms. The culture is wonderful but if you are a light sleeper, be warned that the noise from the nearby mosque is very loud early in the morning.

great garden, quiet location in an alley off the bigger streets, easy walking distance to a number of restaurants. nice pool, great terrace for sitting in the evening and reading, VERY friendly staff!!!

the place is very cozy and chill. you feel like in the jungles. the room is very spacious. the design is really cool. very good vibe overall.

the wifi was really bad. i had to go to a cafe to work. also no wall power sockets next to the bed. but its a minor thing.

It all went well

The only drama was an issue with the Air conditioner in one room....and we were able to change rooms for the other nights. overall a positive experience in a central location in a very friendly Jogja.

Hotel with a nice garden which makes it feels as if you are in the middle of nature

the grounds are beautiful, bonus pool which we didn't realise. The AC was good and the bed was comfortable. there was tea making facilities in the room which was also a bonus.

Awesome relaxing time

Beautiful hotel and so friendly staff, the room was amazing and if you spend some time at the pool, you feel relaxed because of ne nature area!

Room was comfortable and stuff was rather friendly. The pool outside look nice.

The hotel is dated. For modern standards too few electric plugs in awkward places. Rooms weren't that clean, dust in the odd corners. Breakfast is not included, but if you go for it too expensive.

Swimming pool have a good view, water is clean. The outside view of the room is refreshing and relaxing. Accessible to the restaurants outside, since they don't have restaurant to eat for a meal. Good weekend spent.

The bed is too stiff. There are pest/insect inside the room ( I am not afraid of it, so it doesn't bother me that much) but I still think it not safe and hygienic if there is cockroach roaming around the room.

I love how spacious the room was. Also the bathtub even at the superior room. The space outside and the feeling at the village. they have pool. the deluxe part of pool is way better and cleaner than the area of superior. AC and fans works really well. thebed also comfortable.

I got the room that bit too many mosquitos. but again it was a rainy season. The bathroom can be cleaner.

Room, garden/open space and pool are excellent. plus the location and the staff.

Garden of wonders

The hotel is a mini botanical garden with waterfalls and pool. The air was very good because of it. The pool organically connected to garden. The hotel collect garbage separately. The staff was very helpful and restaurant is good. The breakfast was various and tasty and we got some cookie in the evening. The place is very close to a restaurants’ street.
