The staff was so friendly and gave me some advice about landmarks.. i didn't feel that am strange ❤️

It's in a great location, right next to London Bridge and near transport connections and supermarkets. The staff were always on hand to help and the bathrooms were never too busy to use. Also the keys you use for everything are on your phone so couldn't be easier!
The layout of the hostel was a little difficult to navigate and the corridors were quite narrow but I only had a small bag with me so it wasn't a problem for me personally.

location
No ventilation in rooms,
too nosy at night

great location and commute, great staff, lovely people, best place for entertainment in the evening as well, clean and in general wonderful place to stay including great value for money
I didn’t like the whole system being electronically set as if you’d loose your phone or batteries died you’ll be locked out or at least stress also I’m not a tech person so for me it’s a bit too much get it has got its positives as everything

Curtains in bed.
Dirty bathrooms, no rules in the bedrooms therefore loud people, and we were unable to sleep.
Too expensive and too far from the good places in London.
Will not recommend, ever!

We are two female doctors and we booked two beds in female-only dormitory room in this property, thinking that it is a female-only hostel. apparently the hostel is NOT female only. they just have some rooms for women. starting from the check-in process, we got harrassed by a group of 3 men in one night. we talked to the receptionist about this, he said that he’ll talk to the guys and sort that out. later the same day, one of the guys caught us in the middle of the street outside the hostel, running after us and shouting at us. this was not acceptable but the receptionist seemed convinced that we were safe. we were so afraid that night that we stopped a police car and officers gave us a lift to the hostel. i had stayed in many hostels in my life so far. including mixed dormitories. i’ve never experienced such a pathetic situation. never this property again. never.

One of the doors didnt open from the inside with the button. You'd have to open it with the app on your phone.

Very central
No warm water

The towel I hired was large and good quality.
Minor comments, the pillow could have been softer and deeper.

I dont have a lot of experience with hostels, but my experience here was good. The staff is super welcoming, the pin based lockers are very convenient, and the beds are actually spacy and comfy. The location couldnt be better. And for this money everything is great.
well, hostel is hostel. I stayed in female room for 10 people and couple of them were seriously sick, coughing all night long. But that's the downside you have to accept when staying in a dorm room. For this money the facilities are great.

They never cleaned the room and the shower room during my stay. This made me disappointed.

Great location, but the rest is just average....
The room was super hot and the ac didn't work.

Very clean rooms and bathrooms! Lots of options for desired number of roommates and mixed (vs) female only rooms. Lockers available to store luggage if you need storage after checkout.
The room got very hot at night.

The beds and room are good.
The localtion of the inn is fine, but during mid-night it was very noise outside the inn and not safe during the night time.
It was very noise outside the inn during the mid-night.

It was nice to be able to check in after midnight after the event I came to London for. I was traveling solo and felt safe. My Female only housemates in our second floor room were quiet. The bed was alright. The whole building felt overall clean. It was during a heat wave but didn’t feel hot during the short night I spent there. Didn’t see much of the room since the lights were already off when I checked in.
I’m still not sure whether my reservation included a breakfast. I only noticed a breakfast mention after I left.
The price was too expensive for a hostel: £65 for a bunk bed in a dorm with strangers is nuts.
The noise from the street and the partying is pretty bad. Luckily I brought my earplugs but didn’t sleep much.

The location of the property was superb. Borough Market is just across the road. Two train stations are at just few minutes walk making it super easy to reach anywhere in London. The Tower bridge and other major attractions are at a walking distance
The weekend nights can get v loud due the Bar with the Hostel.

I had a bottom bed near the window. It was good situated in the room and I had easy access to my luggage and the exit. The room was quite clean and the staff was nice as they were cleaning while I was still in the room. The room was safe given the access code is given on the day of your check-in and there were enough clean bathrooms/showers available anytime. Hostel is well situated in between 2 major tube lines Borough and London Bridge which has the Jubilee line. Loads of shops and bars/restaurants around as well. There is a Sainsbury's local right across the street and another Tesco express a bit down the road on the same side as the hostel. Also loads of off-licence shops that are open until late at night if you need something urgent. Would definitely book again at one of the hostels depending where in London I will need to go. Very safe for solo travellers as well. Everybody is minding their own business in the shared rooms, so you won't even have to do anything.
Sadly, the towels and shower supplies are not included, so it's better if you bring your own. Also, the hostel should mention that the luggage storage is not locked so you'll also need a personal padlock or you can buy from reception for £4.

Location
Too many beds for one dorm room

I chose the hostel for its location and it was great. The bed was okay I would say, not the most comfortable I've had and it makes a bit of noises when we move which could be hard to sleep in a room with many people. The room itself has good amount of space, enough for what is needed.
I would honestly like the bed to be more comfortable but it is what we paid for especially in such a central location of London. There are also the extra bits which makes out to be quite a lot more, towel £5, a lock £5, lockers £5...

The location, cleanliness and staff were very good.
It was good to provide tea making facilities.
I felt safe
My preferred bed was not available.
Free wi fi was not available
it was noisy over the weekend (Friday) evening
