Location was excellent: very close to attractions in Usaquen. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were very clean, mine had a hammock, which was a nice touch. Lovely window as well.
Hot water in the bathroom was disappointing. Bathroom had one of the electric showerheads that heat water as you use it; it is impossible to have high water pressure and also hot water. Also, music from a bar next door was occasionally too loud. Communal kitchen is very convenient but lacks a lot of utensils, and staff aren't always available to supply them.

Staff and service were the best specially Jose and girl who used to make coffee/breakfast were fantastic and accomodating despite my zero Spanish speaking ability. Very safe place to stay. Highly recommended. Thank you for taking care of me While I was there I have got the best of memories of
Yours!!!

The breakfast was amazing and the staff were so very kind and helpful. The location was amazing.
The lights in the washroom was not working and the toilet’s water pressure could have been better. Music was playing very loud sometimes right under so I could not sleep properly sometimes.

Staff, personal attention, and location.
Cleanliness.

Very good neighbourhood, clean and cozy place. The staff was very helpful and responsive. In general a good experience with welcoming hosts!
Be aware, that there's a bar under the room, so it can be quite loud at night, if there's an event. The doors and walls are not too thick, so it's quite noisy in general. It can get cold too, but maybe that's mainly the higher altitude, so the general temperature is lower, but just be aware of that.

Good breakfast and nice staff
There is a bar/Party with dj inside the Hostal, so if you want to sleep I recommend you a other place.

Walking distance to the Sunday market. Very friendly staffs
impossible to sleep!! Terrible noise with loud music until 3.30-4am!! There is a club next door on the same building with drunk loud people whole night. literally I paid more to upgrade from hostel bed to their private room in hope of having some sleep. Unfortunately, it didn’t help and drunk people from the club gathered downstairs on the street right underneath the bedroom chatting and drinking till 4am.
Please avoid staying if you want to sleep! Absolutely wasted of time, money.

Loved the environment. Loved Zully's attention and welcoming attitude. Loved the room size.
The bathroom is a few steps away from the room, but I guess there will be no changes on this and I was initially warned. No complaining.

The location
When I arrived, the staff member rushed me through the hostel and didn't really give me any info about anything. Later he was argueing with another staff member and they just seemed really miserable. Also, it seemed like the hostel lacked some love and the atmosphere was just a bit depressing. The beds were not super stable. The breakfast was not really great. The bathroom was very small.

There was a very loud band playing until 2am the day we got there going and we couldn't sleep on a night we had to wake up early. It would've been nice to know about the event beforehand to look for another quieter option.

Good budget hostel in a good neighbourhood. Great value for the money with breakfast included. Staff were helpful, plenty of bus stops on the main road to get you into the city centre. Bathroom could’ve been cleaner.

The staff
The price
The cleanness and the facilities.
The first floor is an art gallery and they have party all Friday, Saturday and Sunday so you can't sleep because the party area is right above the room and the noise spreads thru the hostel so unless you go and party you won't be able to rest.
Also they should improve breakfast, I recognize the effort though.

The dorm was quite spacious, with a separate area of the bathroom handy for changing, and lockers. Towel was included. Individual bed lights. Separate netflix room. The whole place is quite quirky, 'cool', fun and spacious. Great location to see a different part of Bogotá.
The breakfaat is not much to get excited about but fine. Privacy curtains on dorm beds would be nice.
