Big, spacious, free parking, central location, air conditioned rooms, easy access!
There could be hooks to hang the towels in the bathroom and if you are a tall person you don’t have enough space to sit on the toilet as your legs do not fit as there is little space between toilet and shower cubicle.

Clean and smart hotel. We arrived late so convenient to be able to be able to access via security code. Thanks for sorting our late booking
Shower head loose so we had to hand hold

Incredibly spacious room (we were in the Roma room), beautiful Italianate decor with modern fitments. Easy check in - lovely friendly receptionists. Comfortable beds. No air con but very efficient floor fan provided. Close to good restaurants. We will definitely be coming back here!

perfect location for a overnight break while on a motorcycle tour of Europe.

The room had a kitchen, tea and a water cooker. There are actually some surprisingly good restaurants around, a supermarket across and places to buy ice cream all around. Make sure you bring cash though as the Germans love their cash. Only few places in the village accept international card payments.
The beds were horrendous. You could feel the springs through the mattress. Really very uncomfortable. Hope they replace these soon.
Staff is friendly but not very helpful. Hotel should acquire more knowledge about the town (there were some guides but only with information on places about 1 hour away where there is for example a quite good restaurant called Roten Hirsch at 3 min. walk).
Also some information about hiking routes in the greater area would be good —> which the region is so famous for. It wouldn’t be a lot of effort as there is great information already available (for example www.touren.saarland). We found the link during a hike. If we’d have found it in the hotel it would be even better. As well as some recommendations.
Checkin from 16h is quite late. You can maybe get in earlier if you call. But I think if you want to offer people holidays you should try to let them enjoy as much of the day as possible. The earlier the checkin the better.

The hotel room was lovely, tea coffee facilities, large room with clean ensuite. The location was close to places to eat. The staff were very helpful. Large safe car park.
It was quite hard to find and it sits awkwardly on a junction that kept fooling the sat nav. What 3 words would have helped.

A solid choice for a stopover. We had a huge two bedroom appartement which was very spacious. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bread rolls at breakfast was really delicious.
The apartment was cold; we turned the radiators up but they stayed cold. there was also a noisy club/bar/party in a nearby building which kept us awake - not the hosts fault but useful information about the neighborhood.

This is our second stay here, we went back because the staff were very friendly and helpful last time and again this time and the rooms did not smell of perfume or other washing chemicals which we are allergic to.
The breakfast was also pleasing when we had it last time, but chose not to pay extra for it this time.
People were smoking directly outside the backdoor, which then drifted into our room through our windows.

Beyond expectations!
Friendly staff, The room was cozy and at the right temperature when we arrived. The bed perfect and - it was super quiet!
So - compared to most "hotel-nights", i actually got a good night sleep.
The breakfast was also much better as we expected.

The staff were really friendly, all wearing masks and very helpful if you requested something (we asked for some plate and cutlery). Check in and out was super easy the rooms did not smell of any perfumes or any other artificial smells which is good for people with allergies. The breakfast was nice.
Walls are a little thin, and there is alot of traffic outside in the mornings. I woke up to the person in the room next door going to the bathroom at 6am, but ear plugs solve that. It was lovely and quiet at night though.
The croissants at breakfast could have been better and there was no museli just a jar of oats.
