So far so good. Improve a bit on breakfast menu😁

The location & the room is spacious. Easy check in & check out. Staff at door counter ( bell boy) all friendly & helpful . Give 5 star to these gentlemen at the door -lobby ( bell boy).. Counter check in staff - front desk - moderate only.

The parking - so hard . Food - repetition menu - should change a bit .serve waffle please

Wasn’t relaxing, resting essentials are bad(bed&pillow)

Cons 1. Bed is old & springy room 2324 2. Pillows are not comfortable old super old 3. Shower had low water pressure 4. Bathroom sides abit mouldy 5. TV channels are boring

I am very satisfied and will definitely come back here again.

Spacious room, comfortable bed and clean room. Breakfast food is all delicious. Very spacious swimming pool! The children are very happy to play for the whole day. The staff is also very friendly. The location is very strategic because got many restaurants and grocery stores near by. I rate this hotel 8.5/10. Very recommended!

I don't really like the hotel balcony because there is no safety in place for children. The hole at the bottom of the balcony glass should be closed. Quite dangerous for children’s.

Pleasant and convenient quiet location away from busy Jonker Street

Breakfast was good.

Room A/C is too cold but when it is turned off, the marble floor (at entrance and front of bathroom) gets condensation and extremely slippery when walking with hotel slippers. Dangerous as we almost slipped.

Suitable for family with kids.

- Kid's pool are good size. - Very happy with the room size 👍🏻 - check in and out were fast and smooth (Check in Raya Ketiga) and my booking was via Booking.com - complimentary parking at Level 7 & 8 for guest hotel is a good initiative. Guna scan number plate shaja, Hi tech!! - breakfast was extended till 12noon (I asked three time to confirmed 😁)

- water at adult pool next to kiddie pool is sejuk....hahahahaha - lift service need to be improved. Lama wei tunggu turn 😭

I really like Swiss Garden facilities. Really nice and having relaxing when I stay at Swiss Garden.

The location is strategic. Very convenient for travelers to walk around Malacca City. The most I like is the breakfast. Superb serve and the food was nice. The place is not crowded and chill to have a great breakfast.

The toilet is wet and slippery.

The hotel facilities is good but the value I paid for the room is not satisfied

The location is good.

The room service is poor, I booked for 2 adults and 1 kid and the website stated included breakfast, ended up I got to paid for my kid breakfast. The bed is not comfort and room blanket is smelly.

Great location, good variety breakfast, friendly reception and very helpful. Internet is very quick. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Good value for money.

Our room the entrance floor and near the bathroom were constantly wet. Some dishes in the breakfast were not hot when they should be hot.

The location of hotel and the nice rooms

1) Breakfast meal such as fried maggi noodles which I feel can serve other healthy dish. 2) The television channel should be improve which nowadays there are more channel available.

Value For Money

The frontdesk were very helpful and polite , especially the guards who is taking care of the parking very helpful. Food especially ayam masak merah quite tasty. Waited about 10 mins to take the breakfast , but its the staff managed it very well so that everyone can enjoy the meal.

Nth worth mentioning

Poor sound proof, especially if you got the room facing river, can hear the prayers from mosque loud and clear. The room door is very difficult to close. A big patch of water on the carpet, can see water pool when you step on it. No floor mat in the toilet, when asked the housekeeping staff working at the other room, he said need to call to request. Shower drainage stuck. Bed and pillows are not comfortable at all, lighting not bright enough. No proper hotel parking indication.
