Change beds

Free parking and kind staff

They ask you if you want 2 single beds or a double one. I asked for a double one and I got 2single ones covered by a double sheet. the bed itself it's uncomfortable and it makes noise when you move. The furniture is old fashioned

This hotel on the outskirts of Modena was alright for a night‘s stay.

We liked the location, which was qiet, free parking; the staff was friendly.

The room was very basic, although we did not pay a lot.

Breakfast was simple but good. Personnel was very nice and helpful.

Could use a bit of refurbishing - not keeping up with its name.

An excellent place for a short stay!

This is a superbly clean and well maintained establishment. Delightful decor and super service. Great value for money.

Only the absence of ensuite facilities and an elevator prevents a higher score.

Probably the most affordable nice hotel in Modena

Very very affordable and the room was not bad and the staff were very nice and helpful. They have great information on where to go and where to eat. The room was quiet for the most part and there is free parking as well as a charging port for EV drivers which is a really nice touch.

The location seemed a little suspect and seems l ok ke it was in a low income area. I'm thinking this might just be the area because the entire town seemed to look that way which is odd because it's the home of Ferrari and i expected the town to look a little more modern and clean. To be fair the town where Lamborghini is also looked very low income and ran down.

Great stay, in beautiful Modena.

Simple, efficient, spacious room.

It would be good to have two glasses in the room - otherwise nothing else to mention. We got the glasses from the reception/bar downstairs.

Great value for money at convenient address, with unexpectedly comfortable bed, and helpful staff.

The room was spacious and the bed and pillow VERY comfortable! Breakfast was served and assistance was available at all times, even when delays made me really late for checkin. I appreciated the clear instructions for items in the room, and the standing clothes hanger. The bed was made every day and the room was cleaned as well. It was not a problem to go out early, or go out late. The staff was very willing to communicate in every language they knew, and with bodylanguage if we didn't share one (there's always English). They were also helpful with information about travel and food in the city. Finally, they helped me get chamomile tea in the evenings, and a taxi when I was checking out, and always cared that I had information I needed. The air conditioning for the room was very efficient, too.

Unfortunately the building itself was not really made for quietness, so I heard the notifications on someone's phone in a room nearby. But the blinds for the windows could be closed extra, which made almost all noise from outside disappear. Personally I also prefer black tea and dark bread in the morning, but that is not the fault of the hotel, rather it is the breakfast culture of the country. What was on offer was excellent and fresh, just not what I am used to! (Tasty treats, sweet pies and so on).

Staff saved the situation

Nice and quite place in the university area. Private parking. The staff was very kind all the time.

Problems with the boiler, we had cold water. Strange that other guests didn't complain!!! But the staff was very kin trying to fix everything. Poor breakfast.

A bit expensive

Bed and bathroom. Clean and staff very polite.

No lift. Small breakfast. Error with chamber. Someone try to enter in my room at 2 o'clock by mistake. Nobody say sorry. Expensive to be a 2 stars hotel
