Would definitely recommend this apartment for a city break in Alicante.

Great location, 2 good sized bedrooms each with walk in wardrobes . Good to have a small balcony and an outside terrace. Good communication from owner Jaime . Cleaning lady / housekeeper was also helpful.

Outside terrace could do with some TLC , especially the plants

Had a fantastic time, maybe not the apartment for you if you want a peaceful break but for city experience was exception

Great city centre location, close to the harbour and beach. Lovely roof terrace for chilling out in the sun.

Great choice

Close to the beaches,clean,very big apartment,great location

It had an 80liters hot water boiler,if you go a big group or big family like us , last person might not have enough hot water to shower

I would happily return

Generously sized apartment in central location, 6 mins from parking casino car park at port. Perfect for family of 5.

The TV was old flatscreen with no smart functions and limited channels

Alicante is easily accessible city. The site of the apartment is close to all amenities and it was a very relaxing stay.

The apartment was in Alicante old town very central to restaurants, shops and within walking distance to the beach! It was a clean apartment with excellent cooking facilities. The bed linen was fresh and sufficient towels for a family of four. It was easy to communicate with the management.

Great for families even with small kids

Spacious, it was enough for our big family and kids. It was in a perfect location, next to see and lots of restaurants

Everything. Huge apartment with a great location, clean, good beds. We were group of 5 and we loved it.

For the amount of 5 ppl would be nice to have a 2nd bathroom, but that's something which cannot be changed, so it's fine :)

Perfect location, comfortable and easy

Perfect location and superb communication with host. Easy to find, easy to check in and super comfortable. Facilities were perfect for our stay.

This apartment was in a great location and The owner was very helpful.

The location is great and the owner was very helpful and communicated well. we were able to get into the property earlier than expected. The property was spacious and clean.

Unfortunately it was at times loud at night and I we could hear lots of noise coming from outside and we were woken up in the middle of the night from a group of people in the building. The pillows were very uncomfortable and the beds were hard.

Property is very well situated, very clean, well equipped. It was great that towels were provided.

The only element which was a bit surpising - one room is really small and no window.

Great location ideal for quick visit to Alicante, the building and other Apartments were being returned

location was excellent, very close to Promenade, Beach, Restaurants and Bars. Rooftop Terrace which would be really useful in the summer months . The owner was very helpful and communicative, minor issue with Fridge which he replaced immediately..

There was a little bit of interval refurbishment within the property although this was not a major issue, also although at the top of building there was a constant aroma from drainage pipe in the Bathroom.

5 minutes walk from beach. 5 minutes walk from street with night life. Under 1 minutes walk from promenade with terraces and restaurants. Great location.

Perfect location right next to everything you need, apartment had everything you need for a few nights stay love the little balcony and the terrace upstairs and the host was great. I would definitely reccomend staying here.

Location is fantastic, big rooms, good wifi.

Very noisy, (there was a party downstairs until 6am!) Not enough bath towels, we had 1 between 3 of us. Coffee facilities not best. Could do with a kettle.

Hidden Gem

An amazing apartment in a great location, 2 minutes to the main promenade in Alicante with all bars and restaurants. 5 mins to the beach. 10 mins walk to the main tourist area with many more bars, shops etc. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were super comfy and as we stayed in Dec we found the place to be warm enough using the heaters provided. We found it to be really quiet even though it was a city centre location. Really pleased we stayed here and would have absolutely no hesitation in staying again.

Nothing apart from not being able to stay longer 😒

Close to the beach, restaurants. A good value option for five people staying centrally

the benefit of being so close to everything is that there is quite a bit of noise.
