Un sitio estupendo para relajarse con la familia

Sitio bonito y amplio. El desayuno muy variado y completo.

Quizás los accesos a las habitaciones un poco alejados y había que bordear para poder entrar y salir

Muy buena experiencia

El hotel está fenomenal tanto instalaciones como habitaciones que son enormes. Todo cuidado y limpio. Personal muy atento. El chiringuito de la playa un acierto con precios razonables y buen servicio

La única pega que le pongo es la distancia que hay para llegar a la playa

AGRADABLE DESCANSO

HOTEL PARA DESCANSAR, AUNQUE ESTA ENFOCADO A LAS FAMILIAS. UN PUNTO A SU FAVOR ES QUE DISPONE DE UNA PISCINA SOLO PARA ADULTOS. DESAYUNO ES VARIADO TIPO BUFFET, CENA VARIADO TIPO BUFFET AUNQUE SIEMPRE ES MEJORABLE.

LA ANIMACIÓN NOCTURNA, ESTA ENFOCADO A LAS FAMILIAS CON NIÑOS, SI QUIERES ALGO PARA ADULTOS HAY QUE BUSCARLO FUERA DEL HOTEL.

El trato del personal y las instalaciones

Como en cada hotel , lo peor es el comportamiento de algunas personas, pero eso el hotel no es culpable sino que valora aún mas su amabilidad y atenciones en el trato diario

PARA REPETIR

Ante todo, y sobre todo, la atención y dedicación de TODO el personal. No existió ni un mal gesto. Todo lo contrario, ante cualquier duda o pregunta, la mayor de las amabilidades. El desayuno es perfecto. Muy completo.

No es queja, es sugerencia: GYM un poco más grande.

Schönes 4 Sterne Hotel mit großzügigen Zimmern

Die Zimmer waren sehr großzügig zugeschnitten mit eigener Terasse/Balkon. Es gabe 2 große Flachbildfernseher in jeder Einheit. Das Bad hatte 2 separate Waschbecken und eine Dusch-/Badewanne mit Rain-Shower Dusche

Wir waren in der Vorsaison in dem Hotel. Unter der Woche war es recht ruhig in der Anlage. Am Wochenende war die Belegung höher u.a. viele spanische Wochendgäste, teils mit kleineren Kindern. Das führte dazu, dass im Speisesaal dann die Geräuschkulisse an eine Schulkantine erinnerte.

Las instalaciones son espectaculares, la cena, algo escasa y de poca calidad. También entiendo la época, recién abierto y con poca gente. Imagino que en verano, la calidad se incrementará.

Accident nightmare

The location is very good; rooms are very spacious; staff is mostly.

My kid cut her foot on a glass in the spa (?!) an accident I know (place not clean enough) but it meant 3 days with no beach, several trips to the pharmacy and a lot of pain (a card with some cookies from management is nice but not nearly enough for ruined vacations!!! Some issues with the cleaning staff in the room as well but nothing major: dirty glasses; no bath gel one time; one less towel another day; no foot towel another. In addition, our room at check in was not available so we had to move to another one and change the next day. True they offered us dinner one night but once again I would much rather not have to move rooms on my first stay day and just eat out.

Precious place in a precious location

Close to La Barossa beach which is magical. The hotel has everything you need. We had breakfast and dinner and it was totally worth it. The room is equipped with everything you need, including toothbrushes and tooth paste. It is also the only hotel where guests only leave the towels on the sun beds only when they actually stay there. Very educated tourists and staff is very friendly.

Room size Pool

Guest communication We where told we got a room upstairs but got one on ground floor. When asked to change room we where told that is was not possible, only the next day. When asked the next day, we got the same answer, and front desk staff did not really seem to care or aware of their failing communication. Room wasn’t cleaned first day, same careless reaction front desk Ended up asking a housekeeping floormanger to have our room cleaned daily before 1pm as our daughter sleeps that time. On check out front desk staff did not even ask how our stay was…

Excellent hotel resort

Excellent hotel with good value for money, smiley and helpful staff, proximity to a very nice beach, nice gardens, silent and relaxed atmosphere.

The breakfast is good while the buffet dinner is average hotel quality with little variety. They organise weddings and it is annoying because the staff is too busy and not all bars are available.
