Siempre voy todo los años un par de veces y nunca he tenido queja porque en si su ubicación y hotel son perfecto .

Los baños no estaban muy limpios , productos del baño agotados , pagué por una habitación con buenas vistas y las vistas malísimas , pedí que me hicieran la cama doble y nunca llegaron hacerla, me decepcionado bastante esta vez que he ido

Grande et belle chambre avec vue sur mer. Calme et belle vue. Bonne literie et propre (très appréciable) Bien équipé Personnel sympathique Buffet à 25€ le soir et petit déjeuner à 13€. Bon et beaucoup de choix. Parking gratuit, commerces et supérette à proximité Spa, piscine, sauna.. gratuit

Le manque d’obscurité dans la chambre la nuit. Nous avons été réveillé par la lumière au petit matin.

Instalaciones muy cuidadas y nuevas. Piscina climatizada estupenda, incluida con la estancia en el hotel, ideal para entrar en calor y relajarse estos días de frío. Acceso directo desde el hotel a primera línea de playa. Buen y variado buffet para el desayuno, superando el estandar habitual para un hotel de esa categoría. A destacar amabilidad y atención de todo el personal del servicio de restauración. Amabilidad y atención de todo el personal del hotel en general.

Nos gustó todo en general. La calidad de comida del buffet durante la cena fue muy correcta, al estilo de otros hoteles de la misma categoría. Una calidad estándar.

Отель прекрасный, но матрасы настолько неудобные, что мы туда не вернемся.

У нас был полупансион. Еда вкусная, разнообразная. Повар на завтрак готовит яичницу или омлет с начинками, на ужин - мясо, рыбу. Очень красивый вид у нас был на бассейн и океан. Все очень чисто и уютно. Очень красивый пляж с дюнами.

Очень неудобная пастель. Отвратительные матрасы. От них очень болит спина, просто проваливаешься. Ужасно. Вода в душе течет неравномерно, то горячая то холодная. Мы останавливались в январе, в номере было холодно. Поставили кондиционер на отопление на максимум, но только к утру стало тепло. Укрывались дополнительным одеялом.

clean, crisp and modern hotel with a fantastic location. Great staff and excellent facilities. The Calma beach club is lovely and a special thanks to Patricia for all your helpful tips :0)

We had a couple of maintenance issue with the first room. However these issues were swiftly sorted by the GM Maria who is incredibly professional and personable, she was sympathetic to our issues and resolved the matter very satisfactorily.

the hotel is a very good place to relax and have some good vacation.Pool is big enough and the ocean is just in front. we had a room upgrade for free. restaurant and bars are delicious. free parking outside and for additional pay an underground parking. additional pillow and blankets and tea/coffee available in the room.

no slippers in the room.And for me the mattress was too soft, I didn’t sleep well.But maybe if necessary the hotel can provide a hard one specially by the request.

we would definitely return for another out of season stay

We were upgraded to a larger room with a Seaview, which was fantastic and the room was very comfortable. The spa facilities and heated indoor swimming pool were also very enjoyable

we chose not to have half-board, but ordered food in the lobby bar which was not satisfactory

Nice summer resort on the Atlantic coast.

The hotel is nice and clean. Unfortunately, due to winter time the outside bars and pool were closed. Nevertheless, it was flamenco performance free of charge.

The complex of the hotel is huge. Due to winter time it is more convenient to find the pool inside few buildings, but it could be confusing.

Exceptional

Absolutely stunning hotel on sand dunes with direct view to the Atlantic. We walked to the beach directly in just 2 minutes via private access from the hotel. Everything is new and exceptionally clean, the room was big, light and very comfortable with a balcony and sea view. The room is well-designed, with possibility to dry clothes, with a window in the bathroom, with movable TV, a lot of space in the bathroom, one could stay forever there. The food was amazing, there was a huge variety of high quality dishes at the evening buffet, anything from salads, fish, meats, desserts in restaurant quality. The staff speaks different languages and is very helpful, kind and accommodating. Overall the best hotel I ever stayed in in Spain!
