good location.
Unfortunately, the room was so small and extremely dark. I really caught the depression there.
I have decided to leave it due this reason and the manager said that no refund is possible.
Please be advised that the pet is 30 € per day.

The hotel was in an amazing location for the nearby beach (where I attended a work event), and the main artery bus connecting the tourism area to the downtown stopped right in front. There was a supermarket nearby where everything was available, and the receptionists (especially the two middle-aged ladies) were very helpful in accommodating our early arrival and requests (such as the need for a taxi back to the airport). The room was comfortable, the bathtub spacious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The buffet breakfast was filling, especially the tasty strawberry and orange jam! They let us take some of the food with us before opening time on our last day to eat them as a picnic over at the airport instead. The 24/7 staff reception was very accommodating with late arrivals back from the city centre on an eating-out night.
The local restaurant, apart from the breakfast, had a weird quality and selection of foods, and it wasn't that amazing. The shower curtains were made from strange materials (custom tailored for the branding of the hotel) that stuck to your body the moment you and the curtain were wet, which was mildly uncomfortable. (Access to the city centre and a larger shopping mall is 40 and 90 minutes by bus, which is not that nice, but this is due to the city's layout, not specific to this one hotel.)

The reception and bar staff are doing their best and are very pleasant but there is nothing they can do with overall hotel flaws (which are significant).
The housekeeping was awful. At times the staff was rude and obsessive (were asking us to leave the room soon so that they could make the cleaning). The cleaning was mediocre at best as they just changed towels and that was it. The staff even took away one of the blankets for reasons unknown and as i came to the room after 11pm there was no one to return it to me.
There is awful noise in the room as windows are not sound proof, the hotel is located right on the main road / on the road crossing and there is building construction going on just around the corner.
We have not used the pool as the bottom appeared dirty.

it was exceptionally clean and modern.. the staff were very friendly and helpful, and upgraded me at no extra cost to a suite so my family based in Cyprus could stay a night.
The bar/ restaurant sometimes closed early but understandable if there were fewer guests which meant it didn’t make sense for them to stay open later..

room was average, breakfast was nice.
the staff asked for 50 euros deposit upon check in, when I checked out I forgot about the deposit
and the receptionist did not bother to remind me that.
I realized that the following day and contacted the hotel,
as a result they refunded my account.
had I never realized that, the hotel would deceitfully keep my money.
I would expect an hotel to return customers' money immediately.

I go with my dog and they charge me €30 per day in booking it does not tell me that there is a charge of 30€ also they didn’t have second key so how I will leave my dog inside out if i want to go somewhere? when I go to the hotel they make me problem about the key that i am not allowed to go and leave my key inside and I told her how I will leave my dog? you are a pet friendly hotel and you don’t have a key for my dog?
in booking there is no specific information that there is also extra charge for the Pet then they called me and they told me that I have charge because of the dog and because they have to clean the room and I told them that you didn’t clean my room for two days and I will not pay any extra fees for my dog as you are not clear from the beginning!
they came last day to tell me there is 30 euro charge per day, if they told me 100 euros should i pay it?
