Exceptional propert but make sure to book a king bed room.

Location location location and the property was very impressive.

Slightly over priced for what it was. And the bar was only ever open for short hours. At this price the bar should be open pretty much 24/7.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν σε τέλειο σημείο το ξενοδοχείο. Και το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικό σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε μας εξυπηρέτησαν με το χαμόγελο

You will not regret staying here

Location is perfect, friendly staff, easy to reach by your own car. They arrange picking up your car by the garage staff with a charge from the garage itself.

The cleaning could have been better. It is very dusty in the room

Good location of the hotel. Beautiful view of the river from the window. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially the bartender at this hotel. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel a lot. And we hope to return to it again.

Loistava aamiainen, kiva sijainti joen rannalla lähellä nähtävyyksiä. Pienehkö, mutta toimiva huone. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta ja siisti hotelli.

excelente ubicación y servicio

Excelente ubicación, a 150 metros del Ponte Veccio. La habitación tipo suite era muy cómoda y muy bien decorada.

El desayuno es de excelente calidad pero abren demasiado tarde 7,30 para las personas que viajamos por trabajo es muy tarde.

Für unsere Zwecke - 3 Tage Florenz erleben - das optimale Hotel.

Geräumiges Zimmer, schönes Bad, Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffee im Zimmer, Bügeleisen und -brett im Zimmer zum selbst Aufbügeln, hilfsbereites Personal, Parkservice, also kein Problem mit Parken in der vollen Stadt. Lage extrem gut, direkt am Arno und fußläufig zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, tolle Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit frischen Kuchen, Pfannkuchen, Ei, Speck, Sandwiches und allem, was man braucht. Für unsere Zwecke - 3 Tage Florenz erleben - das optimale Hotel.

Die Hotelbar war weder am frühen Abend noch nach 22 Uhr auf. Ansonsten alles gut.

Muito boa, recomendo. Segunda vez que me hospedo.

A localização é excepcional, muito perto da Ponte Vechio e na frente do Rio Arno. Próximo à restaurantes, a Catedral Santa Maria de Fiori e etc. O espaço na cobertura tem uma vista incrível do Rio e é possível levar seu vinho e curtir. Quarto confortável e banheiro e chuveiro muito bons. Funcionários bem atenciosos.

Como em boa parte da Itália, estacionamento é um problema e tem um custo alto.

Bel emplacement à Florence idéal pour un week-end

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter la ville à pieds : proche de tous les lieux d’intérêt en quelques minutes. La chambre était très spacieuse, la literie confortable. Le personnel est également accueillant et a l’écoute de toutes les demandes.

La vue de la chambre n’était pas dégagée (cour intérieur avec soufflerie) mais cela n’est qu’un détail.

Lovely and close to important marks of history!!!!

The localization, is perfect! It's far by 5’ walk from Vecchio Bridge, piazza de la Segnora, etc. The staff was very educated with us, and always had a little surprise at our room after a long day of walking!

I believe the breakfast time would start a little bit early.

Very clean room and very good location

The receptionist in check-in was very rude.. even though the credit card details were given in booking, he acted like he couldn’t believe we were staying in that room, very rudely asked for my card and said that he will take the payment now, which normally is not the case when they have the credit card details in their system. He didn’t even give me a receipt. So never again staying in this hotel..

it definitely did not live up to the other reviews. it was very run down, had an odd layout and we would not stay here again. the staff were polite but we regretted our stay not long after we arrived. shame, the location is great but we did not feel we received value for what we paid compared to what was around us.

The staff was wonderful. The hotel was in a great location. Desk staff gave us wonderful recommendations for day trips. They were very helpful.

It was VERY noisy under our window until all hours of the morning. We mentioned it to the desk staff after the first night, but it was worse the next evening. Suggested since they have 24 hour staff they have someone regularly monitor the front of the hotel throughout the night to make sure no groups are loitering outside the hotel making a lot of noise.

could have been amazing

lovely clean room, great location.

Rubbish view of offices, staff didn’t seem very helpful or friendly. when a raised a small issue one person mumbled under her breath (quite rudely) to her colleague who spoke to me, told me he word sort it and never did.
