Breakfast was limited, and there was not a wide variety.
They were charging for late check-out, and I've never been asked this before in any hotel.
They seem more interested in making money than offering an excellent service that you'll return.

it was top notch really.. kinda like a four seasons hotel
nothing really

Tolle Aussicht, super Essen, schöne Pools und Strandplätze. Das Frühstück war super und ausreichend, das Personal super freundlich!
Das Essen war (vor allem für Thailand) recht teuer, ebenso wie die Massagen

Resort is beautiful and the restaurants are great. Excellent choice of food. Service is good. GM and reception staff are very professional and friendly. Our room with private pool was lovely and great to have the privacy if you wanted it. The views are fabulous.
The beach was beautiful but you aren't able to swim from the shore

We are fortunate to have stayed at some of the most luxurious properties around the world and I have to say this was one of the best, truly exclusive, with excellent service and a pool villa with real wow factor. I am very glad I choose this to celebrate my wife’s 30th. Trisara felt like it should be 6 stars and it was a classy experience all around. Will return!
If I had to find something it would be the price of food comparative to other high end resorts we also experienced in Phuket, but this was a minor gripe.

A fantastic hotel overall. Staff is super-friendly and service is flawless. The GM walks around guests frequently in the morning to check that everything works 10 out of 10. Hillside villas are impeccable and offer amazing views of the ocean. The beach is great and covered by the shade of palm trees. There is a Michelin-starred restaurant on site, which guests need to book in advance. The hotel is spread around the hillside but the buggy service solves mobility issues. The place offers top range relaxation in a secluded luxurious envoronment and therefore best suited for for guests looking for peace and quiet. This is not a party clubbing place, and nor should it be. It is perfect as it is.
Two observations. First, from time to time there is household rubbish floating in the water or being left on the beach in low tide. This is not hotel rubbish and is something that the ocean brings from outside. It is a common issue with Phuket and the only way to deal with the problem is to remove it regularly from the water and the sand. This is probably done, but perhaps not frequently enough. The ocean water itself is clean. The second issue to report is that there is only one restaurant - The Deck - apart from the Michelin-starred PRU. The Deck has a sizeable a la carte menu, which is split between the international part, the seafood part and the Thai part. The Thai part is so spicy that it was near-impossible to eat, even though I like spicy food generally. In short, a property of this size and level simply cannot live with just one restaurant for the evening. So the F&B team gets 6 out of 10 for the lack of food choice and being "usual" (whilst the hotel overall is well above "usual").

First of all, I would like to thank all the workers in this beautiful resort, they were really responsible for the attention and to meet all the requests of the guests with love, and smile that does not leave their faces, they are really nice.
As for the resort, He doesn't need my commendation, a luxurious and upscale resort in the quiet area with private beach.
They clean the villa twice a day, They pay attention to the smallest details with zero mistakes. and all your requests are taken care of and answered.
Thank you Trisara resort, they surprise me and gave us a cake for my wife's birthday. It was a great experience to stay in Trisara resort and I will definitely have another visit to this hotel.

Super clean, food is good, spa is the best, the extra bed was an actual bed not a sofa bed, they provided additional baby stuff without requesting for free; bottle warmer, bath tub, bottles sterilizer, bottles brush, shampoo and lotion. private pool is big , breakfast in room is provided without additional charge. the also have a nice kids club and provide great babysitting service! best option for couples traveling with kids.

Breakfast was included as part of our package and was excellent. It included both buffet and ala carte options. Our room was luxuriously fitted and laid out with a view to die for. The service was impecabble. They met every demand with zero fuss and anticipate many of your needs.
There were some free activities that we weren't aware of such as visiting the nearby farm which they use to source ingredients for the restaurants. They could have mentioned this at the very beginning (it is in the welcome pack) but perhaps I'm nit picking here.

The staff and customer service there was impeccable. Everyone was so attentive, friendly and went above and beyond for us. The villas and views were amazing too. The spa services ( massage) was very professional and relaxing.
The beach was full or rocks and made it hard to swim.
