Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Le jardin est agréable, dommage que la piscine ne soit pas bien entretenue.

Pas de possibilité de profiter du spa car pas de réservation, ceci n'est pas précisé sur booking et est vendu comme un service. La chambre est petite, peu éclairée, le lit est dur et peu confortable, très mauvais rapport qualité/prix. Le village était vide, seul le tour des mines vaut le coup mais il peut se faire en une seule journée.

No vayan y no pierdan su dinero

No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto, rente la recamara con Jacuzzi la cual cuesta más evidentemente por esta cuestión, no servía el Jacuzzi, el agua no estaba caliente, no dieron ninguna solución ni compensación y para colmo inclusive las chicas de limpieza comentaron que ya lo habían reportado, que falta de respeto y perdida de dinero.

The location is great

Check in lacked information such as a typed wifi password. Cleaning cart left by our door for the duration of our stay. Pool is not open.

It is a nice and quiet place place. With the garden in between de rooms and the street.

It was a bit of humidity and Moho as result of it in the bathroom.

Everything was very good except for the scorpion we found on the bed and the bathroom.

Great place to stay when visiting Pozos!

There is a lot to say about the hotel. For the money, it is an excellent hotel. The restaurant is awesome! The property is amazing for walking relaxing or taking pictures. The location of the hotel is also close to the center or other attractions. Wifi worked well.

I didn't like that there was no AC in my room, but it was not bad. I am not sure if all rooms are the same, but it was not a big deal for me.

Amazing place to have a travel with your pet in mineral de pozos.

It is the best place in mineral de pozos.

It is pet friendly, your dog can play in their garden.

was told the spa was going to be ready when I arrived with the massage but when got there it seem they forgot so no spa which was the reason why I booked . power when out so bored no tv or internet. I booked spa at Casa Diamanté and spend most of my day at spa massages I highly recommend.

There is a new nice part of the hotel, but the gave us a room at the old part. There was humidity, the room was smelly and the bed clothes too.

Great experience! The spa experience is definitely a must.

Great value. They really go above and beyond to meet the guest's expectations. I have no complaint whatsoever. The spa is particularly great.

Nothing. Everything was good. When we arrived there was another family being too noisy drinking in the garden and listening to loud music. It didn't bother us since we were staying at a suite far from that one. But, I guess if we would have stayed anywhere closer, that would have ben the only problem with our stay at this hotel.
