Definitely the best value for money accommodation in the area.

Actually, there's not much to add beyond all the other reviews already available. The property is absolutely valid, and the attention to detail in every corner of the house is truly appreciated. I could go on about the terrace, the swimming pool, the breakfast, but everything has already been said by others. It is probably one of the best places we have stayed in recent years, so if you are looking for accommodation in this area, trust me, look no further and book this one. You will not be disappointed.

A 10! Highly recommended!

Everything was just perfect! An incredible immersion in Tunisia’s culture staying in a family house in which clearly every detailed matter. The room was excellent, very spacious and comfortable, in a dream house surrounded by traditional and contemporary art, and hosted by a super family that is willing to help and to make your staying memorable. I definitely recommend it with my eyes closed!

Lack of vegan options, but in the country overall.

Amazing place in the city center of la Marsa. The host Taieb was very welcoming and helpful in every request we had. His dad gave us great advice for what to visit etc. Also a thank you for the rest of the staff ( cleaning, breakfast). We had an amazing stay in this hidden gem!

The owners are very nice people. The building is a beautiful old construction, renovated, and we visited the house of their grandparents in Sidi Bou Said, which is very interesting.

The room has no windows and the front door faces the Hall. Breakfast is nice, the owner itself prepares much of the dishes, but the portions are very small.

Hidden gem: a beautifully restored 19th-century mansion

Maison d'Hôtes Dar Ennassim in Tunis is a beautiful and authentic 19th-century mansion. The rooms are spacious and decorated with traditional Tunisian furnishings. Located in Sidi Bou Said, it's a great base to explore Tunis and the surrounding area. Highly recommended for a relaxing and cultural experience.

A wonderful and romantic place with a great family history! We enjoyed every bit of it.

Dar Ennassim is a beautiful family home in a nice part of the town, close to different facilities, places to go out to, walking distance from nice restaurants and small shops. We were there for close to a week. Initially thought of staying in Tunis for a few nights only and go somewhere else, but we liked it so much and decided to stay longer with Taieb and Sonia. Taieb was super resourceful, we got a free entry to their other house turned into a museum to learn about family life, enjoy beautiful traditional interior design and views from the rooftop balcony. Every morning we were served with a wonderful breakfast containing home-made jams and spreads.

Internet was a bit weak in our room. They have various networks at the property, but it didn’t work well for us. We had SIM cards so used hotspots when we needed. SIM cards are easy to get with rather cheap mobile internet packages.

Fantastic short trip for us

Absolutely amazing place. Beautiful guest house, great breakfast. I can't recommend it enough! The host Taibi (I hope I wrote your name correct) does an amazing job, he helps you with everything, thank you once again. Location is also brilliant in a very safe neighborhood, you can walk to the beach and to Sidi Bou Said within 15-20min.

Exceptional

An amazing boutique hotel gem in the middle of the action in La marsa. The highlight of this hotel is the owner family running the place. Theres so much artwork and artifacts scattered on all floors that ties in Tunisian history and culture with fantastic architectural feature that makes this such a unique stay. the rooftop views are amazing and relaxing by the small pool was great. the owner was very friendly and informative and it felt like he brought us into his family.

Definitely worth coming back

My wife and I enjoyed the stay, it felt like we stayed in a world class museum with exceptional service. The staff always had a perfect smile on their face. The breakfast was always perfect and romantic, we get to choose what we want to eat every morning and it was prepared with love, the breakfast is always on the rooftop with beautiful view of La Marsa.

Was a nice quiet location. Close to the beach 15 min walk. Near ice cream shops restaurants etc. Very comfortable bed nice roof garden with pool . Was very nice.

Everything was fine. Just sometimes the WiFi didn't work but they fix immediately.
