Very basic
Smelt of chemicals
neighbours yelling and swearing during the night

Location was great within a walk to main streets.
The bedside light didn't work.
3.2
Quite large room, clean and comfortable
All automated no staff contact and trouble getting code to enter room. From when we arrived to getting into our room was 3/4 hours. Very stressful
3.2
Convenient location near CBD . AC was quiet, quiet room was provided to me This room was as expected for the charges incurred so was good value.
Kitchen was not cleaned as well it should have been .Plates had food dirt on them. So everything required a clean . Shower rose and taps etc need updating to provide a reasonable shower .

The location was excellent and easy for me to get around. The room was pleasant and clean and if staying for a longer period of time you had the ability to do your own cooking.
The bathroom could do with a little upgrade in particular the shower rose, there were no bed lamps in the room the reading before bedtime needed to take place in the sitting chair and the pillows in room 407 could do with a little upgrade. I was also a little annoyed that Alloggio call themselves a service accommodation however the service takes place after you leave and the signage in the room advises you to leave the place clean and tidy, including doing any dishes otherwise you will incur a cleaning service fee.
3.2
Quiet location, good off road parking.
We had to scrub the cooking utensils, pots and pans before we used them. The electric fry pan was still dirty so did not use it.

I didn't like the woman meant to be assisting during the checkin process. She claimed my room wasn't ready at 2:30 due to cleaning staff & I was the only person at the location then she gave me checkin instructions for a separate room as mine wasn't ready "apparently" The truth is she wasn't upto the task. This place needs new staff ! The truth can go a long way, as can common decency

Room was clean
The bathroom stunk of sewer smell, the beds were so worn you could feel the springs in them. The main door had huge gaps around the lock side let let the cold wind in.
I'm a tradesmen so know about sewer and it was vile

Bed was good room was clean,
Arrived at room approx 4:15 pm. Tradesman was installing new hot water system. Assured me that I would have hot water. Went and done what I had to do. Returned to room about 9:00 pm. Guess whatno hot water. I was dirty, sweaty, not happy.. In addition, the carpet was wet from where the previous hot water system was removed
Also, I did not appreciate having multiple text messages through out day saying that I had to td a privacy log on and request payment details.
Location was good experience was not
Room needs to have bedside lights and switches..

Didn't need a key.
The shower was dirty with dirty footprints. The manhole cover was missing over the shower. Was clumps of hair on the floor of the shower. Bed was terribly uncomfortable.
3.2
Clean room with facilities to cook meals. Very quiet and no noise able to be heard from other guests coming and going. Comfortable bed.

Location
Double bed was comfortable
Found syringe kit under mattress and hair and grime.
Sofa and chair were filthy with 20 years of grime and stains.
Cockroaches in the cupboards and running over sink.
No dining chairs or table.
Fridge was warm and rotted food.
One toilet roll for 4 people for 4 days
Wardrobe musty smell and broken shelves
Loud fridge and bright lights
Horrible cat screamed all night and sneaked into room
Limited hot water in shower
Not a safe place wouldn't recommend.
No response from management when complaint was made despite multiple phone calls and emails.
3.2
the rooms were spacious and clean
we had a cat on our verandah when we arrived, which was very cute, we went out in the evening came back to our room went to bed then about 4am the cat was at our front door meowing to get in
3.2
The rooms are run down and are not good value for what we paid
3.2
Leaving to find other accommodation.
The bugs, the mould, and the stains on the furniture and walls. I wish the photos were better quality to show the filth.
3.2
Location - close to tennis courts and town centre.
Extremely basic accomodation. Bed was not comfortable, TV was tiny. Really dingy decor.
3.2
Location is convenient, and parking is ample!
Old and quite dated amenities.
3.2
quiet location
car park was not undercover

While the sheets were clean, there were no blankets and the doona looked and smelt like it hadn't been washed in 12 months. The television didn't work (I think the cable was worn) and the toilet was NOT CLEAN when we arrived! Before arrival, I realised that the property did not have a reception and therefore tried to contact them to confirm check in. After several minutes on hold I got through to an Asian call centre which was not helpful.
3.2
Had everything I wanted in the Room
The down fall was running out of Hot Water when having a Shower.

Nothing
It would be better if the circumstances of check-in had been explained on your site or the facility's.
Your site said that if client is late to check in they must contact the property. However, the check in time was never mentioned. Our first discomforting indication of doom were emails asking me to check in online , a couple of days before our arrival. There was never an explanation that we would then be sent our room number and a code to get in.
On arrival at 4pm the reception was closed. I had the phone number . My call to it went badly. A recorded message was played frequently about waiting in a queue. It was at least 10 mins before they offered a message service. After I conveyed my phone number there was no return call. We waited till after 4.30 pm and decided to try for other accommodation.
Just after we had paid for a room elsewhere I noticed I had received a text message giving us a room number and code to enter. As soon as we entered our room at this new property I rang their number and actually spoke to an operator. I told her we would not be staying at Allogio because we deemed it a hopeless situation and needed to find other accommodation before nightfall. She advised me to cancel the booking through Booking.com which I did immediately.
The result is that
1. we only stayed one night in Bathurst. The long weekend caused full booking for the next night , Friday.
2. Allogio had already charged my credit card on the 28th, the day before our stay.
3. They have refunded one night of the two.
4. I feel that we should have received a full refund because we did not fail to arrive. We were not provided with a telephone communication that dealt with heavy use of the phoneline effectively and placed us in a position where we had to make our own decision about where to stay. It certainly caused us inconvenience to drive around to places we found on the Google map to check if they had suitable accommodation for us.

Way over priced for a jail cell

Access easy; handy for centre of town; quiet
Bedside lamps would be handy; 1st sms didn’t include access code but was fixed up in seconds after I called

Looks great in the picture but tired inside. The TV on the wall is INCORRECT! In our room it was smaller than a basic computer desktop screen, with appalling sound & 4 free to air channels. There was no desk chair, a crappy single lounge seat. You can’t see the scratched cupboard doors, nor the dirt in the bottom. In short, the picture was a lie for our room, and the block (like most others) was empty!
The entrance was like entering a factory lane. Room had tea bags but no milk, no chair for the desk, crappy TV about 40 x 20cm (small laptop desk screen) that was defective with 3 vertical lines, and 4 free to air channels. The bed had a cheap mattress that made it hard to sleep. We both rose with aching backs. only one lounge chair (that was VERY) uncomfortable. Reception was one person there only during the day.
