Goede lokatie in de grote stad. Fantastisch ontbijt buffet en heerlijk zwembad.

Aceptable para ir a ver los templos.

El trato en principio estuvo bien pero la cena tardaron más de una hora. Nosotros (los adultos) nos habríamos levantado e irnos a cenar a otro lugar. Pero por el niño nos quedamos (eso si, se quedó dormido). Si tienen algún problema en la cocina, que eso puede ocurrir y no pasa nada, al menos que informen a los comensales del problema que hay. Porque esto ocurrió en todo el comedor. Y ni hicieron descuento, ni informaron de nada... Honestamente y tras el agotamiento de todo el día... no mola.

Welcome Drink. Lage. Betten sind bequem.

Nicht wirklich wie ein 5 Sterne Hotel für uns. Bälle im Pool machen ihn unästhetisch. Auch die fehlenden Fliesen im Pool können einem weh tun. Frühstück verhältnissmässig zu teuer. Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden.

Extremely dirty and old rooms. Unhelpful staff

Where to start…? The room was extremely dirty. Dust everywhere, sheets and towels dirty, door of the room barely closed… the restaurant provided a huge breakfast but plates and cutlery provided never really clean. Lastly, we had issues with Borobudur’s temple booking. When we asked the hotel concierge to help (especially due to website language), they did not provide any support. And the staff barely spoke English…

Great staff, location and facilities.

The hotel, location and staff were perfect for a 3 day stay in Yogjakarta! Breakfast and all the facilities were great and we used every one of them.

The windows of the rooms were not soundproof which was much needed actually.

Comfortable enough stay, would be amazing if not noisy and. I construction

The breakfast was amazing.Great location. Clean hotel room and lobby. Very comfy beds. Had a massage- was lovely and good value- initially they put me on a bed with no face hole- so uncomfortable.

We were on the 8th floor and it was very noisy from the pump on the roof- the staff did try to rectify, however no room to move us. Added tax on to take away ice-creams- not informed of this. The pool area was under construction- very noisy!!!! And dusty.

Needs renovation and better management

Large room and bed

We booked deluxe premier room which was shown on booking.com. The image on booking.com showed a larger room, compared to what was initially offered to us. I insisted to the reception that I wanted to change the room as depicted on booking.com site, or I would just ask for a refund because we wanted to stay for three nights at the end of the year and we did not want a much smaller room that they offered. In addition, the room that was initially offered to us, the bath tub had a large stain. That was why I wanted to also change our room. At first, the reception told me that all the similar rooms were already booked, but long story short, they gave me the room similar to what I booked on booking.com. it took about 30 to 40 minutes to settle this problem by the time we checked in. The room that they offered the second time was significantly larger that what was initially offered to us. Whatever the reason was, the hotel should inform us or at least describe on any online travel agent platform that they advertise on that they have two sizes of deluxe premiere types of room. This will help to minimize this kind of incident in the future. The air conditioner was centralized, hence, we could not control the room temperature. ... The parking space was rather small, the breakfast selection and food options were limited, the room needs to be well maintained and renovated. The pool needs to be cleaned regularly also the child's playground. We also need to change the kettle in our room because the one that we got was already stained. The bathroom needs to be properly renovated. The robe towel that we got also had some dirt which made us call the housekeeping to change it. ... The location, even though it is close to Malioboro, you still need at least 15 minutes of walk. If you bring children less than 7 years old, you might want to consider other forms of transportation. ... With the price that they offered, I would rather choose other five stars hotel in...

Convenient location, but needs renovation

Very nice location near Malioboro area. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The whole building really needs a refresh. It looks like it's been abandoned for several years. The reception and lobby area might look ok, but some other common areas are totally outdated. In the bedrooms, the bathrooms seriously need an upgrade! Not worth the price or the 5* ranking.
