Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr gut.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und reichlich. Die Lage war ruhig und ein bisschen Ausserhalb, trotzdem war eine gute Verkehrs Anbindung vorhanden.

Das Zimmer ist riiiiiiiesengroß! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist mega! Genügend Parkplätze an der Straße direkt vorm Hotel. Der elektrische Nutella-Spender ist der Hammer!

Die Beleuchtung im Bad dürfte etwas heller ausfallen und der Kühlschrank sollte entweder ein etwas leiseres Modell sein oder in einen Geräusch dämmenden Schrank eingebaut werden.

Good breakfast, nice room, easy check in and check out

The bathroom ventilation did not seem to be working, so the bathroom had a damp and bad smell. We had to leave the bathroom door closed and ventilate the room upon arrival.

Nähe zur Autobahn,Nähe zum Flugplatz,Zi.sauber und ordentlich,kl.Warmwasserbar für Tee u.Kaffee vorhanden Aral-TS gegenüber(Alternative zum überteuerten Frühstück) man kann für 2 EUR pro Nacht sein Auto für die Urlaubszeit dort nach Absprache parken

liegt in Industriegebiet,fußläufig nur teures Asiarestaurant u.Grieche im Nebengebäude(Mi., und ab 23:00 zu) einfaches aber überteuertes Frühstück

it is a good location for a short stay.

I didn't opt for breakfast but from what I saw it seemed quite varied.

the elevator was not working and I had to climb 2 floors to get to the room.

if you need to be close to the Congress Center and don't care about anything else...

the beds were comfortable, the location is close to the Congress Center (20 minutes walk) but the nearest tram station is at 15 minutes walk.

3 out of 4 nights there was extreamly hot in the room (we were in May, so outside the temperature during the day was of 20 degrees and during the night 12) we had to sleep with the window open but the train was close and the noise woke us up quite often.... After the temperature in the room turned normal there was a horrible smell comming from the bathroom. The cleaning was superficial, for example behind the bathroom door they never cleaned... They say that if you don't need cleaning every day they give you a voucher for a free drink (small water ) but they give 2 signs for hanging outside the door for this and if you put the "do not disturb" sign instead of "I want a voucher" sign the room is not cleaned but you don't get the voucher...

When i arrived the receptionist was rude and racist on why i didn't speak german. No internet wifi provided bc it was not working The room conditions and cleaning was horrible The people on the next rooms where screaming and shouting in the middle of the night The walls were full of scratches and the lights didn't have enough power to light the room

The best customer service ever !

I have been a guest in the Novum hotel this weekend , the staff are incredibly friendly and polite answering to any request could pass through your mind ! Especially the gentle guest agent that worked the afternoon shift , with his years of experience that you can see and feel in his way of solving and finding solutions for my issues. The room was very clean and big quality VS price is respected! I was surprised that the HSK clean it again and changed the towels also if I stayed only for 2 days ! The hotel is not far from the center ,10 min walk to the M16 station (less than 20 min you are in the hear of the city) with the car 9 min ,I used both because i couldn’t found where to park my car in the city. The breakfast is international and fair for what you payed , the staff in the restaurant very helpful . I’ll be back without any doubt.

Mr Fawlty, you are behind!

Near the Messe.

I loved to stay at this exceptionally low service and standard (4 star) hotel that not even Mr Fawlty could create nor imagine. For sure, the lowest value for money place I ever visited. However, I enjoyed the experienced and am amazed how the staff and management can keep their job.

NO A/C.... Summer night 27Degrees.... outside. Cockroach over my bed.... Refrigator dont work!..... i didnt expect so much for 70euros night... but this was horrible....

Very clean, comfortable room. Great buffet breakfast.

Very dull location but close to the centre by bike or train.

Cute bath design (only hooks for towels too far from shower and sink), room layout and interior well designed, comfortable bed and eating place.

Lamps in front of beds didn't worked. TV remote has uncharged batteries. Looks wi-fi credentials was changed at night so I hasn't access to internet next morning.

I will be staying there again.

Always clean and the management is engaged.

I have stayed there often....The last time the drain in the shower and the doors were not working/shutting properly. The management was very nice and said they would fix it....I only told them the day after because it was so late when I discovered the problem that I just left it. Only there for one quick night on the way to Berlin.
