Wszystko. Pokoj czysty, zadbany, swietna obsluga na recepcji, śniadaniu i Pani sprzątająca. W hotelu czysciutko. W pokoju lodówka i klimatyzacja.

Ár-érték arányban is kiváló választás!

It has everything you need for your stay. Located in a cozy and quiet area, but a bit far from the city center. The breakfast was very delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful.
I was expecting that my room would have a cattle, a microwave and a sofa. At least it was mentioned in the description of the room when I booked it. This did not compromised my experience there, and when I needed to use the cattle I asked the staff and they opened the kitchen for me.

We liked the idea of the themed rooms, although we felt that there was a bit of missing information. It would be nice to be able to read about what's behind the theme of your room :)

You get what you pay for. If you're not looking for extra comfort and luxury, but just need somewhere to sleep, this is the place for you. The rooms were spacious and clean except for the decorative pillows.
I appreciate the lady at breakfast for her helpfulness, communicativeness, for breakfast there was enough choice of food and drinks, tasty coffee, just cramped space and unstable tables.
There are restaurants, pubs, pharmacy, drugstore, grocery store, church (maybe this is of interest to someone: :) or public transportation. Just classic residential amenities.
Obviously, the location is intentionally photographed in such a way that it is not possible to see exactly what building the hotel is located in. It's not actually a hotel, but a repurposed ground floor of a block of flats, I'd rather describe it as a hostel with separate rooms.
The access is actually to the parking area between the blocks of flats from where you walk up the stairs to the front side of the block, which is where the reception is. There you get the keys to the underground garage (so you have to carry your luggage by hand from the underground garage to the street, then up about 20 steps and a short walk of about 5-10 m to the reception). Tha underground garage is an extra 5 euros per day. Free parking is in the surroundings, i.e. in the parking area for the residents of the apartment blocks.
So city centre it's not close by walk, about 20 minutes walk, we went by car.
The reception is on the ground floor of a block of flats, we were "lucky" that at that evening there was a receptionist who didn't speak much English, so we communicated more by gestures.
Although the rooms are spacious, our door would need some repair, if we had any valuables we wouldn't have felt completely safe.
So, summing up, it's more for young travellers or travellers with a low budget who don't care about quality beds, mattresses, location.

Quiet place, if you do not have a room next to reception (outside are sitting people till midnight and talking). Large bathroom, too soft beds for us :) (this is individual), but extra bed (which is Sofa) was better. 20-25 minutes walk to City, close to Hotel there is bus stop. It is at housing estate, as part block of flats, so parking is at the street for free - but in the late evening you have to be lucky to find something close to Hotel (as usual at cities). Enough to choose from breakfast, but do not come too late, because it will be cold. Friendly service and communication.
Nothing serious actually. Maybe, if someone wants to work, there was no real table.

Looked good on Booking. Was near the place i worked.
There was garbage in the room when I arrived, the dust was near the bed like they never cleaned last 2 years. I said ok maybe they forgot. I didn’t want to bother. In the third night, i saw on my bed a little insect that jumps, yes it was a flea. I left the next day, and I asked to refund all the money, they said yes, then they refund only 2 nights, the last 2 i didn’t stayed. Anyway not about the money….

Located near the center, a few minutes by car. The access road is quite bumpy, but it compensates for the kindness of the staff and the unique interior design. Everything clean and well taken care of. Good breakfast and good coffee as well.
Nothing really.

Maybe that there was hot water and that the shower gel smelled nice. But that's about it.
The room looked old (not in the vintage kind of way) and unclean (a few towels smelled bad; also they were pretty worn out). Noticeable cracks in the walls and ceiling. Very bad bed (squeaky and uneven). Extremely cold (at 11PM the radiator was cold; woke up around 2AM due to cold and it was luke warm; no remote for the AC to compensate). Poorly isolated windows as I got woken up at 5:30AM by the city employees having long phone conversations right in front of my window (which was shut). Bad breakfast. Almost nothing was warm. The breakfast area is tiny, freakishly quiet (much quieter than my room) that I could hear how the others ate. The hotel area is poorly lit, degraded and it felt unsafe. Usually I like to walk, but this time I only used ridesharing apps. Room lighting was really bad. This room was not cheap by any means and there are really better options in Cluj, closer to the city center and much cosier in the same price range (I got fooled by the pictures and the good reviews, but the onsite experience was the exactly the opposite). The worst hotel experience I had (especially as I didn't cheap out). Recommend you avoid it as much as you can.

The rooms and the fact that I had parking.
Also, the staff was very welcoming.
It was a bit cold, but I enjoyed the two covers.
The internet in the kitchen is not very strong.

It was clean, the staff was nice and we had private parking
The street on which the hotel is located in, is currently in construction. Also the stairs from the inside of the hotel seemed a bit wobbly.
